    CHOCOLATE CHIP PANCAKE BREAKFAST
    Delaney S.

This was my first time at this location. There was plenty of parking during breakfast time. This restaurant is much bigger inside than you think it will be. Of course this location keeps up with the cute farmhouse vibe. My mom and I got a table in the back and immediately got coffee poured for us. The service was quick and friendly. The coffee was very good and I appreciate the flavored coffee creamer that are provided in a bowl on the table. I ordered the breakfast that included a pancake which I upgraded to a chocolate chip pancake, sausage, and eggs. Everything was sooooo good. The chocolate chip pancake didn't even need syrup I could eat it on its own. My mom ordered the strawberry cheesecake bites and she really enjoyed them. For the quality of food, price point, and service, you can't beat it.

Plenty of seating. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Food was tasty & fresh. The pancake was huge & yummy, really enjoyable. The potatoes were decent & the benedict was pretty good. The bread was better than the average English muffin. Could've had a bit more smoked salmon. I'll return.

Experience: it was a Thursday morning around 10:45. We were in this part of town after an appointment and it wasn't quite lunch time, so we figured we'd look for brunch. Looked on YELP and found this spot. Facility: This is in a strip mall on the end with some outdoor seating when we entered the building. Inside they have booths and traditional tables and chairs. It was pretty crowded as we had to wait about 10 minutes for a table to sit, which wasn't too bad. Service: 4/5 the waitress was nice but new and it showed. But she did her best... just seemed overwhelmed. However, she got our orders correct so she did her job. Food: Their menu is fantastic! Both of us had a tough time decided. I had FOMO every time a plate passed me by. Everything looked delicious. But here's what we ordered: They brought our water in a cute old fashioned milk jug... nice touch. Trifecta - 5/5 we got the waffle, scrabbled eggs and bacon. Waffle was very good. I think they could have had a second egg (maybe they normally do, but with the egg shortage they are only giving 1 egg out now). The SoCal Hash 5/5 - This was so good... it has Mexican spiced chicken, potatoes, beans, cheese with pico, avocado, and an egg on top ... of course I got mine over easy ... yum!! They serve it with 2 tortillas to make some yummy breakfast tacos... I added some chalula on top to perfect it! Overall: we WILL be back because there were too many things left on this menu to try.

We love First Watch for a delicious breakfast. The service and food have been consistently excellent. We appreciate the coffee pot and water bottle on the table.

Overall a good experience. Came in at around 1PM for a casual brunch. Was seated & served relatively quickly, & the host put us in a child friendly location. Food was great, pumpkin spice pancakes were large and fluffy, and everything was overall very filling. Certainly returning.

Food was great but service was terrible. Server walked away without getting all of our drink orders, silverware was dirty and when we asked for more silverware the waitress took a long time to get it to us, also my mom ordered a juice and my mom had to remind the waitress about it and it came out when she was halfway through her meal. Ambiance is ok, definitely overcrowded so try to get there early if you're going on the weekend.

Excellent food, fast & friendly service, and a wonderfully lit and maintained restaurant - the First Watch in the Avenue Viera shopping center became one of our favorite places to eat during our short trip to the area. The fresh pressed juice cocktails were delicious, and a great vitamin-dense starter. The coffee was very rich, and their unsweet iced tea was refreshing. When our meals came out, we wolfed them down because they were just wonderfully delicious. I got their turkey burger, and it ended up being one of my favorite turkey burgers from any location (juicy well-seasoned patty, fresh crisp veggies, and lightly seasoned avocado spread). My wife's breakfast was also prepared perfectly, and I feel like their Million Dollar Potatoes were aptly named - so good! We've since found other First Watch locations that are near where we live, and have enjoyed visiting them. The First Watch in the Avenue Viera center was an excellent representation of the chain, making a great first impression on us, as well as making regular customers out of us.

I'm giving a four star review for our experience at this First Watch franchise. We arrived after 12pm on a Saturday and there was plenty of seating available. As we had our dog, we decided to sit outside. All the tables were taken or dirty so we waited for one to be cleaned. Not all the tables ended up being cleaned at once and so birds came in and ate of the dirty tables. Fortunately they didn't bother our seating area. Our food came out promptly and our server was quick and polite. The bathroom was a good size but was out of paper towels. Overall, we had a good experience as the food was good.

There was plenty to take home and have a second meal, and she said it was all delicious. I ordered the soup (clam chowder) and house Caesar. The soup was nice and hot and tasted great. The salad was good, though a tad heavy on the dressing. A general note about Miller's and its kids' menu: I have eaten at a few of these places around the state, and I find their policy about adults eating off the kids' menu to be weird. Some servers are fine with it and some claim management won't let them allow you to order of the other menu. Most items on the kids' menu cost about $8. The (adult) meatloaf is $8.50. The fish and chips are $7.99. So, what is the big deal about an adult ordering off the kids' menu if the costs are the same? Some of us don't want a 1/2 pound burger. The kids' menu has a 1/4 lb. burger. Also, we sometime dine with our disabled nephews, and they usually prefer "kid friendly" dishes. I wish Miller's would review this policy.

Marker 24 is in a residential area and accessible by land, as this restaurant is on a waterfront, and most diners pull up in the little boats. There is indoor and outdoor dining; we saw a few people outdoors but it was chilly when we were there, so we opted for indoor seating. A few stalls for parking across the street, parking stalls divided by little fish painted on the ground, which was a cute touch. Happy hour was spectacular, with buy-one-get-one-free drinks and the food prices were super reasonable to us (coming from Hawaii, where everything is super expensive). My husband ordered a Spicy Mahi Sandwich with Potato Chips (instead of fries, that's how it came) for $20 and I got a roasted mushroom flat-bread pizza for $15.00 and our appetizer was the smoked fish dip for $15.00 which came highly recommended, and we did love it, but when we saw the crackers, we were laughing. We were expecting bread or flatbread, but that's just fine, being a waterfront casual restaurant. Total bill = $70.62 without tip. Everything was delicious, no complaints. Service was attentive and friendly. After dinner we took a stroll out to the back of the restaurant onto the pier and watched the sun go down. If we lived in the area, we would visit frequently!
