Stopped by to get some fruity snack since it's hot outside. Plenty parking, spacious store and well organized and layout. Staff are friendly and greet upon coming in. Got what I needed and self checkout since there no cashiers station less... great values all of their items.

Kids and I love this store! Huge selection on toys, games, snacks, personal items, beauty, electronics, clothes, etc... all for amazing prices. Every time we walk into this store, staff will always greet us with a hello. This store is like a candy store for my kids. They can spend hours just browsing around and shop for what their hearts desire. When Christmas comes around, this place definitely saves me money. Some items sold here are at a great price compared to other stores we have come across. Love the $5 t-shirts they sell because it's all too cute with good quality materials. You can find some unique snack items from other Asian countries at decent prices. It's always a highlight of our visit every single time. Check it out with your kids or friends to find phenomenal deals.

Love going to this store. It's in the same shopping center as Target and Trader Joe's, so I find myself coming in here to browse. They have all kinds of things for kids, teenagers, and gen z like toys, books, snacks, beauty, electronics, etc. all at an affordable price!

I have seen this store a lot on social media and I was glad to hear there are some popping up in my area and today after a massage I drove to cvs nearby (that review coming next) and I saw this place across the street and went omg I need to check this out finally! Read reviews at cvs while I was shopping just to get a preview and someone literally posted like a day or two ago maybe yesterday with a 1 star saying it was junky messy and empty shelves. Not going to lie I got a little nervous because it was so fresh the review lol But others looked fine and normal for what to expect at these kinds of stores Sure enough it's tucked into a shopping plaza with what seems like very little places to park because there's a Trader Joe's and other shops but I found one close actually luckily Store was fine.. was it immaculate? No... did I expect that? No. Was it dirty? No... it was fine and yes this is like an "upscale" 99 cent store with practically the same prices lol except they tell you it's 5 or below Speaking of the price... it's mostly 5 not many below at least what I saw and shocker they have a beyond 5 dollar section Honestly it was fun to see certain things and I did buy many stocking stuffers but was I blown away? Not really... candy seems same price you'd get anywhere and some stuff seems like you are over paying but the trick to this store is that it's not always same stuff. Depends on their shipment arrivals but I'd say give it a shot and see it's with a look

Interesting place to stop in to kill a little time, to realize how much stuff there is under $5 that interests me. When I initially heard of the store 'Five Below', I got it confused with 'Minus5' which I've wanted to visit. Totally different things. Once I got that straighten out and realized that this was a bargain retail store, reset my expectations and appreciated what they were selling. It's probably the better version of a dollar store (with a lot higher prices) and many things you could get more cheaply at other places, but they also sell products exclusively made for them. Some of the latter products to call out: different board games, various legally branded t-shirts, chargers and cords, large selection of play/sport balls, various plushies, and even a section for various fidget toys. It's geared towards the young. One place was a display called 'sweet deal' where you can pick/choose various individually wrapped candy for 10/$1.25. Not sure where else one could do this for such a low price. In terms of the inside, it uses the standard shelving and signs of the other Five Below I've visited, and it is definitely geared towards the youngsters. The biggest thing I noticed was how absolutely industrial the floors were...they hadn't been changed from the previous tenants and because it was a hodge podge of different materials and one-off patches, it looked really bad (imo)...as if this is just a pop-up and not permanent location.

The line grew longer before it was opening time at 7 AM and there was a mom with her kids a few spots behind me, then another mom with her kids knew the first mom and waited in line next to them instead of heading to the back. The manager of the store told the line was only for Pokemon and that people who wanted needohs could go ahead to the back of the store. So the moms with the kids that wanted needohs headed towards the back just for needohs instead of waiting in line like the rest of us for Pokemon cards. We were let in 5 at a time and when it was my turn to go get the Pokemon cards, I was told by the people in the front that the moms that went to get needohs also went to get the first partner series 3 boxes! There was nothing left and I waited within the hour for no reason! I notified the manager of the incident of what transpired but he was like there's nothing I can do! Well look here buddy you could have left the Pokemon cards at customer service like you did in the past so there would be no cutting in lines but nope your store had to implement this stupid policy where anyone could walk into the back to get cards without having to wait in line! Do better at the next Pokemon release day drop or else you're going to have more angry customers at the next drop!

It's set up the inverse of most other Marshalls and TJ Maxxes - men's and kids' are to the right instead of left, and handbags and beauty are to the right. Home decor and bedding are, as usual, in the back. There is a noticeable security presence, which - take it for what it's worth - will either make you feel safer or more wary of the area. I picked up a small gift for a friend who enjoys cooking from the kitchen/gourmet food section; there were more colors available at this store than others I've visited recently. I also found some DIY miniature sets from the Rolife brand that I'd never seen before (I have 4 on my bookshelf, actually). When I got to the register, I inquired on the price of a small Chiltern classic book since the tag had come off. While we were waiting, the associate kept twirling and fiddling with the book at the counter, which I didn't love because theoretically, that's merchandise your customer may walk home with, right? Overall a rather mid experience, but I might come back if I happen to be in the area again.

I frequently encounter Ethan and his female coworker, and the pattern has become impossible for me to ignore: incorrect orders, dismissive interactions, and what feels like selective customer service. I have waited several minutes without being acknowledged while they were socializing with Target employees from other departments. Another professional coworker looked up waiting making drinks and acknowledged me. Meanwhile, I've watched the same Ethan interact with other customers with friendliness, patience, and professionalism. That double standard is what concerns me most. I'm not claiming to know anyone's intentions, but repeated behavior matters. The ongoing microaggressions, lack of acknowledgment, and feeling of being singled out have created an extremely unwelcoming experience. At what point does a repeated pattern stop being a coincidence? I expect equity, accountability, consistency, and basic respect--not preferential treatment, just the SAME treatment everyone else receives. Management should take a serious look at this situation. Customer service should not depend on who you are, what you look like, or whether an employee happens to like you.
