WHAT HAPPENED?!? We've been coming to TRH for year and having what we perceived to be some of the best steaks in the industry; however, the last three times we ate hear the steaks have gotten progressively worse. When we went this weekend my entire steak was nothing but gristle! Don't know if they changed their meat supplier for cheaper cuts, but not the was to do business or keep customers. We won't be back unless things change for the better.

Burnt to a crisp ribs, how do you even plate something like this.

Ribs were burnt to a crisp. Got new ones and they were still dry and burnt. They claim fall off the bone these were quite literally the opposite.

Still 1 of the best chain restaurants! Always loved this place for the rolls as a kid. Can't beat a meal under $15 with 2 sides now days. I had the roadkill that was cooked perfectly medium, topped with onions and mushrooms. House salad was fresh, sweet potato with the honey butter always hits, and the rolls were as fluffy as I remember. There's a reason the wait gets long in the evening. If you don't want to wait, just go to Outback where you get seated immediately in an empty restaurant.

Ok there was a salad, but i ate it.

I dont know why,But Ive always liked TR for their value. I mean eating steak can be exspensive. However as i took my seat Kevin soon arrived. He took my drink order and i informed him I needed a little more time with the menu. By the time he returned I settled on the 11oz sirloin, loaded mashed potatoes and ceasar salad. What i appreciated was the timing of the food. I liked that the salad came out,and i was able to enjoy the salad before bringing out my steak. My pet peeve is when steak places bring your steak before you even finish your salad. Then your steak sets getting cold. Ok some might think that $26 is exspensive for a meal. However I think its pretty dadgum good for these days and times. Ive always liked the decor at TR as well. The plain wood ,country vibe is always nice.

We come here a few times a month. The servers are always friendly and the atmosphere is nice and clean. I usually go for the salmon which is a nice size and tasty. My girls usually get the kids steak bites which come in a good amount and from their plates taste very well.

What a vibe haha - Texas Roadhouse is one of those places where you and your friends go to when you're feelin a night of hanging out over top tier bread and a chaotic environment. Came here at 8pm on a Saturday and there was about a 25 minute wait (pro tip: call ahead to be put on the waitlist!) Some of my friends had never been to a Texas Roadhouse and I was excited for them to receive an experience! Hot, buttery bread rolls, employees line dancing and yelling yeehaws for someone's birthday, eating our peanuts and leaving the shells behind, and yelling across the table just to hear each other over all the noise - this is the classic Texas Roadhouse experience that I've missed for so long. The service was ok, as we didn't receive utensils until our food came out, even though we had an app and thought we had asked for some prior to that as well. It was a busy night though. I enjoyed my grilled bbq chicken - good flavor and tender! Went home with a full heart and belly, as well as some bread rolls for tomorrow

I came here to catch up with a friend of mine. This was my first time coming to this location and it was also my first time coming here in a very long time. My friend and I got sat instantly even though it was pretty busy in there. Our server did a great job on our table. He checked on us constantly. There rolls are iconic. They were really the highlight of my meal. I ordered a full rack of ribs with green beans and a sweet potato. She got salmon with corn and a sweet potato. My bill came out to about $25. All the food I got at that price is such a steal! I can't wait to come back here.

Great service, rustic western atmosphere, and okay food priced competitively. Always a nice time though the food is just okay. The rolls however are great. Worth the periodic visit.

Just wanted to let y'all know this was my first time going to this new Texas Roadhouse, and let me say... it was AMAZING! The service was fast and our server was great. Our food came out cooked exactly how we asked, and everything was perfect and really good. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to eat. Go enjoy the new Texas Roadhouse -- you won't be disappointed!

I visited this location with my friend and we had a decent experience (although I will say this location is a bit hit or miss, I have definitely had misses here). We ordered the mozzarella sticks as an appetizer and I got the sirloin steak with chili. Everything came out as expected and our service was decent.

Grilled chicken salad with extra tomatoes added. Chicken was dry and overcooked.

The bread is wonderful! It was given to me HOT how I like it. The steak in the other hand.. wasn't good. The shrimp kabobs were good.

Now, I never write reviews, but this brisket was just so bad I had to warn other barbecue lovers not to let themselves down. The meat had no bark on most of the pieces, and also there was no smoke ring. Not sure if it was made in an oven or what. Overall it lacked that delicious salty smokey flavor that makes brisket so amazing. On top of that it was quite chewy and just an unpleasant texture overall. That said, the restaurant was clean and the staff friendly. I just hope they can improve their smoking technique to make the food worthwhile.

As we got our drinks, we sampled some of the barbecue sauces that they have. There is a huge selection of all different types. We sat outside on the back porch, which was nice. The meal was pretty good. I enjoyed the barbecue the coleslaw is standard coleslaw. Nothing special . We did not get any desserts. I would go back again and try the pulled pork or the burnt ends.

There was trash left on tables, and the floors were noticeably sticky, which made the whole environment uncomfortable right away. One of the tables was also in very poor condition -- it was damaged to the point where it almost cut me and my friend. That's not just unpleasant, it's a safety issue that really needs to be addressed. The service made things even worse. The staff came off as rude and unorganized, and it didn't feel like there was any real effort to provide good customer service. Our order wasn't handled properly -- items were missing, and things were just thrown together without care. For example, we didn't get utensils organized properly, knives were just tossed into the bag, and my friend's gravy was completely forgotten. On top of that, the posted hours didn't seem accurate, which added to the confusion and frustration. As for the food, it was just as disappointing. The barbecue was dry and lacked flavor, and the mac & cheese was especially bad -- dry, clumpy, and clearly not fresh. It tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. Overall, between the dirty environment, safety concerns, rude and unorganized service, incorrect hours, and poor food quality, this was a very bad experience. I would not recommend this location and definitely won't be coming back.
