WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! We waited 1 1/2 hours to be seated then it took another 40+ minutes to get our food. The server said it's like that every weekend. When we asked for the manager, he said its b/c they prioritize the take-out/door-dash orders and there's so many, they can't keep up. I asked the manager why they didn't limit the # of take-out orders and he said the district manager won't allow it. He never apologized or offered anything to make the situation better and I told him they MUST tell customers before they're seated that this is most likely going to be their experience and he just shrugged at the idea. Apparently, First Watch cares more about the money than their customers willing to sit in the restaurant. And, they need a more competent manager, district manager, etc. Don't go unless you want to suck up most of your day feeling annoyed. read more

Me and my husband love trying new spots, and it was a shock we hadn't gotten to try First Watch yet. We've heard many amazing things about them! First off, let me say: THOSE CHEESY GRITS THOUGH!! hands down, one of the most amazing things on their menu, in my opinion. For being from the south, I had never had cheese in my grits. I've tried it other places, but nobody lives up to First Watch. Their Juice bar, is spectacular. You have to try at least one, if not all! Their menu features some insanely delicious originals. My husband ordered the Frittata Rustica his first time, then the Chickichanga our second. I ordered the Baja Turkey Burger my first time, then the Frittata Rustica my second because of how AMAZING this dish was our first time! I'll go ahead and tell you right now, though, I haven't been disappointed by this restaurant's menu, and I can't say I ever will be! The staff is amazing, and very well trained on their menu! We have always liked coming here. Last week it was so-so, orders coming out wrong. This week was a total wreck! My husbands order came out wrong, over easy eggs came out hard, sent them back to have the same thing happen! The creamy pesto sauce pairs very nicely with the feta, sun-dried tomatoes and chicken. It was a great mix of flavors and really filling. Had a very bad experience here unsure why as the other reviews seem positive. Waited over an hour for our food while other parties around us whom sat long after us had all got their food... ours finally arrives and the waffle was ice cold and the farmhouse skillet hash was ice cold and had two slices of black rotted avocado sitting on top. Did not wish to wait another hour for remake and when manager came to our table he just stood over us and said nothing but an odd, smirky grin. I explained my toddler was fussy and we don't wish to have food remade. I also asked if he had seen the rotted avocado on my dish and he said he did not but that we, "may leave now" with no apology or care. My husband and I went for a late breakfast middle of the week around 10. The restaurant was about half full with plenty of servers bustling about. It took us almost 20 minutes to get out drink orders and another 25 minutes to get out food. Our waiter had said they were incredibly busy so we weren't too surprised, just shocked that a half full restaurant would be considered busy. The wait would've been a bit more tolerable if the food hadn't been so disappointing. The Bloody Mary was bland, oddly flavored, and clearly from a cheap, pre-made mix. The iced coffee could hardly be considered coffee at all, being mostly cream and sugar. Only one of use was given a glass for water and when asked for an additional, was never given one. The entrees were fine: edible, underwhelming, and somewhat warm. The fruit cup was laughable with two small grapes, one tiny slice of melon, and half a chunk of pineapple. My eggs were spongy, and avocado on my husbands dish were bruised and brown. We love a good greasy spoon diner, but with First Watch being advertised as an elevated brunch spot meant we were very disappointed. read more

I don't usually write reviews for chains but felt the need to do so after having lunch here on Sunday. First of all, the food at first watch is really good, great options, good quality, and good price. But what set this location apart from others I have been to is the awesome service! Everyone from the hostess to the wait staff to the cashier were polite, helpful and friendly. It was obvious they had regulars as I saw many patrons hug or shake the hand of their waiter/waitress. Our waiting was great as well and we never waited for anything because the staff is so helpful to one another. Truly a team working together. What was great is when another member of the staff would bring us something for our waitress, they didn't just drop it and go, they treated us like we were their customer and asked if we needed anything and didn't just say it in passing. The managers at this location deserve a lot of credit for putting together a team of this level at a chain location. Really appreciated and will be back! read more

The toast was wonderfully thick. Heads up though, they out sea salt on the toast so if you aren't a sweet and salty fan, ask for that to be left off. My husband got the lemon ricotta pancakes, which were also very tasty. The rest of our party liked theirs as well and we all left very satisfied.
