The…read moreservice was terrible, we sat down for 20 minutes before anyone approached us (mind you, place was not that busy to begin with) there was multiple staff members who would just walk by our table but there was a specific waitress with a face mask and long ginger hair who purposely went out of her way to avoid us. She helped the table behind us, in front of us, and even next to us but never once came up to us to even acknowledge us. She just stood there, fixing bottles, made eye contact with me and still chose to pay us no mind. We felt discriminated against considering the fact that she helped every other table but us. I asked for the manager and let her know how we sat there for 20 minutes before anyone greeted/acknowledged us and as an apology we got donuts. I paid attention to every single person who sat down after us and witnessed the difference of how they were being treated compared to us and it just validated how we felt, uncomfortable and awful. We will never go back and if you can take anything from this review, try somewhere else.

She had no problem taking my order back to be redone, and she did a great job of checking up on me and keeping my coffee cup filled. The dining room and the restroom were both clean and inviting, and they had both the music and the air conditioning set at just the right levels. Overall a very pleasant experience and I'm pleased to give them five stars.

So decided to try out this restaurant on Friday for the first time after hearing do much about the food. Walked in and loved the ambiance of the place. So the experience definitely started out great. Our server was a young guy named Justin. He was very inviting and made us feel right at home. We never had to call him over because he always just checked in on us to make sure everything was good. The food was amazing, especially the French toast and the bacon is to die for. Definitely will return and spread the word. Ask for Justin you guys if you visit this location. I was also disappointed that there was barely any sauce included with my meal. The tacos tasted okay, but they were very greasy, and nothing really stood out to make me want to come back. The one positive was that the employees were very friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the food just didn't live up to the expectations for me.

We love the Waffle House and everything it represents,came into and sat at the bar. Employees not…read morebig on cleanness, sat down and there was used dishes all over the counter, we had to ask for a cleaning rag to wipe where we sat, also one the guy cooks wants to cook the bacon his way instead of the Waffle House way. I added a photo to show the nasty grease that's not cooked off. The cook puts the masher on the bacon, and when he flips the bacon, he just puts the uncooked side bacon on the plate and doesn't give a chance to flip the bacon on the flat iron grill and put the masher on bacon to cook off grease from other side of bacon. We still will come to WF and will not eat the bacon cooked this way. Thx
