Called ahead to see what the wait was. Told we had to download their app to get in line. We did it was was told it was a 10-15 minute wait. We arrived to the restaurant 10 mins later and were told we had to check in again and that we were "5th" to be seated and it would be 10-15 minutes. It's Sunday and busy so whatever. We wait 20 minutes and watch everyone who came in after us get seated. A little frustrating. We asked the manager what the deal was and his response was "they were on the list." So were we. We pointed that out. He said "they were on the app". So were we. He then said "it was easier to sit the other people." No apologies just matter of fact. My question is why download this worthless app if it doesn't help? Don't make someone download it wait-time and then make them wait longer at the restaurant. The manager didn't care and his attitude was "so what". After waiting 30 minutes the manager then came over and acted like he was doing us a favor. Needless to say we weee not happy. A homeless person came in the restaurant, went table to table and ask for alms, when the hostess ask him to leave, he acted leaving, but when the hostess left her station and got the Manager Daniel, the homeless guy grab the cash that was on a customers table and took off and run away with her money. Went here for brunch with some friends and would highly recommend! They have a lot of options- all things that you would expect from a brunch place. The food was pretty good- not extraordinary per se but not bad at all! If you go during the summer I would definitely recommend the million dollar bacon- it's bacon with brown sugar and maple syrup and was definitely my favorite part of the meal by far. I am so disappointed in this location. We have been to FW in Katy, and it was a great experience. This location, however, is seriously struggling to get its act together. The wait for Sunday brunch is 30 minutes, but you look around the restaurant and a third of the tables are empty while the lobby is jampacked. The kitchen is also slow. It is almost like they do not understand Sunday from 10-1 is a peak time and are unprepared. After attempting to go two Sundays in a row, we are going to wait a few months before coming back. Hopefully they will figure it out by then. If they do, I will be happy to have my mind changed, but for now, they get one star. read more

This morning I arrived at 07:00am and was greeted by a host/cashier I'm not sure but she asked me if it was to go or was I dine in I stated to go.. she asked me what I wanted and I told her I needed to see a menu. She gave me one and told me I could wait at a table she would be back to take my order. She also sat two gentleman at a table for dine in service. Now 7:10 a waiter comes over to the two gentlemen and asked if they are ready to order. They say no not yet she looks at me an walks away. Now 7:15 the girl I initially spoke to still has not come back to take my order. I decide to get up and go back to the counter to see if this alerts anyone now 7:18 she comes to the front looks and then walks to the back again before coming to take my order. I asked for the Turkey Omelet and asked for no tomato no onion and I have both on my plate. I also had to be at work at 7:30 right down the feeder but was still late. I told the waitress Amanda and she said " Yes i would b able to do that " At time of checkout I see she charged me and extra 10 dollars for a waffle. How ridiculous. I've done the same order all the time and never a problem. & The manager didn't even try to help me out. He just said they didn't do that here. Well next time the waitress needs to be more mindful of her words and how she words tbings before making a customer pay 10 dollars for a waffle. and didn't even get the toast. The reason why I gave 2 stars is not because the food or service, is do to the fact that the cooks were not wearing a facemask.. I was seating right in front of the kitchen with a very good view of the kitchen staff. With a pandemic still going on, I found this extremely unsafe as the food can get contaminated. I had read several very negative reviews about this place and thought, perhaps the manager paid attention. Yup, my instincts were good. It was great...the menu is awesome. My food, the avocado toast, was served quickly and perfectly prepared. The toast was crisp, not soggy and the eggs were poached with enough runny yolk to make it all yummy. My guest had the hash and asked for no chorizo in it which they accommodated nicely. It would be nice if they had cappuccino but that's just my breakfast habit kicking in. Well done! read more

Been well over a year or two and the last place I've eaten at was in another state yet it all seems familiar once inside. Great brunch and breakfast menu served by friendly staff and servers. They are always busy but you can use their app to get in front of the walk ins. Highly recommend using their app. I always get the million dollar bacon and the morning meditation. read more

We got seated promptly, but it took our server more than 15 minutes to finally greet us, and when she did, she was rude and overwhelmed. We then sat there for over an hour waiting for our food, which we never got, since we thought that there was really no reason for food to take that long. I absolutely will not be visiting again. We love the food here! I got the beet toast and million dollar bacon. My husband got the avocado toast and turkey sausage. They didn't have hot coffee due to the water main issue but the cold brew was an acceptable substitute. For some reason the online thing where you get on the wait list never works. It always says zero wait time and if you sign up online they never actually have you on the list when you arrive. So I suggest not bothering with that. read more

I will start by saying maybe our experience was isolated, but it was enough to leave an unfavorable impression. We have been to other locations before and loved it. We were seated relatively quickly (about 10 min after arriving). The waiter took our order timely. We ordered the Works omelette, and the Salmon Frittata. Twice the waiter brought me the Rustica vegetable frittata instead of the salmon frittata. The first time I wasn't upset. Mistakes happen. I told him "there's no salmon in this". He apologized and brought it back to the kitchen. After 10 minutes he brought a new frittata.... but once again it was NOT the salmon it was the rustica vegetable AGAIN. I notified him of the mistake again. Finally he says "well even though you SAID "salmon" your finger was on the Rustica on the menu so that's what I wrote". I responded "ok but what about when I told you there was no salmon in what you brought me? Shouldn't that have warranted a clarification on what I ordered?" He did not say anything so I told him to remove it from my ticket since I wasn't going to eat something I didn't order. For what it's worth the other person with me enjoyed the Works omelette. But I'll stick to the Pearland Parkway location from this point forward. read more

They actually juice here. The lemon ricotta pancakes are different then any other I have had. They pour the batter on the griddle then add dollops of ricotta then after off the griddle a blob of lemon is scooped on the top. Historically at other establishments the ricotta is throughout as is the lemon which I think is best. Not bad but kind of a bastard version. No counter service. read more
