We stopped by this restaurant after church, and this restaurant welcomed us with friendly staff and amazing food. It reminded me of a big open kitchen that you would see on tv. There were some cast iron skillets hanging up for decoration, and the light fixtures were among some of the most unique ones I've seen. Service was excellent, and it did not take long for our food to come out. My husband and I both got the tri-fecta. It included your choice of meat, eggs any way you like, and either a pancake or waffle. With mine, I got the waffle and he got the pancake. The waffle was airy and topped with Powdered sugar. I tasted his Pancake, and I would recommend the waffle over the pancake. The pancake was good...but the waffle was much better (trust me on this). We both topped our meals off with a nice glass of juice. I had a simple apple juice, while my husband had the Kale Tonic Fresh Juice, which was delicious!! This location has a really cute interior that gives off a modern yet warm/inviting vibe - great way to start off your day. The lemon ricotta pancakes are delicious (and pretty huge) - the lemon curd makes it slightly dessert-ish. Their banana granola crunch & carrot cake pancakes are yummy too. The morning market veg omelet is full of all sorts of tasty ingredients (I love the goat cheese), and comes with mixed greens & whole grain "artisan toast," both of which are nice complements. Visiting our old stomping grounds and couldn't resist a visit to First Watch. WOW they've completely remodeled; super nice! And the food continues to be stellar. I had a market veg omelet that was delicious. Always fresh ingredients. And they serve it with a salad, which can be subbed for breakfast potatoes! Very health conscious here too!! Hubby had one of the specials, carbonara Benedict which was also amazing. We put our name in the waitlist through Yelp; a nice convenience to be able to see wait time too. I have never been dissapointed by First Watch, no matter the location. This location wasn't any different. Always great good and prompt service. This location has been redecorated and has that small farm house feel that was very pleasant, very different from the other First Watch locations around the city. Before they started putting the calorie counts on the menu and when my metabolism was higher, I would always get the Floridian French Toast and every time I got it I swear it was like a little piece of heaven right in front of me. Now that I have become a little more contentious about what I am eating when I'm out, I usually get the Tri-Athlete breakfast, egg white omelet (could use a little more seasoning), wheat english muffin and a cup of fruit (why is there always honey dew melon in there, not my fav). Overall, it fills me up and if I have more room I'll just drink more of their yummy coffee. First Watch is always a great choice and this visit wad no different. My daughter and I were foing some pre-Thanksgiving shopping at Costco and decided to eat here. She really loves First Watch because their food is "clean" (fresh, no preservatives etc). I had the avocado toast with breakfast potatoes (extra crispy) and my daughter chose pancakes. Qe shared the Million Dollar Bacon...which is a perfect mix of sweet and spicy. I love yheir fresh orange juice because it is just that, fresh with no added sugar and fresh squeezed. My friend and I stopped in here for brunch on a Saturday morning on a whim and were more than pleasantly surprised. The place has a rustic, farmhouse sort of vibe to it that makes you feel at home. We didn't know we could check in online so we had to wait about 10 minutes for a table, which isn't bad at all considering it was a weekend morning. The menu had a lot of breakfast options and many of them looked good so it was hard to narrow it down. I went with the Croque Madame, and it was excellent. Lots of meat, cooked perfectly, and very filling. I did knock one star off for the service which was pretty lackluster. We will definitely be coming back for more brunches on the future! read more

I love First Watch! The Wild Mushroom Frittata is excellent. The fresh greens are wonderful. However the let down is the kids pancakes were served with Smuckers Breakfast Syrup (ingredients are corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, water, salt, caramel color, natural and artificial flavors) NOT real maple syrup. For a restaurant that prides itself on fresh ingredients and healthy choices this is a real misstep. Please correct this First Watch and go back to offering real maple syrup. read more

I've had breakfast at this First Watch location twice. The ambiance is a regular restaurant...nothing special about the open dining room (think IHOP style), but it is quiet, quick and the employees are attentive and knowledgeable. They have an extensive menu, that includes brunch and a healthy menu, which is where I always order, as I am typically in this area for business travel and like to keep my breakfast light in a preplanned catered meal for the duration of my trip...anyway, the service is great and the food is good and reasonably priced. I was especially impressed with the fruit cup because it was your standard melon melody with a strawberry or pineapple thrown in, but also had grapes, bananas and oranges and was a pretty big side for an omelet side.
