Decided to retry and see if my disappointment had been unwarranted. First Watch has always been a "go to" place for a quiet breakfast of brunch with friends in an excellent ambience that promoted serenity. Viera was still a disappointment. No acoustics to lessen diner noise. Although only half full, it was as loud as an Irish Pub on Saturday night. Not even a tablecloth to lessen the noise of banging plates and silver on the tables and floors. Complete opposite of the First Watch Restaurants I visited in Ft Myers and the Orlando Area. Decided to eat anyway. Wanted a helping of gravy to go along with my breakfast. Found out that I cannot have gravy without Turkey sausage. Could not even order plain gravy and add pork sausage because all gravy contains turkey sausage. That was enough for me. The server (wish I could remember her name) was the only saving grace. She tried to accommodate me but could not. She did have the grace to make my coffee complementary. My thanks to her. I can only hope that on my next visit to the Orlando Area, or to Fort Myers, that the same has not happened to other First Watch Restaurants that has happened in Viera. Two strikes is all I am willing to give. read more

Brunch is good. Always busy and sometimes you have to wait hours to get a table. Worth the wait? Ehhh not sure.

I've been here a couple times, about to visit for my 3rd time soon. It's a great place!! Great selection of food, and everything we've tried (Lemon Ricotta pancakes, breakfast sandwich, kids pancakes, breakfast burrito - highly recommend the lemon ricotta pancakes with the curd on the side and the breakfast sandwich) is all tasty. First visit was with my 8 year old son and 3 adults. The service was excellent, thank goodness since it was my husband's birthday and we had places to be after brunch. The second visit was just my friend and myself and the service was less than good. She ignored me while I waited for my friend to arrive...I asked for water and didn't get it until I ordered food. The coffee is bitter and earthy and comes in big cups, not tasty, don't waste the money. Perhaps visit 3 will earn can the star they lost for the service on my second visit. read more

My wife and I ate breakfast at First Watch while traveling through Florida. What an awesome place! The restaurant was very clean and well decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful, with excellent service. There were many different "good" food choices on the menu, it was hard to choose what to order-they all looked very good! We both enjoyed our breakfast, the food was very good and well priced. The coffee was extremely good! This is my new favorite breakfast/brunch restaurant. Excellent food options and a creative clean look to the interior. It's popular but worth the wait.

First Watch pays attention to important details that made my lunch experience very satisfying. I was greeted in just over a minute by a server offering me something to drink; a delightful beet, orange, turmeric, ginger and lemon blended juice. In just a couple of minutes, my beverage arrived and so did my server (the person who took my juice order was helping out her fellow servers!). My actual server explained several of her favorite lunch dishes; from which I ordered the pesto chicken quinoa bowl (DELICIOUS!!!). I have to say, I felt right at home, and they had me in and out in just over 30 minutes. This is an ideal HEALTHY breakfast or lunch choice. I overheard the people at the table next to me rave about the breakfast as well. If you want a fresh, healthy meal served by knowledgeable friendly staff, First Watch is just the place!! read more

Quick searing and service and outstanding breakfast! Must have the Millionaires Bacon. Florida French Toast was really good, and my wife raved about the elevated egg sandwich. Despite being very busy on a Saturday morning, we only waited about 5 min for a table. read more

Food was absolutely wonderful, coffee tasted amazing as well. Cute ambiance and nice atmosphere. The low rating is for the service which was very rushed and rude. The server didn't even introduce herself just walked up and asked if we wanted coffee. My friend politely asked if she would be the one taking care of us because she had a question and the girl just nodded and looked at her like she was stupid. Some places the first person to greet the table is just there to get drinks so we didn't know. We told her it was our first time and she just left us without checking back for over 20 min. Whereas you would have thought she could have gone over the menu a bit. Just keep looking at us as if we annoyed her by being there. She brought our check when we were like 2 bites into our food which the manager said was "policy". Well policy or not it felt rude and pushy. So happy to finally have a great breakfast joint in the neighborhood! The staff members are always so friendly but sometimes if it's busy no one will be up front so you have to wait to be seen. They're new so I'm not expecting perfection in the first couple of months. The store is clean, food is great, and the servers are pretty attentive and that's pretty much all that matters. read more

Do not go here! Their food was terrible. The service was worse. We ordered two cold brew iced coffee's, the price wasn't on the menu. No refills, turn's out they were $4.99 each. They came in a skinny glass that had more ice than ice coffee. They were not worth the price when compared to Starbucks which we had to get afterward to salvage the day after first watch ruined it. Next was the food, how they messed up biscuits and gravy is beyond me. Their Rubin sandwich had peppers on it and tasted aweful. I could chalk this so far up to bad ordering on my part but I won't due to our watrisses incompetence. Most ppl will be overly nice to a pregnant waitress, infact we saw one customer give her a $15 tip on a $10 order. I would have been inclined to do so if she wasn't a slob of a person (ample amounts of unwanted grease and even a piece of lettuce stuck to our bill), she was a rude person (when we asked questions about the iced coffee and various menu options to make sure we got what we ordered instead of the monstrosity we were served) and finally for being a new restaurant in an area that prides itself on presentation and upscale experiences. First Watch is a blight upon the avenues overall elite Brevard county shopping and dinning reputation. I would classify first watch's staff, cook and definitely our watrisses enthusiasm, apperence and attitude as a Palm Bay or Cocoa Denny's late night after the bar experience. I went there with my Dad around 8 something and it wasn't busy. Everyone was friendly. Our waitress was super nice and she helped us with the menu because it was our first time there. I got the farmer hash which was really good! The coffee was very good and they had pumpkin spice creamer which made me happy! I can't wait to come back and try more on the menu. read more

Decided to try this place out since I was always going to Keke's for breakfast. The amount of time I spent waiting for my food, I could've driven down to Keke's in Melbourne, have breakfast and drive back up just in time for the food to finally arrive. Once I finally got my food and tried my omelet, I wished I had walked out. The so called Chile chorizo omelet had everything but chorizo. I think I might've seen a speck of chorizo when I opened up the omelet. It was nothing but onions, Chile and avocado. The "side" of pico de Gallo was nothing more than a bottle cap sized portion of pico. Also ordered a pancake and it was extremely dry. Only thing I actually enjoyed was the toast and salad that came with the meal. Wasn't expecting that since the menu doesn't mention anything about complimentary sides. My husband had the Farmers biscuit sandwich. The apple butter set this sandwich apart and was delicious. I got the A.M. Super foods bowl which came with almond butter on toast. This was also superb. My son had the hash browns and the biscuit and gravy and loved it. The food is very unique tasting and we will definitely be going back again and again. read more

Wow, what a disappointment! I'm not someone hard to please, and I was really hungry this morning. Had breakfast with my wife, son, sister in law, father and mother in law. I had turkey gravy, biscuit, home fries and scrambled eggs. Everyone had home fries. No one ate the home fries, because they were so salty. We mentioned this to the guy who brought the drinks, and he said "yeah I've heard that all morning". Why didn't someone do something before now?Waitress came later and comped "a couple of bucks." Eggs were okay, biscuit and gravy were just okay. For 3 people breakfast was nearly $40! I would avoid this place-fancy interior, good service, but you pay for that and the food is poor. Go to oh biscuit, chic fil a, or that little restaurant-lots more reasonable and much, much better food. I predict a closure unless things drastically improve here. read more

Just moved to the area. My daughter told me to try this place for great food! Of course Sunday was busy.... but we did not have to wait that long. Food was awesome...very tasty. Staff there were nice. A lot of healthy choices and the pancakes off the charts! YUM. The only complaint we had.... the Manager... guy with the beard...was barking orders in the kitchen the whole time we ate and he was very loud. Never really heard a thank you or please... Needs to change his tactic to more positive words for not only his staff... BUT for the customers. This was the only thing that was unpleasant to be there! read more

I went with a large group (19) and literally every dish we ordered was great. Our server was also excellent. Sometimes larger groups can be daunting and she handled it with grace. My first impression wasn't good. All the mugs and glasses had food on them when we sat down. Asked the waiter to bring new ones but when sodas came they had chunks of food on the glasses. The water glasses were clean by this point though. No utensils at the table, asked for them when we sat down, didn't get any until well after food arrived. For our party of 3, food came out one diner at a time. The lettuce on my sandwich was wilted and tasted off. Sandwich was pretty good minus the leaves. This is my second bad experience. It's worth noting that I'm in the minority here as the place is busy and well liked, the staff is super friendly, the decor is neat, the menu is good.
