I wish I was able to speak good about this first watch settlement, sadly what I can say is that I am not coming back here, after driving from far away a because they had no wait time to sit down, and then getting there and of course I did get in line through their app, as soon as I get there they sat us down and that was it, after being 30 minutes or more outside without a little bit of attention we decided to leave, we sat outside since we have a puppy, and they never came outside to even bring a little water for anyone, it was more than disappointing going somewhere and not receiving any type of service, I would have preferred for them to tell me they were not available at the time than sit me outside until I got tired of waiting while I was hungry, thanks for nothing. read more

Had breakfast hurry and I was pleasantly pleased. The ambience of restaurant is very cozy. Staff was very nice our server was attentive snd checked on us often. I had the French toast which where very good with the berry sauce and whipped butter. My only complaint I was told oj was freshly squeezed but it wasn't it was store bought. Had a great and delicious breakfast at the Windermere location. You have to ask for Haley when you come in... she's the best server ever! Found out she's actually their corporate trainer so you know she's good. She just does all the extra mile stuff that makes each visit here special. I was happy we were able to get right on Saturday because of course they are packed on the weekends. Their food is extremely fresh and super delicious. Me and my son both had the ultimate omelette. It is stuffed with real whole pieces of bacon and sausage and much more. Their cheese grits are fabulous and loaded with creamy gooey cheese. The coffee is delicious and fresh and they give you a while carafe. Even their strawberry jelly is fresh made. They also make fresh juices in house. I had a side of fruit that was delectable as well. I absolutely love the new First Watch in Windermere! It's super close to home and Disney, the decor is fresh and inviting, and the staff is incredibly friendly! My friend invited me to breakfast last week and I've been back a few times already! He loves it and goes almost EVERY morning! It really is a nice, relaxing way to start your morning. The times I've gone, it's been around 8am. The place isn't that crowded yet as it's only been open a few weeks. Enjoy the peace of a nice early breakfast while you can. I've started off each meal with coffee and pumpkin spice creamer. Love the pumpkin spice!!! I've tried an old favorite of mine, the Elevated Egg Sandwich which was just as good if not better than I've had in the past. The other times, I've had the Truffled Wild Mushroom Frittata which is one of their fall seasonal items. The freshness of the ingredients and the seasonings they use in the dish are delicious. I would highly recommend it to anyone who likes eggs. The service is especially outstanding. A huge shoutout to Noella and Queen. Queen, you have a shining personality!!! Went to First Watch for breakfast at this new location and it was sublime. The service was impeccable, everyone smiled and greeted you in a way that made you feel like you were an old friend. The decor is very trendy and rustic, imagine if Joanna Gaines designed a restaurant. Got the pumpkin pancake (seasonal) and it was amazing. The eggs were fresh, the potatoes were cooked to perfection and the bacon was impeccably made. Our server Erin was sweet, prompt and accurate (honestly looking for where she keeps her halo), and even when she was tending to other tables there was no shortage of people to clear our plates and check on us. Let me start off with saying this: at every First Watch I've been too, the food is always incredible. Also at every First Watch I've been too, the service is always horrible. I've been to several - Orlando, Nashville and Pittsburgh and it's the exact same story. Most recently went to this location with my husband and and my two siblings who were in visiting. It was a Friday around noon and we were seated quickly. After a few minutes our waitress came over and asked "are y'all ready?" No, "hello, how are you guys, do you need help with the menu, need recommendations", etc. Obviously we needed a few minutes as my siblings wanted to make sure they read through the entire menu. We finished deciding and waited far too long for her to come back and take our order. Whatever. We got our food and it was incredible. My sister and I got the biscuits and gravy that comes with home fries and eggs how you like them, my husband got the lemon ricotta pancakes, and my brother got the chocolate chip pancakes. Everything was fresh and delicious, only complaint with the food, which I guess is a complaint for the cook, is that my sister clearly said she wanted scrambled eggs and instead she got eggs over hard. Our waitress only ever checked up on us once during the whole meal. My brother asked for a refill and she never got it for him, instead a waiter clearing tables saw his glass was empty and quickly refilled it. That waiter did more for us than our waitress did during our whole experience because he asked if we were all good! I couldn't even tell you which waitress it was because she didn't give her name. The whole time it felt like she was trying to rush our brunch and it wasn't even that busy. Will I come back because the food is fantastic? Absolutely. Will I expect the same crappy service at every First Watch? Absolutely, as it seems to be the norm. read more

I don't believe it is the servers fault, I don't think there is enough of them for the Sunday rush, plus I never see the manager. Always a lot of apologies from the staff and no manger insight. Relative to other breakfast spots in the area the price is comparable. I have never had a bad meal here, would definitely recommend it. Don't order for delivery. We live across the street and every time we order through UberEats it estimates 10-20 minutes but the moment you hit submit it immediately changes to 40-60 minutes. They are clearly playing games with there times to get more orders. It's a shame because the food is good. read more

My wife and I have been to this new location five times. Every time we go, they drastically undercook her eggs. She asks for them to be over medium and every time she mentions that they have messed up previously. Today we told the waitress the eggs were undercooked and they brought new eggs and guess what...they were over easy again!!! We loved the other location on Daniels and have been there a lot of times and never had this issue. Today, I asked to speak with the manager. He was super inexperienced and actually told me that they cook their eggs to the "corporate standard". Lol what is that? Eggs are cooked certain ways just like steaks are cooked to a certain temperature. This doesn't deviate from restaurant to restaurant...and as mentioned the other location never had this problem...so maybe they are deviating from their "corporate standard". Lol. Other than undercooking her eggs at each visit, we love the proximity to our home and she's a huge fan of the avocado toast. Just wish they can learn how to cook eggs before we give up and make Kiki's our new breakfast spot of choice. Stopped in for lunch a few days ago with some co-workers (about 8 of us) and had a great experience. We were seated quickly and in a spacious area where we were comfortable and a good distance away from the other patrons. We were given menus and offered coffee immediately and were able to order, eat and pay in record time. Our waitress even went the extra mile and fixed a fresh coffee for me when I requested a to go cup for my coffee. The decor was exceptionally pretty for a breakfast restaurant, clearly allot of thought was put into it. The food was pretty good. I had the mushroom and truffle frittata with arugula but switched out the lemon dressing for a honey mustard one due to an allergy and everything tasted great. We will definitely be back! read more

Usually love First Watch, but I usually visit the Winter Garden location. My first time at this location was less than satisfactory. The waitress was extremely unattentative and disinterested. Our drinks were often empty, and she only really stopped by to take the order, drop the food, then immediately leave the check. Also, as a waitress myself, I typically don't charge someone twice for drinks if they ordered one that was refillable and then switched to another refillable drink. All I ate was a chocolate chip pancake which I ended up leaving over half because other food (like lettuce or something green) had clearly been mixed in with the pancake batter. Sadly just not a good experience and I probably won't return. read more

Service was very slow, there was a lack of detail from our waitress. We had to ask 2 different waitresses for half and half. My food came out 10 minutes after the rest of my family food. The explanation I received was because I asked for gluten free toast. Once I receive my toast, it was cold and untoasted. It took an additional 10 minutes to get my slice of toast which was just as cold as the first time. I would have liked to love first watch, it's the little things make me a returning customer. The food here is delicious. Have tried the Avocado Toast with eggs, and the Farm Stand Breakfast Tacos. Always delicious. Third time was a charm. This time I took my mom with me to see if they have improved. Glad to say they have. We were seated quickly and our server took our drink order. I went with the Red Medicine. This is a fruit juice blend of Pomegranate, cranberry, black tea, honey and cinnamon, delicious! I then ordered the Hacienda Hash. The menu said it is fresh seasoned potato, chorizo and red pepper hash topped with two basted cage-free eggs, Cheddar, Monterey Jack, chipotle ketchup, sour cream, fresh smashed avocado and cilantro. What they did not include is that this is the best item on the menu. Our server made sure to mention that and he was right. The food did take 15 minutes to get to us but it was busy and it was worth it. I loved the mix of flavors and spices. The egg on top was over easy and the yolks broke just right over the hash. The food here is incredible but the service is awful. We have been here at least 5 times, and I can honestly say that they never have enough wait staff. The restaurant is always busy and the waitresses are constantly running to multiple tables trying to stay afloat. We've always have to ask for refills on our drinks, wait forever for our check, and even though the food is amazing, they've gotten my order wrong on 2 different occasions. I am a regular at First watch and love it but my experience today was upsetting and it's because I love this place that I am giving it 3 stars and not the 1 from my experience today. I called to place a pick up order and was placed on hold for such a long time that I hung up and called back 4 times before Ashlin picked up the phone, I explained my frustration and she was so indifferent it was alarming! No apology, just like "whatever" wow! It has left a very bad taste in my mouth. She needs some serious one on one training in customer service and how to handle customers that have had a less than satisfactory experience. read more
