Today was the first time that I've tried this new restaurant in my neighborhood. They are relatively new here and are probably working out some of the bugs with ordering supplies I guess so I'll give them a little benefit of the doubt. The menu offerings offered a wide variety from breakfast items to healthy salads and sandwiches. I went to order the half sandwich with a cup of soup the turkey club with avocado and bacon. I told the server that's what I would like to have with the cup of soup, which was a tomato basil and I was told oh I'm sorry we don't have any more soup which would've been nice if it had been mentioned before I got excited about having it.. then I said well I guess I'll just get the full club sandwich on sourdough which she then replied. Oh I'm sorry we are out of sourdough. She said we only have whole-grain bread left. It would've been nice to have been informed of that before I was looking forward to it. Then she said, let me go check and see if there's any more soup, after she already told me there was no more she came back and said oh yes, we have enough of the tomato basil soup for a cup of soup so I decided to order the sandwich on the whole-grain bread with the cup of soup. The sandwich was delicious, and so was the soup except it was lukewarm at best. I asked my server if she could heat it up maybe throw it in the microwave for 30 seconds she said we don't have a microwave, but I'll see what I can do. She took the soup back. Then she brought it back five minutes later and it wasn't that much warmer. She did check and I said it's fine because I didn't wanna waste any more time having her take it back to the kitchen again so for that only three stars for this restaurant, but I imagine as the service and supplies improving in the future their star rating could be higher. read more

We ate there today very disappointed, told the wait would be 30 minutes turned into 45. When we were finally seated took over 10 minutes for our server to say I'll be right back. -finally placed our order and then waited for another 1/2 hour to be served. I ordered basted eggs and crisp bacon.the person serving the food brought me scrambled eggs and limp bacon,she was gone before I could say that wasn't what I ordered.our server was beyond apologetic, wanted to make me a new plate but by then I had eaten everything but the bacon.he took my breakfast off our check .my Husbands sandwich was good he said.. our server was great and appalled at the kitchen slowness. not sure we will ever go back.. read more

Sharon our bartender was sweet and kind and the best part of our breakfast. The coffee wasn't as good as advertised but it did the job. Serving size was pretty basic and I wish they had more protein options when it comes to the main courses instead of having to add sides. Overall- great spot, good vibes, and good food. read more

Growing pains? Long wait line and our name mysteriously fell off the list. They did seat us immediately after their mistake was brought to light however. Then used the co-ed bathroom and urine was all over the toilet seat, floor and spare toilet paper storage. Bad idea to share bathrooms...that idea came and went years ago. We had the chance to eat here during their Soft Launch and WOW! We will definitely be returning here. Fabulous staff, everyone was so helpful and kind, and everything was very clean. Plus, you can even see strip views from your table! The food was exceptional and tasted very fresh. We got the lemon ricotta pancakes (highly recommend!), the market hash, and the chilaquiles - all were 10/10. The coffee was hot and fresh, and they leave the pot at the table which is great for refills. Can't wait to return! read more

My mom and I were there on Sunday, Feb 8th. When walking in, the hosts were very pleasant and told us it would be an hour wait. We were totally okay with that. It ended up being way under an hour for the wait which was perfect. The hosts took us to an outdoor table. It was aesthetically pleasing. There were barely any people on the patio. We were just sitting and sitting. 15 minutes goes by and our server comes up to us. 15 min is way to long to wait for a server to come up to us, especially if it's not busy outside. Automatically she says "Do you want any coffee?" She was so aggressive and loud about it. Like really, not even a "hi how are you, welcome in to First Watch"?? After we've told her no to coffee at the moment, she kept being aggressive and repeating herself asking if we want coffee. She snatched the mugs away and my mom said that she can leave one mug on the table cause she might want some coffee later, just not right now. The server then was like "So coffee now!?" My mom again said "no, not at the moment I will soon" The server walks away. She didn't offer water or nothing. She literally just walked off. Another 20 min goes by and we don't see our server. So my mom and I decided to get up and leave. That's when the server starts to walk outside with glasses of water and asked us "oh you're leaving?" I just ended up saying that we had an emergency and that we have to go. I didn't want to get into an argument with her about her attitude. My mom and I work in the restaurant industry, so it was quite disappointing with the service and disrespect we received. I see why there are plenty of negative reviews about timing and rude service. On Feb 8th, it's my dad's birthday. He passed away a few years ago, so her and I instead of having a sad day, her and I wanted to brighten up the day by getting brunch. So we left disrespected and hungry because we didn't get to try any food. I will not be returning to this location. I hoping the location on Stephanie Street will be better. read more

Recently opened and now delivering an awesome dining experience! Beginning with young man at the front door taking names for wait list. Very professional and friendly..Explained how the queue system works... We were initially concerned that the music was too loud as we waited on the front patio. Once inside we found it was at a perfect low level. We are so grateful that the management here understands their demographic. This is a retirement neighborhood, not the strip. Just wanted to make sure they understand how appreciative we are of the quiet music, not blasting!! Seating was comfortable and spacious. Dante was our server.. OUTSTANDING! Ask us all the important questions about being our first time to the restaurant and giving menu details/ recommendations... The coffee is NOT Starbucks! . It's smooth, delicious and a fresh pot left on our table... THE FOOD: Our party of 3 had fresh squeezed orange juice with beet juice on top.., million dollar bacon..OMG!, donut holes, served with side dipper of raspberry jam and chocolate sauce, breakfast carne Asada tacos, Chickichanga burrito, elevated egg sandwich.... All 3 came with fresh homemade potatoes... (not the pre made frozen cubes most places serve... actually fresh potatoes!!). Everything was perfect except... the brioche bun was hard/ slightly stale...but that was only misfire. Checkout was equally pleasant...Autumn was gracious and efficient.... Overall 4.95 stars. I had the 2 for You half sandwich (Roast Beef & Havarti) and half Cobb salad. Both very delicious and plenty big enough. It said "Horseradish Havarti" but as far as I could tell the Havarti wasn't spicy (I love some spice but I have heartburn issues ). They did have a creamy horseradish sauce on the side that made it easy to make it exactly as spicy as I wanted. One complaint that is not specific to First Watch, this happens everywhere. I asked if they had "sweet" tea. The waitress said yes. Now if you have spent any time down south, you know what that means and probably know where I'm going. The waitress brought me a glass of tea. I tasted it and it was not sweetened. A different waitress came by to ask how things were and I told her what happened. She said we have sugar right there on the table. I didn't argue. The first waitress came back and I told her I ordered sweet tea hoping she just poured from the wrong pitcher. (By the way, before we came I looked at the online menu and it listed sweet tea, obviously it was a generic menu as an example). Nope, she pointed to the sugar. ‍Definitely not a reason to avoid going again which we plan to do soon. read more

I had breakfast at first watch in Kansas City Kansas in May of 2025. It was amazing and I was super excited to learn they were opening 2 locations in Las Vegas. I visited the one on Craig Rd and it was good, not as amazing. I also, visited the one thatjust opened in Henderson on 12/20/25. After Church service we added ourselves to the waitlist and it said 60-90 minutes. After a 2 hour wait. We looked at our table remain dirty for over 20 minutes. Managers and other staff just walked passed the dirty table. At this point we were tired and getting hangry. The manager did address us and say the table was being cleaned soon. I am in the business and I know being in the same role as a manager I would have helped clean the table. I noticed the managers many times just walking with no direction and with his hands inhis pockets. When we finally sat the server apologized for the wait took all our drink order and food upon first greeting. Our food came partially to the table with no water, no beverages or anything on the table. We did not see our server again for awhile so another server brought us drinks. We received part of our dishes. My daughter relieved dry french toast without any syrup even after we asked twice. The server apoligized for not bringing it and he said he would be right back with the syrup and asked for the check. He did not come back with either. We had to ask for our eggs and all our potatoes were hard. I needed to go to work so I have my daughter my buscuits and gravy and and i took the dry french toast with still no syrup just so my daughter can have food in her belly. We asked for syrup again this time with the check. When we got the check it was wrong. Still no syrup, I went the manager and just wanted to explain the issues so he was aware. He was very kind and really quick to take off the items which was fair. But what I would like to have happen was for him to listen to me more about the issues with the service and food so that it could be improved and that this establisment thrive. My time and money I value, so most of my frustration came from waiting so long and not being acknowledged and emethized with. I did not get that. The manager was in a big rush to just take off items but I didn't even get an opportunity to explain what exactly was wrong with our experience. I believe in this place and we will give it some time to evolve and work out opening kinks and then give it a try again. read more
