We have a 1938 Spanish Revival home and we needed a new roof and desperately needed to paint our home as well. We ended up using Fithauer for everything, including new rain gutters. From start to finish we had excellent customer service on all 3 projects. Jessee, our project manager was in constant communication and was on top of everything on the sight along with Rosyln who helped with the logistics and financing etc. We had alot of damage and rot on our roof and we had several walk through to make sure everything was addressed. There were no surprises or additional costs along the way, and they stood by their original bid. We did the roof and the repairs 1st. 7 workers showed up along with a conveyer belt and once the roof was torn off and repaired the roof was completed with inspections in 2 days. We chose the 50 yr Tex cote for paint. The crew was accommodating and patient with my 4 color choices and old original windows on part of the house, plus all the black iron and gates on my home. They took meticulous care to make sure everything was painted the way we wanted not to mention they were an absolute delight to work with. Shout out to Josiah, Junior, and Luis!!! Fitzhauer came out and did an amazing job with their presentation. Explaining everything about their windows in detail. At first I was pushed away on price and wanted to wait and think about it. But I am very happy to say they called back after a few weeks and asked if I would like them to come back out and talk about everything! I decided to get them! From that point on everyone at Fitzhauer kept me up to date, step by step on everything that was happening and how long it would take. My project manager Jesse answered all my questions no matter how crazy I sounded. He was very nice and thorough and didnt mind my 3 dogs bugging him while he was measuring windows. When it came to installation day they were very prompt on arrival. We had 2 installers, Jacob and Jose. They were very nice and skilled at what they were doing. They were able to install all my windows I had ordered in 1 day. They made sure they picked all the mess up, put everything back that they needed to move to install the windows and wiped everything down. Before they left they made sure I went over everything and made sure I was happy. I am very happy that I decided to go with Fitzhauer Construction. Then Anlin windows & slider are amazing. Our air conditioner has been breaking down often lately so my husband and I decided we should have it replace, plus it's almost 30 years old. A few days after, Fitzhauer Construction contacted us for an apppointment. They sent us their representative, Cullen, the following Saturday. He was very professional, friendly and even educate us on how our a/c and furnace works together to cool and/or heat our home. We really appreciated that. We decide to get our a/c unit, furnace and ducts replace as well as put in another vent in our living room to help cool it down. About 1 week later, the company sent their workers to demo our ducts and furnace in the attic and the a/c outside. On the second day, they installed everything and they were done before 4 pm. They even replaced all our vents! Every single one of them were respectful and even mindful of our pets as we have cats and a dog. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves except for maybe a couple of screws left behind and a zip tie. We definitely recommend them to anyone who are thinking of making improvements on their home. I know we will use them again when we have more improvements we want done in the future. p.s. I had my home texture coated by Fitzhauer Construction of Brea, CA. They are a very professional company that does excellent work. They were referred to me by a neighbor who couldn't say enough about the professionals employed by this company. I was very, very impressed by the workmanship of the employees. They worked in the worst heat and humidity of the summer and did a much better job than I expected. They completely sanded the entire house (all wood) and caulked all cracks and openings. They repaired all damaged wood and primed and texture coated the building working six days a week. The employees cleaned up everyday at end of shift, they were always courteous and quiet. They moved all heavy materials without being asked so I would not have to do so myself. I cannot recommend a better crew and organization than Fitzhauer Construction. My project manager Ricky was always available and ensured that everything went smoothly throughout the project. This was a big project for us and we are very pleased with the outcome. When we realized that we needed a new HVAC system, we spoke with several companies. The process became almost unbearable with the overpriced, hard-sell companies out in the HVAC world. We felt so fortunate to find FitzHauer Construction. From the first time we met Neal (who answered all of our questions very clearly) to the installers (Jim and Daniel) to the office crew (led by Jessica), we could not have been more pleased with the entire process. First of all, we were able to install the best equipment out there (American Standard). Secondly, they worked with our schedule and were able to complete the whole installation in a 2 day time frame. What amazed us was this wasn't just a compressor change out. We had to have new duct work, asbestos removal and an additional vent installed in the kitchen (per Neal's suggestion), which we just love. At the completion of the installation, the crew made sure to clean up after themselves, leaving our house as they had found it (well, better because we now had a great HVAC system). Although our home was built in 1956, with this new WiFi-enabled system it's now a part of the 21st century. Fitzhauer worked on two separate projects for us, and both experiences had been great. Our initial project was smaller in scale (to fix a leaking backyard patio cover), yet we couldn't help but notice that Jay from Fitzhauer was the only one among several companies we contacted to come up with a tailored solution that not only was reasonable in cost and but also, most importantly, would actually solve our problem. When it came time to do outside home remodel, we contacted a couple of companies but again felt more confident working with Fitzhauer. Arren was the supervisor/coordinator this time. From beginning to end of the project, which included roof installation, new exterior paint, and gutters installation among others, the Fitzhauer folks were punctual, professional, efficient, and meticulous. When we had questions or concerns, Arren was always super responsive and helpful. Once we noticed the sheen on one side of the house was too bright, Arren quickly communicated with the paint crew to repaint that part the next day. We were approached by Fitzhauer Construction members about possible window replacement for our home. Initially, I was skeptical and was waiting for the scam to show itself, but Jeremy and the rest of the people we interacted with were transparent and professional all the way through the process. Our upstairs windows lacked screens thanks to previous homeowners and we had no obstruction from the sun throughout the day, so the rooms would become sweltering hot. I mean, our plastic blinds that came with the house had begun to droop and bend between the windows and the blackout blinds we put up in an attempt to stop some of the heat. Our AC bill was outrageous last summer and thanks to Fitzhauer, that problem is solved. We run the AC for about an hour a day now and the temperature stays within a degree or two of what we want it to be. Their installation crew and administration specialists were professional and made things easy for us. The windows look amazing, offer us new utility and cleaning options, and well as block the heat to the point I can just open windows at night and everything is chilled throughout the next day. We had previously used them for the installation of our new A/C system and were so pleased with their work, so we called them back when it was time for new windows. Customer service was amazing. Work was exceptional. We got a roof repair, relay. Fernando and his crew were friendly, work quickly without cutting corners and cleaned as they went and cleaned afterwards. We paid exactly what we were quoted. There were no surprise costs. The work started the same day we got the estimate which was great because other roofing companies had us waiting weeks for an estimate and then weeks for the work to get done. On top of that we had higher quotes with "what if scenarios" adding in the quotes. Aaron sent a crew out ready to work. He called us back the same day we called with a date a time they could come out to give Amy's an estimate and they showed up in that time frame. Jeff sent us photos of the work to our phones. The photos were before, during and after the work was done. Over and over telling us if we have any issues to please not to hesitate to call. I bought Anlin Windows through FitzHauer construction and is one of the best investments I have made. First of all, the staff at FitzHauer were all fantastic. The gentleman who initially demonstrated the product to me wasn't pushy at all, and he did a great job explaining how the windows worked. The crew who actually came to my place to install the windows were very courteous, were very efficient (but did not sacrifice quality) and they did a fantastic job cleaning the place up before they left. In regards to the actual windows/sliding door, they do a great job of keeping the heat inside my place preventing the need for my heater to run as often as it had with the original windows.
