Chubby's is now Sally's! My mom was in town and she LOVES to go to diners. I did a quick search and found Sally's wasn't too far from my house so off we went! The atmosphere is very retro and relaxed. There are different seat options from booths to tables. The servers were AMAZING, kind, and attentive. As soon as we walked in they were asking us for our drink orders and giving us menus. There was a vide variety of breakfast options and some lunch options to choose from. I went with the sausage egg and cheese sandwich on an English muffin with a side of hash browns. The sandwich tasted very homemade and I love that! The sausage was probably my fav part. Although I asked for my hasbrowns to be crispy and they were, they also lacked flavor so next time I may ask for them to be cooked regularly!

Went in here after running some errands. Ordered our food to go but ended up waiting about as long as we would have had if we had eaten there. Inside is a little rundown. There's a lot of dust coming off of the vents. It's definitely more of a old town kind of diner. There were three servers the day we went and two people in the kitchen. I got biscuits and gravy and my husband got the Philly cheesesteak. I liked my biscuits and gravy. It was a great portion but my husband's Philly cheesesteak came with maybe a handful of fries. For $20 he wasn't very happy with the little portion of fries he was given. I got home fries and there was definitely a bigger portion of those. They do have a nice wall for the veterans but it's kind of sad to see how run down the inside is.

My husband and I came here for Valentine's Day breakfast. We live a little farther but my daughter had to take a test at a nearby high school so we looked at restaurants that had great reviews and found this place. It is actually now a Sally's Diner. We felt so welcomed right away! As we walked through the door several people greeted us and someone told us to pick any table we wanted and she gave us our menus. There were so many great options. But my husband and I both ended up getting a skillet. Food came fairly quickly. It was nice and hot and delicious. You get a choice of bread and our waitress suggested a grilled biscuit (and to pour honey on it) and I loved it! There was a lot of food so I ended up taking leftovers home to enjoy later). I wish I remembered her name, but our waitress was so friendly and attentive to our needs. The diner had a lot of cute decor for Valentine's Day and other nostalgic decor (Elvis Presley and Betty Boop). Everyone greeted us goodbye when we left. We would definitely return!

Very mixed feelings on my visit... Chubby's has that old-school mom and pop diner feel with a good selection and excellent prices. Our server was amazing, quick and very friendly. Food was decent, nothing exceptional but for the price it's a great deal. Unfortunately I found a piece of plastic in my food which did taint the rest of the dining experience for me. Warning for those trying to use Groupon: We attempted to use a Groupon here and the owner assured us that they've never had a Groupon... Some kind of scam someone outside the restaurant is pulling maybe? Had to contact the website directly to get my refund. I don't take this out on the establishment but just wanted everyone to be aware in case they attempted to cash in on this deal!

Nice local vibe diner with your traditional breakfast menu. Lots of choices and prices are good.

Stopped by Chubby's Family Restaurant, a welcoming, affordable diner near UCF for classic American brunch. The menu has all the homestyle American classics you can think of and can be brought together in a skillet. I tried the French toast and the Angela Skillet. The French toast was okay but the Angela skillet was a great combination of ingredients. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the exceptional service Despite our large group size and multiple orders, our waitress Angela was amazing. Her patience, kindness, and efficiency were commendable. She attended to our needs, refilled our water, and was always available to answer any questions or address any concerns. She was truly a gem. As for the ambiance, this diner takes you on a nostalgic journey back in time. The decor pays homage to iconic American figures such as James Dean and Marilyn Monroe, giving the diner a retro feel. Overall, I would recommend Chubby's if you are looking for an American classic, excellent service or a nostalgic atmosphere!

Service is awesome everyone's happy! They offer a casual, family-friendly dining experience with a focus on hearty, delicious breakfast dishes. They are know for their generous portions and friendly service, the menu features favorites like omelets, pancakes, and classic diner-style breakfasts. The warm atmosphere makes it a great spot for families or anyone looking for a satisfying start to their day. If you're in the area, it's a reliable choice for a comforting amazing breakfast

Chubby's is a quaint little diner that is hidden in a strip mall located on east colonial. Now we recently stumbled upon this spot last week when we were driving around looking for a place to have breakfast. We decided to stop by initially because of how fun the name was... if I am going to be completely honest lol... and boy are we glad that we did. When we first walked in, it felt like we were transported back in time. The decor reminded me of the old school diners back in the day... a bit grungy.. a bit antiquey... but a whole lot of fun. The walls were covered in Elvis posters, vintage car decor, and Betty Boop memorabilia. I absolutely loved it and it put such a smile on my face. We were instantly greeted and seated immediately. Our waitress came to our table and took our order pretty quick as well as delivered our food pretty fast. I can tell that she has been doing this for awhile because she was very knowledgeable of the menu and she totally made us feel welcomed... like we were in her own kitchen. For food I ordered the Chrissy Skillet which came with eggs, corn beef hash, and potatoes. I also had the grilled biscuit and waffles as well and everything was oh so delicious. The food was super fresh and seasoned great... and the best part was that the coffee kept on flowing. Overall, I would highly recommend this spot for anybody who is looking for a good old fashion diner...and none of those new instagrammy brunch spots. This place was truly nostalgic for me because it reminded me of the old diners my parents use to take me to. If you guys are ever in the east colonial area, make sure you support this local family-owned business and show them some love!

This place is a hidden gem. It is a hole in the wall and kind of hidden but very every delicious. The staff is so sweet and accommodating and had amazing service. The theme is an old fashion American diner vibes with Betty Boop, Marilyn Monroe, and James Dean decorations

If you are looking for a very chic restaurant with amazing aesthetics...this is not it! But if you are looking for a very welcoming, humble, warm, friendly, homey, place you can take your family, then this is definitely it!!! Our server was amazing! Very attentive and super sweet! Had the Sherry skillet with all the meats which had ham, sausage, bacon, home fries (which needed a touch more salt/seasoning), country gravy , cheese and 2 eggs over easy with a grilled biscuit!!!! The grilled biscuit was great!!!! I'm a sucker for biscuits and I would come back just to eat that smothered in country gravy and be a happy camper! Not going to Ding them for this, but for my Coke-heads out there, this is a Pepsi establishment I hope management reconsiders and sees the light and makes the switch over to Coke! I know some of you Coke-heads won't even step foot in here bc they don't offer Coke but they have OJ and their sweet tea is yummy! This place has been open for 25 years at the current location and is a staple in the community. If you love to support local Business, this is definitely one you will feel good about supporting. Want to mention that I loved the fact that they have a wall dedicated to people who have served in the military which I thought was a nice tribute and touch to the restaurant but also gives you a glimpse of their hearts. They are obviously doing something right bc they have earned a bunch of awards in last couple of years.

I read an article about breakfast places in Orlando and Chubby's was on the list. It stuck out as a place I wanted to try so a group of friends and I ventured in one Sunday morning. The place is fairly small, 20 tables or less and it's seat yourself. There were 8 of us and no tables to accommodate a group of that size so we sat at two tables next to each other. Our server (Gloria maybe? Her name was on her apron but I can't remember!) was so wonderful, she was so nice, attentive and genuine. As for the menu, their skillets are what they seem to be known for and boy did they not disappoint. I got the Sherry Skillet and it was so good! I'm a sucker for sausage gravy, it reminds me of home so that was definitely a big selling point for me when choosing which skillet to get. It also came with choice of bread which included a GRILLED BISCUIT. Excuse me? A grilled biscuit? Yes please! It was so good and definitely not something you see everyday. Chubby's reminded me of my very first job at a little mom and pop restaurant. If you want a change from the hustle and bustle and want some genuine, hometown breakfast food give Chubby's a try.

I was really excited for the guava matcha. While I love their matcha, I was a little underwhelmed by how little guava flavor came through. You can see the tiny layer of guava in the picture, and I would have loved a bit more of it in the drink. I am willing to give it another shot with extra guava! The carrot cake croissant was incredible! I also tried the jalapeño goat cheese scone and was pleasantly surprised by the level of spice. I could eat that every day! And of course, service is always great. The space itself is one of my favorite parts of Lineage. It is bright, airy from all the natural light making it such a great place to hang out!

It was pretty terrible with zero sweetness and pretty small... like Napoleon. I also got a pastry in the form of a chocolate croissant, and the croissant part was one of the best with a super crispy crunchy exterior, but there could have been more of the chocolate filling. It was more than some others I've had, but still not enough. Is there ever enough filling though? It's not convenient for me, so I doubt I'll be back to give it another try. I was expecting some toasty and roasty coffee. Plenty of other coffee places popping up.
