I love the breakfast here but was disappointed they don't have Turkey bacon despite their healthy options. It gets really busy here so best to join the waitlist ahead of time. I got the food to go a few times but sometimes they don't answer their phones, especially during the weekends. The restaurant is clean and service is hit and miss here. Completely clueless and insensitive to those who want to do social distancing. They don't do curbside, which is fine, but if you're running late with the order, you should allow people to wait in their cars if they don't want to be in crowds right now instead of in the restaurant. Walking in and out when picking up curbside is one thing. Being told to stand and wait with my young son when I made sure to show up well after my order time is another. (By the way, the only reason I ever got my food was I asked about it. Again.) Very insensitive staff with no respect for those who are immunocompromised. We came in on a busy Saturday morning (this morning 10/23) it was our first time trying First Watch. We waited about an hour (totally expected for weekend brunch). But where I can't give this any more than one star is we didn't even get to try the food. We were sat on the patio where we then sat for 20 minutes un greeted by anybody. No server even noticed us all the tables sat after us were receiving drink orders and we have yet to even be greeted. I'm a server as well and I know things happen but not one employee or other servers working the patio even seemed to care that my fiancée and I were sitting there looking for someone to notice. All I needed was someone to ask if we had been helped but everyone was oblivious. We just ended up leaving quietly and left our table . Maybe we will be back The menu looked really great. Service here is top notch. We checked in on line via Yelp and walked right in to be seated right away. Use this option to bypass your waiting time! There were so many amazing options to choose from but we stayed on the healthy side with avocado toast, and a turkey egg white omelette while splitting a giant multigrain blueberry pancake and a fresh squeezed morning mediation drink of beet and orange juice with turmeric, ginger and agave! Today I went for brunch! The wait was about 30 minutes but they texted me when the table was ready. All of the staff host, waiter and so on were all nice and gave good customer service. Server was a blonde girl, never got her name because she didn't introduce herself or offer any courtesy. After waiting 40 minutes for my food I got a rubbery previously frozen turkey burger, without the avocado I asked for on the side, and the blandest white clam chowder I've ever had. I ate a quarter of my burger and the same amount of soup. My girlfriend's plate of potatoes, bacon, and eggs came out cold.. How can you mess that up at a breakfast spot? The plate must have been sitting in the window for a while. No one asked us how the food tasted, if we wanted to go boxes or anything. It was not busy (Thursday 12:30pm 01/04/18) Instead, the waitress swiped my card for thirty dollars and dropped the check without asking us how it was, have a nice day, thank you, or anything. 5/26/2022 order number 10108614294487040 I was scheduled to get my order and I ordered through the first watch website and it stated someone from door dash would be delivering it, about 30 min after the stated delivery time, the driver texts me and states that he's arrived, I reiterate the building number. another 15 mins goes by I excuse myself from class because I've already missed my scheduled meal time and now the driver is calling me, stating I should cancel my order as he circling the parking because he cannot find the building that's 0.6 miles away...now I can see him and I just needed him to come to the door or near the property. It was an unsafe situation, and I've called the store for a refund and they told me to contact door dash, the employees kept switching employees wanting me to tell his to everyone, I did such and contacted door dash stated they couldn't issue a refund. I called back this location and they hung up on me! it was right before there close time but I deserve my money back and not the run around because employees are ready to end their day. read more

Came here for the first time yesterday and it was the best decision ever! I'm officially obsessed with this place! Yeah the prices are a little steep for some things, but they use fresh ingredients and try to use local ingredients as much as possible. My friend and I checked in on the Yelp app which cut our wait time in half. When we got there we still had to wait 15-20 minutes, but not bad for a Saturday around 11a! Sad I don't live here because I swear I'd be here every day (it's probably best for my bank account that I don't live here). I got the açaí bowl (which was expensive [around $10] but it came with a piece of amazing toast with almond butter & sea salt!) and my friend got a frittata plate which was also amazing. Came here for an early morning breakfast during a weekday. It was a pleasant surprise to see them not busy. Usually on the weekends they are packed. I ordered the classic eggs Benedict. My wife had the frittata rustica and my kids and the bacon and egg. The Benedict was was good. It had a lot of ham and the eggs were cooked perfect. It was definitely enough food for me. My kids enjoyed the bacon and egg and the frittata rustica was good. The only thing my wife said was that the kale needed to be cleaned a little better. Some of the stems were left in.
