It's a little bar inside of a fineness center. Their açaí bowls are the main attraction I feel like. Their açaí flavors are good, nothing unique or crazy special but they're good nonetheless. You have the option of 4 different types of granola. I wouldn't say that I was blown away by the bowls. Not overloaded with toppings and not sweet but it's all about preference. It's good to try out if you're craving an açaí bowl on quick notice.

Absolutely love and açai bowl and very happy to be living so close to Fit Bar to beg my fix within walking distance! My best friend turned me onto this place and I'm so glad she did. Amazing smoothies and bowls, everything made fresh, quick service, friendly people. When the weather is nice, great place to sit outside and people watch. Pro tip: try the PB Power Bowl. And you probably really don't need anything more than the smallest bowl unless you're really hungry!

The açaí bowl here gives a lot of toppings and the acai base is not too sweet! Would come back again

Been coming here for 5 years since moving to west Seattle. Starting off the Fit bar owners are 10/10! Always so kind, and make good stuff. Always have a good smoothie or bowl when they're in. However, recently have been disappointed by the production of the staff. If something is ordered online and come to pick up at the time it says, nothing has been started and have to wait the same amount of time and would be faster if I just ordered in person. Recently have had the wrong drinks given, or smoothies blended to the consistency of juice and chunky. When asked to reblend been given an eye roll or told they can't since I took it in my hand. The quality of ingredients have always been great which is why I love this place. But to have these things happen during the "slower seasons" has been really annoying. This past visit kind of solidified that for me, as every person who came before and after were online orders and nothing had been started for everyone. Someone asked to order a coffee and they said they didn't want to make coffee yet and told them to go to the coffee shop down the street instead. Hit or miss, some days great and others I'm taking my smoothies home and reblending them. Just wanted to share as it has been one too many times of something going funky and giving the benefit of the doubt.

I think they recently changed the açaí mix ingredients. I'm getting hints of banana but no other flavor. The consistency is even a bit off, and more yogurt-esque. Unfortunate because they used to have a super flavorful açaí mix and it's not inexpensive. Hope they go back to the old recipe.

Fit Bar in West Seattle made me fall in love with açaí bowls! I've been here a handful of times and it's amazing every time. I usually get the Brazilian Bowl with added chia and peanut butter, and it is perfect--super creamy, not too sweet, and packed with flavor. The space is small and cozy with chill, welcoming vibe, and the staff is always friendly and helpful, answering any questions I had about the menu. If you're looking for a great açaí bowl or a unique coffee in West Seattle, Fit Bar is definitely worth a visit!

Fit Bar is exactly its name! They have many options that keep your health in mind, while being flavorful. From juices, teas, coffee, smoothies, smoothie bowls (which are my FAVORITE) and more. You can also upgrade them by infusing with mushroom supplements or cbd+. They also now have snacks like waffles, donuts, pop tarts, and some grab and go options. I love to get the bowls, PBPower Bowl with butter blended in is my go to. I also like the Brazilian, and the Admiral if I'm not in the mood for peanut butter. Those are a great start if you're new to açaí bowls. Some of the other bowls can be more tart depending on the fruits like the Pitaya which is still delicious but just a different flavor. The Vigor bowl is very healthy and good but if you prefer not to taste your veggies I'd choose another option. But there's something for everyone. Customer service is always friendly, and nice. It's a tiny little cafe so I prefer and highly suggest ordering online if you don't want to wait in line. It can get pretty busy I'm sure many businesses and the community are regulars so go and try, and find your favs and know what you want to get before hand. Unless you're fine with waiting a good 20-40+ mins, all depending on the day of course. Sometimes there's no wait but as the sun peaks the line can get long. They do have a couple seats outside where you can hang! It's more on the pricy side but with such quality ingredients and being a small business I like to think it is worth it! Fit Bar has saved my day a couple of times while working long hours I can't stop to eat much or have time to take long breaks. The smoothie bowls help fuel me through the day! All in all it's worth the wait, and price for a convenient way to keep your body healthy and tastebuds happy!

It tasted really good and it was of high quality. The place is on the more expensive side and I am honestly not sure if my extra strawberry topping was really that much more. Overall, I still recommend going there and having a nice bowl on a sunny day. Staff was amazing and super helpful. It is a very small place, but we were able to get a seat outside and it was great because of the weather.

Electrical fixtures that are being pulled out of the ceiling by the garage door right above the register

The service was wonderful and the smoothies were delicious but can you PLEASE fix these electrical fixtures above the register (that are being damaged by the garage door) so that they do not fall on your employees or customers? Huge safety hazard!

Really great spot for a nice health break or post workout. Ordered the admiral bowl and PB Classic smoothie. So fresh and high quality. Finally some açaí that is dense and thick without being icy or too runny. It was the perfect texture. The staff was very attentive as we talked through the menu on what we wanted. It was an indoor outdoor concept with limited seating. Great music and vibe though. It did take awhile to receive our order (~20min) so don't come in a rush. The quality and taste was worth the wait as it's prepared fresh and on spot.

The acai bowls are superb and super tasty here! I like how their acai isn't super sweet like other places are. The avocado toast is to die for! Super duper delicious! I can make avocado toast at home but something about the way they make this makes it hard to replicate at home. The bread is nice and toasty, the avocado spread is well seasoned, the bread itself is drizzled with some delicious oil and then all topped with some tasty seeds. The staff are super friendly and the store front is nice and clean with two tables outside you can sit at. I'm hooked! I've been ordering from here 2-3 times a week and recommend everyone to give this place a try if you haven't yet already!

Now, Easy Street Records and cafe still has the old style charm of open booth seating with every bit of sitting space used. There weren't any other customers inside and we were greeted with an empty display case in the front. While barren, the owner, a gruff* French gentlemen, confirmed that he still had choux pastry left with a choice of either vanilla, coconut, pistachio, or hazelnut. We decided to go with the pistachio, which he assembled fresh for us, first by piping pistachio cream inside the choux shell, then dipping in melted chocolate and sprinkling pistachio on top. Pistachio Choux ($6) - The choux is excellent, baked until deliciously crisp on the exterior while the inside remains soft, eggy, and tender. Since it's fresh filled and we ate it right afterwards, the cream never migrated to saturate the crust - I suspect people with issues with mushiness probably let the cream puff sit too long before consuming. The cream, which is piped to the brim, pushes out against the delicate shell, causing each bite to almost squirt out a bit of the luscious, silky whipped custard. The cream coats the lips and mouth with a layer of fat. It's not too sweet and has a light nutty pistachio flavor. The melted chocolate the top is dipped into glues on all of the pistachio dip. The chocolate is slightly bitter, yet sweet, so it helps cut through some of the rich silkiness of the cream. The pistachios on top act like a crumble, perhaps pulverized and melded with butter to create a very rich yet pistachio forward mix. It's strongly flavored, and the chocolate creates such a strong cement that none of the nuts detach while eating. (5/5) Panterelli was a huge surprise as it wasn't even on our radar until we walked past the shop randomly while exploring the Farmers Market.
