Had a large party of 16 on a holiday Monday and we opted to wait so we could be seated together. Unfortunately there is not a lot of room near the entrance, so my party definitely felt we were in the way and the host working the front seemed annoyed with our presence. Upon finally being seated, however, our server Daniella was heavenly. She did a great job getting us everything we needed and her shining personality was a delight. She truly made us feel valued. Inside, the restaurant is cheery with plenty of natural light. The styling is modern, country chic. Our food came out with impressive swiftness. First Watch is always a fun option for us on Sundays just after Church. I would highly recommend going on to their website and 'getting in line'. This is a wonderful feature that ensures your wait time upon arrival to the restaurant is minimal (just be ready to see the confused faces of the other restaurant visitors when you walk past them and get seated ahead of them). The restaurant itself has a very casual ambiance about it. Even the sink to the restrooms is 'fun' (they are located immediately OUTSIDE the restrooms, so if you just want to wash your hands before you eat, you don't need to go inside the restroom at all!) They have some elevated options including Benedicts and their "Million Dollar Bacon", which doesn't really cost a million dollars. They glaze it with something, so it's a little sweet for my taste. Anyway, the Benedicts have always come out with a perfect egg on top. The salad it comes with is also good and who would have thought Salad for Breakfast is a thing? First time going to this First Watch location. There is usually a big line to get in on the weekends but I visited during the week so we were able to sit as soon as we got there. The establishment is big and spacious. My friend and I ordered avocado toasts and black coffee. This visit I ordered the seasonal Carne Asada breakfast tacos, and wow, do I wish this was a year-round menu option! Made with corn tortillas, scrambled eggs, Carne Asada, pickled onions, sliced avocado, cilantro, and pico de gallo, as well as a side of black beans. (It also comes with a hot sauce creama, which I removed. I ordered lemon and sour cream on the side, to make lemon creama to add on top.) and of course we had to get the million dollar bacon! I've said it before and I'll say it again, first watch has my favorite hot coffee as an iced coffee lover and remains the only place I will order hot coffee! We went out for breakfast and wanted to try the new fall menu. We walked in and there was a small wait but we were seated with a smile and the service was outstanding. Everyone we interacted with were very pleasant and welcoming. They had new chairs in half the restaurant and we were in the new section. The chairs were much more comfy than the older ones. Usually when you go out to a restaurant and order something it does not look as good as the picture. My croissant sandwich was so good but very messy and full of food. I would recommend taking the eggs, sausage and bacon off then reconstruct the sandwich to make it more manageable if you don't like to be too messy eating. First Watch is just one of multiple chain restaurants that put an emphasis on breakfast (what many call the most important meal of the day) and elevates what was once the normal greasy spoon diner experience as the norm for a breakfast experience and gives it a more upscale and comfortable ambiance. The service (at least during my visit) was professional and friendly and only added to my overall dining experience. First Watch has a decent menu that offers a nice selection and allows for different tastes and most should be able to find something to their liking on the menu. But coming to the location for the first time on a Saturday morning was different, I do understand it was busy and there's probably a rush of big groups of family. I love that they make real omelets and not egg scrambles with filling mixed in. The chorizo omelet is great with just a bit of heat, good amount of chorizo, avocado and cheese. And I love their potatoes. The lemon ricotta pancakes are pretty unique, delicious, and super filling. We finally got the churros and wow are they great. Better than that theme park down the road. TL;DR-- Tons of variety on the menu and it's pretty much all excellent, service is great, but parking can be annoying. First Watch is always a great place for breakfast if you aren't looking for the full "brunch experience." With their rotating cocktails, it feels like brunch without technically being brunch. I've been to this location fairly often and often get the avocado toast, but I also like to try other items on the menu, and few items (if any) have disappointed me. The service is always excellent, and always keep your coffee cup full (unless you request otherwise). The decor is more or less the same as every other location I've been to-- the music isn't too loud for conversation, which I always appreciate. There are also a lot of windows to allow for lots of natural lighting. The only downsides to this location are that parking in the immediate vicinity is very limited (though there is ample parking nearby a very short walk away), and with all of the windows, there is very visible construction right next door, where the Chuy's building was just torn down and that lot is still a mess (but that's hardly the fault of First Watch). read more

Super friendly, quick service, and a wide variety of classics but also creative breakfast dishes. I got the trifecta and enjoyed it, but do order your eggs one level more cooked than you like-- "over medium" became over easy as expected so account for that! I've tried so hard over the last 1-2 months to eat more egg white, versus the whole egg, and it's just not the same! The saving grace was the pico de gallo that they serve with it (could maybe give a little more) which helped with the flavor. Of course, their potatoes are always on point! Get the potatoes, always. After 20 minutes waitress retook our drink order and finally food order. After 30 minutes we spoke to who we thought was manager who responded by saying they were short handed and it had only been 35 minutes. We then explained the original lost order. When food finally arrived it was 20 minutes from when the first person in our our party to the 7th person got their food. Everyone at our table mostly enjoyed the food. My chikichanga was spicy and very tasty. My wife got the BLT Eggs Benedict which she said was good but was served a little on the cold side.
