Heard mixed reviews so I was a bit hesitant to try it.The food was eh.I got the Waffle it was COLD!!I had Chicken sausage which was fine and eggs which were also cold but not as cold as the waffle.I don't know if the waitress just forgot the food or if the sausage took longer than normal and they didn't come out on time.But yeah Even considering I may try it again When its semi busy maybe the food will be more hot. It stays pretty packed here especially on weekends so if you don't want to wait in line for too long I would book a table ahead of time through their app! I've eaten at First Watch in another state and really enjoyed it so I suggested to a friend that we eat there since it was fairly new to her area. We must have arrived there close to closing time because the restaurant was almost empty and a few employees were cleaning. We ordered our food and my friend asked the waitress to leave the menu because she wanted to order something to go for her husband. I guess the waitress didn't hear her and took the menu anyway. We were finishing our food and she asked the waitress about ordering a burger to go for her husband. She couldn't remember which so she asked her to bring the menu. When the waitress went to the kitchen with the order, we could hear the cook yelling at her. I'm not sure if he was aware that we were sitting right around the corner from the kitchen or if he wanted us to hear. He kept yelling, "She CAN'T order!" "She CAN'T!!!" "She should have told us that in the beginning when she placed the other order!!!" He went on and on and on LOUD and RUDE!! Finally the waitress returned and apologized that she wasn't able to place the order because they had already shut down the kitchen. We understood and didn't have a problem with that but what I DID have a problem with was the fact that the cook was so LOUD and RUDE and apparently didn't care if we heard what he had to say. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt and say well maybe he wasn't aware how loud his voice carried in the restaurant since we were now the only customers that remained. A simple "we've already shut down the kitchen, I'm sorry" would do! The food was good as usual but I will not return to this location. read more

First time diner today. It's Mother's Day so waited an hour and a half, but not too bad considering we signed in with the app and went closer to our scheduled time. Waited a long time (30 min)for our food, and everyone's came except my husband's omelet, which came about 10 min later. My poached eggs were cooked hard and had to be sent back; while I was waiting, ate my potatoes, which I found a hair in. Also weird that my eggs Benedict Florentine had raw spinach instead of cooked? Sent the whole plate back. Kids were done eating - they loved their waffles and eggs - before we got our food. Benedict and omelet were decent, nothing to write home about. Will probably give them another try, since the manager made things right and apologized. Hope to have a better experience next time! read more

This restaurant just opened so I won't be super critical but they did succeed at ruining a Saturday breakfast. Wait time at 9am was about 30 minutes to get a table. Wouldn't have been that bad if they could clean the dirty tables. Dirty coffee cup on table when we sat down. Waited another 10 minutes for server. Told her the coffee cups were dirty and she said they were not. Showed her the lipstick on them... Food was marginal to OK. After we finally ordered, it took around 30 minutes to get food. My suggestion is if you want to pay that much for breakfast go to Cracker Barrel, where at least the portions match the price. read more

The food was delicious. I had the turkey burger and butternut squash soup and both were awesome. Service was good too! I'm giving four stars because we were told a 30-45 minute wait and it ended up being an hour and 25 minutes. And there were only two of us. But the app was awful. For an hour straight it said that there were 15 people ahead of us and it never refreshed. We were still at the bottom of the waitlist. when we came back an hour later, but the nice hostess moved us up to the front. We left happy but won't use the app again. read more

I can honestly say this is my favorite lunch place on the planet. When you walk in it has a very modern ikea-ish, farmhouse, industrial feel to it. The people are friendly and happy to work there, the service is usually very good. The food is to die for, I am such a fan of the dijon salad, and the muffin are huge. Just finished birthday brunch at First Watch. It was the first visit for all four of us. I drive by this place several times a week and I just could not believe how packed the parking lot always is. I read some of the reviews in here and was a little concerned about what to expect after reading some of the negative ones. I sometimes wonder if they really actually dined here? The food was off the charts good, the menu is the most interesting I have seen in a long time. Our waitress was terrific..... We showed up at 1pm just after the big lunch crowd. I suspect that could have some input. This place seats a lot of people and the kitchen is probably a little buried during peak times. I think the food is good enough that people just need to relax and allow for more time at peak business hours. There are so many things on the menu that I want to go back and try in the future. Do yourself a favor and try the Pecan Dijon salad... it is FANTASTIC.... read more

Very clean and polite place to eat. The food was delicious, but my husband just complained there wasn't enough food. They are consious of portion size here and he works out a lot so he eats more haha. But he said it did taste good. Their food wasn't heavy or greasy which I liked. I will definitely be going back. Went out for brunch this morning with friends, and we were all wanting to try something new. I didn't end up ordering anything, but tried a little bite of everything off of everyone's plate. After looking at reviews we went this morning, don't understand why all of these Denny style restaurants think when 2 seniors walk in they put them in the wobbliest smallest table there is with so much junk on it we had trouble just drinking coffee, had large water glasses that were never filled for asked to fill. Wife ordered off regulator menu I oreded one the specials. Then they set woman and two screaming kids next to us. When ordering asked for no mushrooms after sitting there 10 minutes waitress came back and said no sub on specials. Told her we would just have coffee never offered any thing else or had manager come over BAD MANAGEMENT not to inform wait staff or put signage on menu NO SUB. They did have good coffee. Twice disappointed. This place clearly is meant for women. The kale juices and farm to table is popular among women and a certain type of man. The portions are satisfying to that crowd. The flavors are mild and indicative of an attempt to be healthy. Impossible for a restaurant. Eat healthy at home. Their eggs benedict often come out over hard and they are skimpy with the salmon.
