They want you to fill our an online credit application which is an insecure Google Docs online form. They a few nice used cars that were overpriced compared to the market, and a lot of sketchy, high-mileage cars and trucks. It appears that they try to shuffle everyone to some dodgy high-interest hard case lender and look at you like an alien when you have good credit and are simply looking for a clean, reliable first car for your teenage daughter. I may be a woman, but I'm not an idiot. They would do well to remember that. If you're a cash buyer and willing to invest the time to play the game and negotiate, you'll be okay here. If you plan to finance through the dealer, especially if your credit is marginal, there are much better places to shop for cars with far better reputations.

I sat there waiting to get the paperwork finalized and completed, and all day all they did was "shoot the bull" with everyone but their customers and at 5:30 pm I was told the banks were closing and that they will call me at 10 am tomorrow to finalize everything. At 10:20 am I went back up there and they were not even open. After they did open I was told that they will call back in an hour. After an hour and a half I still hadn't heard from them so I had my husband call only for them to tell my husband that they are not going to work with me after all. Liars and scam artists is what they are!!!!! I wouldn't recommend a rat to them.

Our new 2026 Calligraphy Hyundai Hybrid Palisade , which we have only owned since December 26,…read more2025, began having issues within two weeks of purchase. The check engine light was coming on as well as a "check air flap" message. For a brand-new vehicle, that alone is alarming. What followed was worse. We dropped off our vehicle on January 14, 2026 to the service department. The service department has failed to communicate with us. We had called regularly to check in and have been told someone would call us back, but no one ever did. Over the weekend we checked in on our vehicle through the Hyundai app to see if it was still in the same spot and to check if the vehicle has been started at all since dropping it off. The vehicle was sitting in the exact same spot for weeks, and was not started at all, despite frigid winter conditions, a major snowstorm dumping 11.5 inches of snow, and temperatures dropping to -4 degrees. The car was left outside and buried, showing a complete lack of care or responsibility. When my husband expressed concern, the response from a service employee was dismissive to our concerns. "Well, we have brand new cars on the lot." That comment was not only irrelevant but insulting. We are not concerned about other vehicles. Our vehicle is the one entrusted to this dealership's care. If the car had been at our home, it would have been started regularly and stored in a garage. Instead, it was neglected while in their possession. For a dealership representing Hyundai and for a vehicle that is practically brand new this level of treatment is completely unacceptable. We expected professionalism, accountability, and basic care. We received none. This experience has been incredibly frustrating as we just spent a lot of money at this dealership. It is unacceptable to be treated this way.

I declined all three services as I can do the air filters myself and have a shop that does my alignment for $100 less. The oil change service included a multi-point check and when picking up my car, we specifically spoke about the tires being ok. On Saturday, 1/24 I took my car to another shop for the alignment and they informed me that three of my tires had only 2/32 of tread remaining and the remaining tire had 1/32, all of which is dangerously low. I left without the alignment or tire purchase and immediately called Liz. This was 11:30 a.m. I did not hear back from her the remainder of the day nor when I called on Monday so I left a message for the service manager and also have not heard back. I did speak with the appointment planner that confirmed the information below that when doing an oil change, the inspection should include checking the tire tread, particularly since they were trying to sell me an alignment. Info. on google search: Yes, the complimentary multi-point inspection at Hyundai of Noblesville includes a check of your vehicle's tires, which typically involves measuring tread depth and checking air pressure to ensure safety and proper maintenance. This inspection is part of their standard service visit, often included with oil changes. Tire Inspection Details: Technicians check for tread wear, tread depth, and proper inflation. My complimentary oil changes are finished, but I would warn anyone going to this dealership to go elsewhere. They didn't do the work they said and let me drive out of that dealership with tires that had little to no tread remaining. I've gone to this dealership 3-4 times and had service issues twice now.

NO STARS!!! Tom Roush Budget Car Center is a SCAM. THE…read more"WARRANTY" IS A JOKE. We put $3000 down on the vehicle. Not even two weeks later the check engine light came on. We took it straight to get looked at at two different auto shops. Both said it needs a new or rebuilt engine. The warranty company is saying that they will only cover $2500 and the remaining $4600 is our responsibility. They are stating we drove the car when it was overheating so it's partly our fault. IT IS NOT OUR FAULT... WE NEVER DROVE THE CAR OVERHEATED BECAUSE IT NEVER OVERHEATED FOR US. The car was driven less than 800 miles and broke down. We went to a buy here pay here place because we are rebuilding our credit. We saved $3000 and it took us forever to save and put that down on the vehicle. And having a $250 car payment is great. However this experience has been a nightmare. I've been in contact and emailed the GM Tom Roush and he is not taking any responsibility for selling us a broken car. If this doesn't get resolved then we lose out on $3000 towards the down payment that we gave. We lose the car because we cannot pay $4600 to get it fixed. And our credit goes down because we're not gonna make car payments on a car that broke right after we bought it. I believe that Tom Roush should pay for the remaining portion to have it fixed that the warranty company won't pay for. It is the right thing to do. I really don't wanna have to hire a lawyer but I will. I would rather make payments to a lawyer then give one more cent to a car that's only been driven a dozen times only to break down. HORRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS.

I had just started divorce proceedings. My then husband had cleared the bank account and surrendered my Infiniti while I was at work. I came out of my office to find my car gone and my debit card negative. I called Tom Roush, who was a mile from the apartment that I had just spent my last dime moving into that day. I told them that I needed a car and I had no money. They told me to get there as soon as I could. I used the last bit of cash that I had to pay for a cab ride home from work. I called off of work the next day and set about walking in the snowstorm outside to Tom Rousch in the morning. After that my life changed. I explained everything to the guys. They worked with me to gather all of my documentation and found a bank that would finance me with my recent surrender. They also paid my down payment for me and gave me three months to pay them back. The identified a car for me from another lot and put me in a rental car of theirs for free until it was ready. I drove off not knowing what I had done to deserve such grace from these men. A week later my car arrived and was ready for delivery. I came in and returned the rental (which I was rear ended in the day before and they handled completely with zero stress to me). They told me that my then husband had called them after seeing me in the rental car and threatened them if they sold me a car. Still, they helped me. Still, they got the bank to back me. Still, they didn't charge me for the rental. Still, they paid my down payment. Still, they sat with me and calmly listened without judgment. Still, they scolded me like a little girl for walking in the cold instead of calling them to pick me up. I saw these men on one of the worst days of my life. And they literally saved me. I still have the car. I could have sold it. Could've traded it. Could have gotten myself back into a high end Carmel car. But there is something about what that Nissan stands for that makes me keep it. Mercy. Independence. Freedom. Kindness. I don't know what it is. But it reminds me of a bunch of dad's at a dealership and I just can't part with it. My 17 year old daughter will start driving it in a few weeks and will take it with her to college in the fall. I hope it saves her once or twice like it did me.

My wife and I went looking for a new vehicle for her due to her current lease with Chrysler Capital ending. We wanted to purchase a reliable used car that we could pay off, possible give to our son one day. Admittedly, for various reasons, we were somewhat skeptical about going to an independent dealership. First, we were pleasantly surprised by the reception we received by our sales associate, Dylan. He was patient and addressed my wife's concerns and helped answer all of our question. We test drove 2 different cars and decided to purchase a Mercedes GLB 250. We had some difficulty ending our lease with Chrysler Capital. Even though we made our final payment, they refused to allow Fishers Imports to purchase the vehicle directly for a trade in. The GM Adam, was very helpful and suggested we ask for a payoff amount and Fishers Imports would then cut a check for her old vehicle on our behalf. This was a HUGE exception they were willing to make to earn our business. So needless to say, it was a done deal for us. We then worked with the financial manager, Brandon, who was also great. Given what rates are right now, he helped get us a great rate on the loan. We were able to then use those savings and purchase and extended warranty we might not have. The financing went great and everything we agreed was in clear black and white. NO bait and switch, NO extra fees at the end. So my wife and I would like to say thank you to Dylan, Adam, Brandon and the entire Fishers Imports team for making our experience unforgettable. WE WILL BE BACK!
