Went for lunch on Thursday before Halloween. The menu has a nice variety of options from breakfast to lunch. I ordered the turkey burger with a side of mixed greens. Was really fresh and healthy exactly what I wanted! My friend had french toast with fresh strawberries, kiwi,and bananas. The portion was pretty large but tasted awesome. I use to really like this place... Unfortunately, it seems to have gotten away from all the deliciousness and goodness of when it first opened. I ate here for breakfast and it started it out with old, barely warm coffee. Then I tried the new Breakfast dish, with tortilla chips, which came out soggy and gross, with barely any of the toppings promised on the menu. Then, my girlfriend informs me of her pancake still being in the "batter" state and not cooked all the way. I told her to send it back, but she's too shy and modest. Furthermore, the check was put on the table halfway through the meal. It's sad to say, this place is off the menu from now on. I like the food and selections here typically. But for every good visit I have, I have a bad one. Service and food are really hit or miss. My most recent visit I had two pieces of paper in my sandwich. I didn't realize it until I eat half of it. They are normally pretty good about trying to make things right when they mess up. The service leaves much to be desired. It took 3 tries to get me a clean glass. Right after receiving our food she asked I f everything showed up ok and gave us the check so we can pay up front. She was never to be seen again. Now the food: my English muffin wasn't toasted the butter the put on it wouldn't melt because it was cold. My first trip here and I will definitely be back. I had the turkey burger with greens and everything was delicious. The turkey burger was huge and very moist and the salad dressing on the greens was very tasty. My mother ate the chicken salad sandwich with a side of potatoes and enjoyed hers as well. Our server was attentive and very friendly. We checked in with the Nowait app, so our wait time was minimal even during a busy lunch time. This is my absolute favorite brunch place to go to. I use an app to get in line and I haven't waited longer than 20 minutes no matter when I come; Sunday after church or a weekday morning. I always get the avocado bacon hash and it is amazing. Sometimes there isn't a ton of avocado but it always tastes great. Eggs are delicious, and comes with fruit and english muffin. Pancakes are to die for and HUGE. Iced green tea is tasty and refreshing, also free refills! Every waitress we've had has been good about refills and checking in. Fiancé and I are regulars every Sunday we eat breakfast here. I have Bubbas Benny and she tries just about everything on the menu. We've had just about every waiter/waitress attend us and they all have been great! Food and coffee have always been great. The no wait app is a huge help to get in line without actually being there. Of course we have to check in when we arrive but are longest wait time even on a busy day has been about 15 minutes. We enjoy there unique fresh juices extremely creative and refreshing. We went to First Watch Sunday because it was recommended as a good brunch location and we had noticed it was always busy when we drove by. At 1:50 we were told approximately a 30 minutes wait- was actually 45 minutes- then another 30 to get our order. I ordered a classic eggs Benedict, my order did not come out with my wife's, I was told they had broken the yokes and were refiring it. 10 minutes later the yokes were over done, not the least bit runny. Cheese grits were ok but my wife's are better. Her French toast was ok but nothing we couldn't have gotten anywhere else. Perhaps it was that it was the end of the shift, but if you only serve breakfast and lunch you need to kickass at doing it. Our server came by to take our order and at the end to drop off the check, like it's time to close, you people need to go. I get why it's popular, supposed to be a little healthier than say a Waffle House. But for the same money or less you can do better- overrated and won't be back read more

The food was excellent, but small potions that cost too much. $$$. I had the avocado, tomato hash for $8.99. Tea & coffee was $2.39, but it came with a carafe of water and coffee. Other items we ordered were onion skillet hash w/ eggs for $8.99 and Triffecta w/ bacon for $9.29. Expensive breakfast $32.05, great atmosphere, staff was excellent. Suggestions: get another exit for customers to leave so that the door will not be congested with wait list customers and departing customers; ......you need 2 cashiers, if it is hectic, then the cashier will not be overwhelmed; ...more tables, or a bigger kitchen to crank out the orders, we almost drank all our beverages before the food order arrived. We saw this new restaurant open a few months ago and decided to try it today, expecting the best. It wasn't even close. That was the real surprise. First the good... the coffee. Now the bad... very slow, disinterested service, a dirty table that I had to clean and mediocre food. That's three strikes. So will we go back for a $25 breakfast? I don't think so. This is the third restaurant in the same building. I wonder how long this one will last. The restaurant deserves two stars at best, but the Yelp two star description gives it too much credit. I've never had a problem with first watch until today. Nothing wrong with the food, the food was good as usual. The service this morning, however, was very unfriendly. We got "greeted" at the door by the manager and were instantly put off. We felt very welcomed. I said good morning and didn't even get a response. Our server was friendly at first, then when it was time for is to order she seemed annoyed at the modifications to our choices. She even got a little snappy with my boyfriend. I went to the restroom and on my way back to my table and saw the manager smiling and talking with another table. Maybe he just didn't like us. read more
