I'm going to get straight to the point... I had a long piece of hair in my unseasoned crawfish. Just the thought about it again makes me gag. When I notified the waitress and showed her the strand of hair she grabbed my plate and said she would notify the manager. Five minutes later, she comes back to say that she has a brand new batch of crawfish coming out, which I did not request. Ma'am I am not eating anything else from this establishment...like YUCK! I literally had to go back and forth with her to remove that crawfish from my receipt when in reality the whole meal should have been removed. She had the audacity to lie and say that the manager wasn't working that day and is the only one with the "code" to remove items. LMAO girl please bffr!!! I told her I am not paying for that mess and guess what, she magically figured out that code. I can't stand terrible business practices like why lie and force people to pay for disgusting food. I've been coming here on and off for a few years. I usually get the best fried catfish I've ever had from Fisherman's Kitchen! I have stayed and had a drink at the bar while waiting for my order. The atmosphere is wonderful with huge large screen TV on just about every wall. They don't just sell catfish. You name it, it's on their menu. I highly recommend Fisherman's Kitchen! I have been coming here for a few months now, even thought it's about a 30-40 minute drive for me, because I like the flavors and the prices are good. But sometimes they miss the mark and honestly I think this last time is the last time. One of my potatoes looks bad and the steamed broccoli I ordered also looks pretty bad. My hubby, daughter and I were shopping at Firewheel and decided to give this place a try since we wanted crawfish on a Friday evening. We arrived about 630ish and decided to wait at the bar for our table. We asked for a michelada and the bartender said he couldn't make it so we got a beer and a Mojito. The Mojito was sweet which I didn't like. However, a little later we saw the bartender make another patron a michelada.... so idk about that. Now the food and waitress. The waitress was great. The only great thing about this experience was the GREETING from the hostess's Victoria and Miley. We ordered charbroiled oysters and scallops which were brunt and Cajun fries which were cold. I've eaten here many times. Great food but terrible service during my last visit on a special celebration with my daughter, due to the waiter fumbling our order. We did not receive our food for 1.5 hours. We ordered a Combo meal on the menu, and not a special order. About 30 minutes into our visit, I noticed several customers that arrived after us, began receiving their food. I questioned the waiter and a manager and was assured that our food was on the way. Through questioning it was revealed that our order had not been placed. The manager attempted to cover but offered no apologies for the mistake. After finally receiving our food, the manager and the waiter avoided our table for the rest of our meal. I had to ask for a water refill. The house margaritas(rocks) were unusual but strong. Cons: waited 30-40 minutes for our appetizers, and after repeated requests that the appetizers come before our entree - they finally arrived. Less than a minute later, the entree arrived. Don't bother with an appetizer unless you want to eat it with your meal. The Shrimp Gumbo was thin, bland, and boring. The lobster tail was the chewiest ever! The Key Lime Pie was def not made of real Key Limes; very unusual flavor (not terrible, but not Key Lime Pie). If we could give 0 stars we would, we ordered 5 pounds of crawfish online, after picking the order and coming home, we were so disappointed, the order had maybe 2 pounds of crawfish that was frozen and rest was corn and potatoes which we did not order. The crawfish was terrible and some tasted rotten, when we called the restaurant and asked to speak to manager, Rufus, he was no help and offered nothing. I was so exited to see at here for my first time and we went, got seated and waited for 10 minutes and no one even attended or ask for our drinks at least to begin with. Service was extremely slow, incomplete and billing was ridiculous. At order I asked for melted butter and a small amount of lemon pepper separately, just a plain seafood. Same as I've ordered several times before. Melted butter and ketchup, for my husband's fries, were not brought out so once our waitress came back around we let her know and she went back to the kitchen. We waited a while and someone finally brought the ketchup, but still no butter and walked off. By the time the waitress made it back around the food was cold and still no butter. She took it back to get heated and did finally return with the food and butter. Once we were done we waitted a long while to get the ticket and when it came we were charged 3.50 for the lemon pepper. Once she came back I let her know that we had never been charged before and she said oh yeah you just got a small amount. She took the ticket and Once she finally came back there was still a charge of .50 for lemon pepper. She said that's how they do it since I didn't want them mixed, but we are regulars and never had this issue. So I guess I'll just ask for melted butter and a lot of lemons, or bring my own seasonings to add to the butter.... read more

Ok so this place is amazing I first had the Dungeness platter which is $ 29.99 it was amazing it came with two hard boiled eggs and a corn also like a half a pound of shrimp. The king crab was$65 for a pound I don't feel like I got a pound of crab and this only came with potatoes and corn. For that price they could of added some shrimp. I got the house seasoning on both of them with a spicy level of HoT it was really good. So to be honest with you save the money and get the Dungeness crab plate Way more bang for your buck. The only reason I am doing 4 stars is I felt that the king crab was lacking weight and portion on other stuff. Also the hush puppies are amazing and my wife loves the fried shrimp basket. So at the end of the day this place hits the spot and I will be definitely coming back more and more. FYI I live about 50 minutes away so it's worth it. read more

First we ordered wings and they cane out right before the entrees came out and should have been cooked a little longer. Timing was too close to entrees.
