Customers who go in to shop park in those pick up spots, anyways and there's no reinforcement. There are tons of security parked in the shade that look down on their phone though. So the time I spend trying to find a spot for pickup could have been half my time looking for those items at the store. Also, every time that I come here there's some altercation in the parking lot, either people fighting for spots, cars honking, or people not stopping at the curb to leave that they almost hit each other. I lm just going to drive an extra 15 to go to Niles to avoid all this. EDIT: initially gave a 1 star. While I understand that some customers don't respect the space, the store layout and cleanliness are ultimately the responsibility of management, and they are failing to maintain it. The employees don't help the situation at all--most of the workers I encountered were far more interested in gossiping with each other than helping customers. When you actually manage to ask someone for help, they usually have absolutely no idea about the store's products or layout. ​But the absolute most annoying part of this location is the parking situation. They have blocked off up to FIFTY parking spots exclusively for online pickup orders. Taking up 50 prime spots as though 50 people are all going to show up for pickup at the exact same second is ridiculous. It ruins the parking experience for everyone else who actually wants to come inside and shop. ​Between the terrible parking, the messy aisles, and the unhelpful staff, this location is a frustrating mess. Management needs to step up, clean the store, train their staff, and rethink their parking lot layout...

I come here pretty regularly and overall it's a great store!…read more It's clean, well organized, and easy to find what you need. Even when it's busy, the self checkout lines move pretty quickly. It's not as well stocked as some other Targets, but it's a really convenient spot for everyday things. That said, some of the staff can have real attitude. Recently I had a few in-store non-stackable coupons, so I split my items into separate purchases. I used one coupon, paid, and then started scanning my next items for a new transaction. The woman at self checkout who needed to scan the coupon told me, "you can't split up your transaction," and refused to scan the second coupon. I asked her why not since I had already paid and was starting a new purchase, and she just huffed and walked away without helping. I still shop here because overall it's a great store, but interactions like that are frustrating and unnecessary.

She stayed with me until we found that one little package, which a customer had left turned upside down on a shelf. Sheda was exceptional. I was so grateful. First I went to Marshall's and found a nice Samsonite bag, a carry on size for $99.99. My wife said it was probably less @ Ross Dress for Less. We went to Ross on Tuesday where I found the exact same Samsonite bag for $79.99, Cool Deal. In addition Ross has a 10% discount for Seniors on Tuesday so I took another $8 off of the purchase price. Can't argue w/saving an additional $28. Long story short I bought the bag @ Ross & returned the other bag to Marshall's. ADDENDUM: In addition I found a carryon Samsonite bag for $55.99. Between the initial $28 I saved another $24 off. So all told we were able to get the Samsonite carry on for $44 dollars less than the initial price.

The trip here pretty much started off poorly from the time I entered. I had an Amazon return which I brought to Kohl's; next time I may just pay for the box and whatever I need so I can return it at a UPS store. The item I had was very awkwardly shaped and somewhat heavy, and I used auto opening door to get in. There are two sets of doors before you're in the store and though the button outside the store that opens the doors worked, the one between the two sets of doors did not. It wasn't even one of those stupid doors that requires the door behind you to shut before you can open the next one, because I did that and it didn't open. Luckily there was a group of carts just inside the store. I got in line at the register where it said checkout and returns. Of course once I get to the cashier I'm told I have to go upstairs, because that's where Amazon returns go. Perhaps update your sign? I was pointed to the elevator in the corner, and headed over. It was almost as far away from the west entrance to the store as one could get, which isn't a problem for me but as I passed the north entrance of the store, I saw its marked emergency exit only with a couple cones in front of it. So to recap: Disabled folks may not be able to get into the west entrance (unless the door was just being moody when I was trying to use it) and they also can't use the north entrance that's steps away from the elevator because that entrance is an emergency only exit? Kohl's is actively discouraging disabled folks from visiting their store. I was in here for 10 minutes and couldn't wait to get out.

I am giving them five stars. Not for what they are now--a barely open/soon to be demolished…read moremid-sized mall, but for what I remember them to be back when they were new and fun--the very early 90s. The architecture was, and still is, different in a good way, with more skylights than other indoor malls. I don't think I ever bought anything from here except coffee from a place on the second floor. Maybe something from JCPenny. I know so many people who spent part of their childhood or high school years here.

Management is fantastic and so genuinely helpful at this location (I'm reviewing this in May of 2016 so I can't speak for times before). The manager here was on her way to a break but I stopped her to ask her questions about a product without a tag. She quickly took the time out and found a similar product and provided me with a tag (and gave me a discount because the item I wanted was on sale, too!). The Marshalls in particular has always been clean and organized. They have a ton of amazing products like Kate Spade and Tory Burch. They also have an incredible selection of shoes but you have to go quick because they run out of popular sizes fast. I love this Marshalls because everyone has always been so incredibly helpful. 5 stars.

Things are generally well stocked, and the staff will glady check to see if there's anything in the back in case the staff haven't had a chance to restock a particular shelf yet. Only real caveats are that the pharmacy doesn't adertise what they only carry behind the counter (diabetic supplies) so you have to ask, and the in-store Pizza Hut is a ghost-station (as always). I do wish the Starbucks would re-open the area they closed down during the pandemic, but that modification seems like it's permanent, for now at least.

I haven't been inside, but I have used the Drive-Up option a few times when something I wanted wasn't available at the Target that's a bit closer. But they are sooooooo slowwwww. I've marked the app to let them know I'm on my way when I was 5-10 minutes out and still have to wait 5-10 minutes when I get there. So that's a little annoying, but oh well. They're right by the Edens and you can drive directly from the parking lot of this shopping center to the freeway.
