Nice breakfast/lunch option in the UCF area. A definite step above the chain eateries! I met up with friends who live nearby and enjoyed the food and found the restaurant bright and cheery. Staff was also friendly- mostly students. We ordered some Benedict's and pancakes to share. My immediate thoughts were that the price to portion ratio was nice and that the food presentation exceeded my expectations. For a college campus (or adjacent) casual breakfast fare, it was great! The quality of the food itself wasn't necessarily the highest. The brisket Benedict consisted of fatty bits and very thin scraps plus the pancake "syrup" was definitely the knock off corn syrup. However, you can hardly complain at these prices, so I won't! Parking was ample as it is located in a plaza. I'd come back if in the area but wouldn't make a special trip. read more

I loved this place! I went for brunch after church one day and it did not disappoint. I didn't want to eat too heavy so I got a breakfast wrap and a side of home fries. Let me tell you the flavors were flavoring. I love a good breakfast wrap and this is one is on my list of places to return for one. They also had sooo many other options of food. They have mimosa specials. The service was nice and quick... We came a little close to closing and there was no rush. Food came out phenomenal and it was pretty quiet in there too. I'm not much of a breakfast person, but wanted to see what this place was all about. It's pretty much "on" the UCF campus (not really, but in the plaza across Alabama), so it got fairly busy fairly early. I ordered the House BLT and it was pretty good and hefty. It could have been toasted a bit more, but it was a nice sandwich, and the fries were fresh too (always a plus as cold fries are the worst). We wanted to love it! We were moving our son into UCF and took him and his roommates to breakfast before heading home. They were busy and we completely understood that. We were seated (party of 8) and our server was very sweet and attentive. But then our food took forever and wasn't very good. All the egg dishes were overcooked and bordering on burnt. The brisket Benedict was extremely salty and not much flavor. The pancakes and turkey sausage were decent. We understand it was a very busy weekend and they were understaffed. Went for breakfast with my son. First folks in at opening. I ordered an omelette and it was pretty good. The bread was multi grain toast but it was very dry although they slapped some butter on it and not really toasted well. However the highlight was the home fries. Crunchy exterior soft interior. We actually asked f they were air fried. Very good. Son wanted biscuits and gravy but at opening they had no biscuits and it would be 35 minutes. How does this happen? Been wanting to try this place since last year when our son started at UCF but the wait was always too long. Now I understand why! Might be the best overall tasting breakfast we have ever had. My mom actually met the owners when they first opened up around Covid and they were thinking of shutting down because they weren't getting as much people coming in but they are so good now. Oh it's good the portion they are a huge amount of food and their French toast literally one of the best French toast I tried. I love a good fluffy hairy French toast, and it's good. Definitely family friendly. They do do brunch but my kids love going there. read more

For someone that loves discovering new brunch spots, this was one of the best places I had discovered. They have such a variety of breakfast and lunch items and you can even customize your choice of item with any toppings. We came here for Mother's Day and while we had to wait to be seated, it was only 15 minutes. There were plenty of tables inside to my surprise and you can even see the bar where individuals can be seated as well. We had a really nice waitress that checked on us all the time after ordering our food. My husband got the pina colada french toast while I got a nutella french toast with fruit. I went in to celebrate a friend's birthday at 1 pm. We were seated pretty quickly, however it quickly went downhill from there. The half pitcher of mimosas was barely 2.5 cups worth, which only added insult to injury after it took almost 30 minutes to get it. I also ordered a Morning Irish which took an hour to arrive, and this is not even mentioning all the issues with the food. First, they tried to gaslight me into thinking I was being handed a Chipotle Burger when it was in fact a Blue Moon Burger. Mind you those are two very different dishes with very different toppings. At this point I had already been seated for more than an hour and I had to wait longer for the correct order to come out. Unfortunately, the issues did not end once I got the burger I had actually ordered. My fries were cold and my burger was mediocre at best. My girlfriend's experience wasn't any better. She received bacon instead of sausage links on her French Toast Combo. Her French toast, potatoes, and bacon were all cold. Not to mention the fact that she had to walk up to the front desk just to get syrup. After dealing with all of this we were left with a $65 bill for terrible service and food we didn't enjoy. Their server Emily was so helpful in helping us navigate the menu which had so many delicious options. The ambiance was cozy. We love breakfast and the many twist they had along with the many gluten free options they had made this place a favorite for us. The Omelet Bar can get very busy on weekends so I suggest if you go to make sure to get there early. My mom and I both had the Ratatouille Omelet with a side of bacon. The Omelete and the bacon were covered in grease which was unappealing. We had to take our paper napkins and dap them on the food to try to get some of the grease off. We had asked for crispy bacon but neither of our orders came out crispy. The restaurant was clean and service was fine but the food was disappointing to us this day. read more

She answered all my questions and helped relieve my son's admission anxieties. For breakfast I had the vegetable frittata with an upgrade to a warm, buttery biscuit. We also had pancakes. I read some mixed reviews after a good experience a few years ago, so I thought I would give this place another try. We walked in and told the host how many in our party and were seated immediately on a summer Friday morning. 3 out of 4 party members were present when we sat and our server brought us 2 waters. We ordered a half carafe of mimosa and half carafe of "Bellini". They were accurately described as 3 glasses worth. However, the Bellini did not taste like peach juice. we didn't complain because we did like the flavor. I was excited to see iced coffee on the menu, but was concerned when the coffee came out a light brown color. The coffee was very weak and did not taste good. I added a lot of creamer just to be able to finish it. Our server told us to put the salt grinder at the end of the table in order to get get attention when we were ready to order. Most of us were pleased with our food. I enjoyed my scramble although I thought serving the potatoes on top was an interesting choice (it was described like that on the menu). My friend's steak was very fatty. The waffle was dry. The other egg dishes were good. Overall, this place was nothing special. The food was fine. The drinks were not good. My iced coffee was BAD.
