Instead of trying to sell me some 100 dollar seat post and clamp like most large bike shops Paul instantly tried to fix the problem! He tried using tools and his vice grip but with no avail. He then found an affordable seat that would work for my son. My son needed a top seat clamp since his exploded and Paul tried looking through all his parts. He couldn't find one so he was kind enough to take one off another seat post. Paul could tell we really wanted to get back on the trails and was very affordable and friendly.
