Donuts

Nice brunch. Our family stopped in for brunch on a snowy spring morning. We had a nice time. We had donuts that were OK, not very warm, strong, nutmeg taste, nice gem on the side, but the chocolate sauce was too syrup. I had eggs plus salmon that was good, the vegetable hash was delicious. Service was slow. All in all a nice time.

Nice place to eat with a deli breakfast type of menu. It reminds me of the Silver Diner, but more expensive. Definitely good for a small group. The dining area is not large enough for a big group without reservations. The speciality drinks are fine if you want extra richness, though the coffee is good also. The pancakes are very large and really one is plenty. Especially if you are getting with eggs etc... Sundays can get very crowded. We went on a Monday late morning and there wasn't a wait for a table.

Let me start with Caelow our most excellent waiter! Even behind the mask I could see Caelow's huge smile . He immediately came over and got our drink orders. He was ready to answer questions about the menu and even grouped the food I ordered into a "trifecta " which was cheaper then ordering À la cart. I ordered the multi grain carrot cake pancake with pecans with turkey sausage and potatoes Omg! The pancake was heavenly the shredded carrot pecans, and raisins weren't overwhelming, but just the right balance of each and the flavors were warm and comforting. The potatoes were seasoned and browned crispy The turkey links were just as good as pork links so you didn't feel like you were missing out on anything. Also, social distancing is observed. Staff wear mask and gloves. There are 2 huge bottles of hand sanitizer in the front for everyone to freely use. I also noticed after each customer the has finished the table and seats are sanitized. This was nice to see.

Sunday Breakfast with the family. I love the online reservations especially for large parties. We were seated in 10 minutes. We had a lovely waitress named Troy~ she was excellent and on top of all of our request. Our food was brought out promptly and always fresh. I love First Watch and I have always had a pleasant experience. Will definitely be back and back again.

Syrup, they heated it and placed it in there, GREAT IDEA!

Great ambiance, spotless dining area, and a friendly staff. My girlfriend and I walked in on a Monday afternoon for a late breakfast/early brunch, and the service was phenomenal. Our waiter was attentive, accommodating my girlfriend's picky eating habits with ease, and made sure everything arrived promptly. Wish I could remember his name! What did I order? A single pancake, the Bacado omelette (swapping pork bacon for turkey sausage), and a side of fruit. I devoured everything except the fruit cup. Portions were generous and satisfying. My girlfriend went for the eggs benedict--she loved it but only managed two bites . Highlights of the visit? They heated the maple syrup in the dispenser (see photo) and it MAKES SENSE, a lot of places do not do that! An adorable older woman, probably in her 80s, stopped by to ask what I ordered because my Bacado omelette looked so good. She and her husband were the sweetest. Eat, live, and enjoy life, people. First Watch in Pikesville is worth the stop!

Always enjoy going to First Watch. Services is always the best and amazing food. Can't recommend this place enough

Everything went well I guess lol. When I entered I was greeted immediately. I was seated and waited for a few minutes for the server. I ordered their morning meditation juice and the omelette. The eggs were overcooked and rubbery. However it was packed with lots of bacon and cheese. The avocado inside the omelette was oxidized. It came with a mixed green salad. However it wasn't dressed. Overall it was just okay

Stop whatever it is you're doing, and go to FirstWatch and get the million dollar bacon and thank me later. It's sweet, a little spicy and simply amazing

Service was superb and the food was good. It was busy but not to loud and staff looks like they know how to manage busy and make sure guest leave happy.

I'm leaving this review after making multiple attempts to address this matter privately and…read morereceiving no response. My husband and I visited Jilly's Bar & Grill in Pikesville on February 27, 2026. This was our second visit. We ordered several items, including stuffed shrimp, a Greek salad, and wings. There was an issue with the stuffed shrimp. The only stuffed shrimp listed on the menu is tempura stuffed shrimp, yet we were served broiled stuffed shrimp. When I calmly brought this to our server's attention, she acknowledged it was a mistake and suggested placing a new order, even though the kitchen was already closed. I did not ask for the food to be remade and only intended to point out the inconsistency. Shortly after, a woman who had been seated nearby approached me and asked about my order. She later identified herself as Chrissy, the General Manager. During the conversation, she stated, "We always try to correct customers." I explained that I believed the issue was with the menu, not the customer. I felt the interaction was handled in a way that was dismissive and uncomfortable, especially as it took place in front of others. The food quality also did not meet my expectations. The $16 Greek salad appeared to have lettuce and olives that were not fresh to me, and the wings were dry. We left most of the food uneaten. Despite this experience, we paid our bill in full and tipped 22%, bringing our total to $160.51. I also want to share how the situation felt from my perspective. My husband and I were the only young Black couple seated among a group that appeared to include staff or management. The tone of the interaction left me feeling dismissed and disrespected. That is my personal experience. After our visit, I sent a detailed email on March 2, 2026, and a follow-up on March 9, 2026. I did not receive any response or acknowledgment. I believe most businesses deserve the opportunity to address concerns directly, which is why I reached out first. The lack of response ultimately led me to leave this review. I have not returned since and hope ownership reviews both the service experience and management approach at this location.

It was very quiet, with only two other customers there, but from the moment we took our seats, we were glad we came. Out of everything we tried, the nachos and Long Island iced tea were my favorites. We will definitely be back. On this night they had a game activity going on as well. There was music and bar with seats. I wouldnt recommend this place if you do not have patience when there is a function or large crowd. I originally sat at a table with a couple of people, orders were placed for food that took about an hour plus. However, I ordered a salad and calamari and unfortunately with 2 hours being there I never received my food. I went to the bar and ordered 2 drinks and they too took about 45 minutes to an hour to receive. On the bright side I enjoyed the environment and the drinks were good. I just wouldnt recommend coming possibly on a day where a function is going on.

We ordered the shrimp and grits, oysters rockefeller, shrimp sandwich, french toast, crab cake benny, a coffee cocktail, and regular coffee. Overall, everything was just okay, not terrible, but not something I'd rush back for either. The biggest letdown was the shrimp and grits. It came with what looked like a spoonful of grits, which was disappointing. We mentioned it to our waitress, and she brought us some extra grits to go, which I appreciated. The crab cake benny was decent, but the crab cake itself didn't have much flavor. The $12 coffee mocktail also wasn't worth the price in my opinion. We ended up ordering the beignets for dessert, but had to send them back because they were raw in the middle. The service was okay but it could definitely be better. I will say they tried to fix the issues we brought up, which I appreciated. I've been to the O'Donnell Street location a few times, and honestly, I've had much better food and drinks there. If you're in the area and have been wanting to try this location, I'd still say give it a shot because everyone has different experiences. It just didn't wow me this time. This visit was for my god son's 1st birthday party. So his parents took advantage of the private event space and it was very nice. The room they chose was overlooking the quarry, since it was cold, they have the patio covered. We utilized the waterfront terrace that can hold up to at least 50 guests. For lunch we had a very nice pre-fix menu that included 3 appetizers to share family style for the table( citron shrimp spring rolls, poached pear flatbread and toasted calamari. For the entree upon arrival, each guest had a choice of entrees( grilled mahi mahi, seafood imperial( shrimp, crab and rockfish in a seashell, herb encrusted chicken and a pasta agnolotti). Each entree was served with brocolini spears, roasted rainbow baby carrots and a rice pilaf. We had a open bar, so our servers came around with two kinds of mimosas, champagne and tequila sunrises. As well as plenty of soft drinks and juices for the children. I was really blown away at how attentive the staff was to our guests, everything ran like a well oiled machine. I would highly recommend Citron for your catering or private event space needs. I will definitely be returning for happy hour when the weather gets a little warmer SYOY
