My recent visit to First Watch was an absolute nightmare, and I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy. Upon ordering, I specifically requested grape jelly due to a severe allergy to strawberries. What did I receive instead? You guessed it - a serving of strawberry jelly. As someone with a life-threatening allergy, this mistake could have had dire consequences. If you value your health and expect basic competence from your dining experience, I urge you to steer clear of First Watch. The utter lack of attention to customer needs and safety is appalling. Save yourself the hassle and potential health risks and find a more responsible establishment to dine at. read more

First Watch is by far the best chain breakfast restaurant there is! The food is absolutely delicious with a great variety to choose from. They have classic items like biscuits and gravy and French toast, but also fresher options like avocado toast and chia seed pudding. The drink selection is amazing, and the coffee is always hot and delicious. The service is top-notch, especially from Justin. He is by far the best server there - so charismatic and friendly. I visit First Watch Kennesaw weekly for business meetings over coffee and/or breakfast, and I am never disappointed. The food is always healthy, fresh, and great-tasting. Sonia does an amazing job of finding friendly and professional staff who work hard and take care of customers. We ate at the one in Kennesaw, GA about a month ago and it goes to show you that people will eat anything. First, the wait staff was not wearing gloves and they were putting their hands on the toast without washing their hands. We spoke with the manager and he supposedly spoke with the wait staff, but they were still doing it. For us, the food was terrible! We won't be back. Good luck to whomever eats there. read more

Ok so I have came here since opening and every time I am more and more impressed. This restaurant runs like a well oiled machine. Their host staff is excellent, the food is as fresh as it gets and has a very creative menu for those wanting a healthier breakfast compared to Waffle House or ihop.
