You can't beat this restaurant, it has a fantastic atmosphere that is warm and cozy. It is perfect for dates, family meals or just meeting up with some girlfriends. I went back to First Watch after a bad experience because I was contacted by them and they sent me a gift card if I promised to return and give another review. I went back today and took my niece with me for breakfast. I can't say enough great things about our waitress, the food was incredible and the atmosphere was upbeat yet relaxed. My in laws gave us a gift card for First Watch. It had been a long time since we had tried it and there are always tons of cars in the parking lot so we were optimistic that things had improved. Thankfully we used the app to get in line since the wait was over an hour at 10:30 if you didn't use it. The service was better this time around, not great but we weren't ignored. However dirty water glasses are still a problem. The food was once again okay, not great, but not terrible. I did ask for a jam other than strawberry (I'm highly allergic to strawberries) and the only alternative they could offer was peanut butter. Their fresh orange juice is truly fresh. That was probably the good part of our meal. We used the gift card and will not return. I would rather drive further to get great food, great service, and clean glasses. read more

Excellent excellent! The Salmon Benedict was just perfect - the Hollandaise has just a bit of sweetness in the right amount and the eggs were poached perfectly. Their "regular" coffee had just a hint of chocolate and was REALLY good - no burnt taste. The kids menu is well ordered and the chocolate chip pancake was just the right size for a hungry 6 year old boy. The ambience is comfortable - a little bit of New England which we love. I am a HUGE fan of a GREAT breakfast, and this place THE BEST BREAKFAST I've ever eaten in my life. If you like to feel healthy and energized, definitely try the Quinoa breakfast bowl with kale and turkey sausage. Its delicious!!! The fresh orange, beet, lemon, ginger, tumeric juice is also A MUST HAVE!!!!!!! Wish I could drink it EVERY DAY. The cranberry granola banana pancakes are also the BEST pancakes I've ever had. Was in the states for a few days and some friends recommended this spot. When I walked in I was sold as I looked at the plate of a patron that was eating on the premises. I asked the waitress what he had and she said the cinnamon roll waffles. I ordered a plate, just like his. When it arrived I was not at all impressed. The waffles were cold, and so were the sausages. When I brought it to the waitress attention, she said it's supposed to be that way because of the cream cheese...not so - warm it up!!! She remade the sausages and eggs so I only ate that and drank the coffee. The coffee was good, thanks for that. And they don't make a great meal for the next day to warm up. We had, to start ,the superfoods powerbowl, it was an assortment of mixed berries with an organic granola on top of coconut milk rice pudding and it came with a side of natural bread with almond butter. I've driven by this place since it opened and yesterday was my first time eating there. We got there on Sunday at 0945. They were very busy. We were told 45 minutes and they were right on the mark. Service was quick, friendly with recommendations. I ordered Skillet Hash - Market. It was good, not great. Prices were high. I placed to-go order: two eggs, bacon, potatoes and one pancake. $16! They do have more breakfast options than Cracker Barrel. But I'll stick with CB for quality and price. read more

This is a once a week place for brunch. Love the french toast. My husband always gets one of the specials and has never been disappointed. Make sure to call ahead they are always busy. Service is good - not overly personable, but the food is great atmosphere is nice-so we just chalk it up to being busy - which is ok. We like it and will keep going back. read more

Love this place whenever I can make it in! Great, fresh food with simple, delicious ingredients at a decent price point. Recently had one of the best omelettes I've ever had, the smoked ham and gruyere omelette. Was sad when it was all gone! Also had their muffin of the day, which was a banana nut muffin. Omg, so delicious and moist. Only changed I'd like is if they listed calories on their menu, had to guesstimate assuming no heavy cooking oils or anything like that. 3rd and last time I will ever walk in the door. Worst Managment on the planet. It just shows how starved the area is for breakfast places that this joint flourishes I will admit, I have a pet peeve with wait times and when they grow, it bothers me. We arrived a 11:50, were told it would be a 10 to 15 minute wait. Looked around and at least 6 tables were empty, just needed cleaning. 20 minutes later those tables are still dirty and I asked how much longer? I was greeted with "I have a table of 6, a table 2, a table of ..... ahead of you". I said "that does not answer my question, how much longer do I have to wait?" The hostess then said "about 10 to 15 minutes". When I asked how that could be considering the empty tables STILL WAITING TO BE CLEANED the entire time we have already been waiting? I was then greeted with a look of disgust from the young hostess. I apologized to her for complaining and asked to speak with a manager. Another young lady came out and had no answer whatsoever for the empty tables and now a 30 minute plus wait. She layers empty apologies for the wait but again, can't answer why we are waiting a half hour for tables that ARE STILL DIRTY and unfilled. If I owned the place I'd have a new manager in place this week. We left, will not be back. Food is not that good to wait like that and put up with the nonsense. If I had a manager that was that unaware of the front of the business and was not out Cleaning Tables to resolve the problem - I'd have a new Manager in a hurry. Must be nice to make so much money that tables can go unfilled and people are walking out and it does not matter. May work, but I won't be back so it will have to work without me and I'll share this with anyone who asks about the place. read more

Had brunch here and I really enjoyed my breakfast. Friendly waitress who was engaging and very knowledgeable about the menu and seemed genuinely interested in what I liked and made recommendations based off of that. You'd had thought that she was my own, personal waitress with how much time she spent helping me. Of course, most of the other diners were well along in their meals which gave her time to spend with me. We don't like to complain to the server we are just not those people. The kids turkey sandwich with fruit was literally shredded up turkey and a piece of cheese on the thickest driest bread ever invented so ask for mayo mustard if you order. The trifecta was 2 sad baby eggs and a sausage with a waffle that was so undercooked and soggy it looked deflated. Of course I ate everything I was starving but just never coming here again.
