Service is awe full. Food not worth the prices. Nothing else to say. Tried giving Zero stars but not a choice.

I tried this place out because a patient of mine gave me a gift card...wait time wasn't bad. The server was attentive for first 10 minutes and it was gone after that. We order biscuits and gravy and something else can't remember. We waited a good 45 minutes to get our food, what was irritating was that my server wasn't anywhere to be found. I could see him peeking around the corner to see that we still hadn't gotten our food but didn't bother to touch base with us. After waiting for so long, our food was cold. Miserably cold. The server continued to apologize and offered to bring the food out again. We waited another 30 minutes and bam to what surprise the food is cold again. Doesn't make sense to me. No manager approached our table or said anything. But some server passed by and slipped 2 buy one get one cards. Fast forward to today, we decided to use those cards today. The server we got sat with today worked her tail off. She got sat 4 tables back to back. Not fair to her. Waited a good 45 minutes again, to get cold food. Mind you, we ordered different things just in case that might have changed the situation. I just can't imagine myself going to this restaurant again. Yesterday was the second time I went to this location of First Watch. I will say the food is good but the service is terrible. I was hoping the first time was an an outlier but I guess this is the normal for them. The poor waitress was managing too many tables. It took 25 minutes for our food to arrive. I looked around the dining room and everyone was feeling the same irritation. When we were leaving a woman and her family were walking out because they were tired of waiting for their meal. I found out that part of yesterday's issue was they were missing two cooks. This place is being poorly managed. I won't recommend this location until they get a manager who can run a busy restaurant. read more

I've dined at 249&1960 locations and I believe this is fairly new first Watch. I got there about 12:20 and the dining area was very full. I waited about 5 minutes or more when my server acknowledged me and said she'd be with me shortly, another 5 minutes came and she finally came over to get my complete order, she seemed like she was running on adrenaline lol or lots of coffee. My drinks were brought later afterwards. I ordered the lemon ricotta pancakes and kale tonic and coffee. The pancakes were good a little dry, the lemon "ricotta " was more like lemon meringue on top and I didn't taste any ricotta unless it was in the actual batter, who knows lol it was decorated with strawberries. The lemon part was yummy and one of the things I didn't like was the strawberry tasted like a they used a dirty knife to cut them, they had a onion like aftertaste. I love the menu selection! It's difficult finding restaurants that has healthy options for me and not so healthy for my husband so I was happy with the selection. It gets really busy during lunch so I like that they leave a pot of coffee on the table so you don't have to wait for refills. I took off a star because it takes a long time to get your food and it was getting tiresome entertaining my son. Also I found it to be a tad expensive for what it is so that will cause me not to come as often as I'd like. Overall great experience and yummy food! read more

Wish they were opening past 2pm but that doesn't affect my review! I've been to First Watch multiple times and always love my breakfast, I'm a basic girl.. I love my eggs, bacon, potatoes and toast so the Traditional Breakfast is right up my ally! The waffles and pancakes are HUGE and both topped with butter and powder sugar (don't know who thought that was a good idea) but you can just tell them no powder sugar if you'd like. I wish the food would come out hot, the food taste wonderfully but it's not a HOT breakfast. Nonetheless the food and service and atmosphere is great! My family and I waited over an hour to be seated.I believe they forgot about us as they seated others of the same number without reservations. The food and service was okay a bit overpriced. The food is AMAZING!! I cannot stress this enough. The prices are just perfect and every person I encountered during my visit was sweet,welcoming and very helpful when ordering. After coming to this place, I will not ever return to Ihop! Super clean establishment with such a yummy menu. Their coffee is great. Very strong, which I like. The food is made to order so you can add whatever you want to it. I had the bacado with added Italian sausage and millionaire bacon. This is my go to place for a weekend breakfast. I crave the Cobb salad and you can't go wrong with any selection from the menu. My son ordered the works omelet and the million dollar bacon he said it "was smack." The food is always fresh. Service is quick and all the staff is top notch. Restaurant is always very clean. Great menu selection. But good luck to you getting seated in a timely manner. It's the most frustrating part of the whole experience. They're not organized at all in the front. No one knows where the line is to be put on the wait list because people also pay in the front. But if you want to skip the line. Go really early or right before they close. Love the avocado toast and the omelette. Will return but never in the middle of breakfast rush hour. read more

First time at this location. I had such a hard time choosing something from the menu. Our waitress Cassandra was so patient and understanding. She was on top of everything. This location is extremely slow. Waite staff act like they are new to tue industry. Not typical of other First Watch locations, this is a training and understaffing issue. The staff are only doing what they can. Hopefully management will figure it out because the food is really good. read more

I took my Mother here after Easter service. It was really nice. The food was amazing... expensive but fresh ingredients. Nice portion size and plated in a way that makes you take pics of your food! The prices are way too high to be able to come here on impulse. But for special occasions when cost isn't a consideration, I will bring any special person here. The staff is fantastic. Finally, a decent breakfast spot in the area that isn't completely unhealthy and can cook food properly, even while busy. We had the "chikichanga" and the elevated egg sandwhich, which were both great and well seasoned. Flavors are well paired and thoughtful, everything was cooked perfectly, including the potatoes which I find often come out undercooked. Their hot coffee and iced coffee are also very good. I'm excited to come back, as this restaurant is a rare find in this area. read more
