It was fast service. Patti melt all the way. Little bacon hamburger all the way and a large fry and a zero sugar Coca Cola cream soda.

First time coming into this location and it was just as expected. Super fast service, clean environment and one of the best sets of burgers and fries you can ask for. I love being able to customize my burger and add all the toppings I would like. My choice is a small cheeseburger with pickles, green peppers and onions, you can't get green peppers at most places. And definitely some of the best fries around. The only downside as it is expensive. $18 for my little cheeseburger, small fries and large drink, but worth the splurge today. read more

Horrible service. I ordered a burger with the works "all the way" and fries and vanilla shake. What I got was absolutely a disappointment. I ordered to go. They were dealing with 2 other people who had messed up orders and then called my number, very distracted with the other incorrect orders they were trying to correct. I trusted my order was correct, but noticed I didn't have my shake that I ordered and paid for. I asked about it and they said "oh, just go to the register and order one". I said, "no, I ordered and paid for it already". They finally got it to me. Then I looked in my bag and there was a burger on the bottom with fries piled on top. I thought all was good. Then I get home and my burger had only 1 patty and was plain, and one bun was missing half of it. So I had 1 plain patty with 1.5 buns instead of 2 patties, the works toppings and 2 full buns. Seems like they don't care about getting orders correct and have no systems in place to check orders. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT A CORRECT ORDER!!!! read more

Five Guys is not the best burger I've ever had, sorry banners hanging up in every Five Guys across the country, but it is a decent burger served in a short amount of time. I stopped at this location on Friday night and I honestly have no idea how I ended up here. The place was pretty dead and we were able to order right away. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, a vanilla milkshake, and I split a medium fry with my girlfriend. The food didn't take long to come out and we were in and out in maybe 15 minutes. The burger itself was typical Five Guys, the beef was good, the bacon was good, and the overall burger was good (not amazing, but good). The French fries are definitely not my favourite but they were alright. The milkshake was pretty much whip cream and that was a big letdown, but the milkshake that I did have was pretty good. Overall, you know exactly what you are going to get when you visit a Five Guys. There's nothing better or worse about this location then the others so if you are looking for a decent burger, it won't hurt to stop here. read more

Haven't eaten at Five Guys in forever but I needed to make a trip here cuz my toddler was dying (in the form of excessive toddler whine-screaming) for their fries. I asked for my usual large fries in 50/50 (half regular/half Cajun). The girl said they can't do that and offered me two regular sizes - fine, no biggie even though all the other locations does it. I was also intrigued with the veggie sandwich so got that as well (after mis-speaking and asking for a veggie burger I was corrected it's a "sandwich", there is NO veggie burger here peeps!). Verdict? + The fries were good - I would expect no less since it's their thing. +/- I've mixed feelings about the sandwich. It's really just the bun with filling (mushroom, peppers, lettuce, tomato). I can't say it's the most filling meal if you order this alone but with some fries you should be fine. I shared with one of my kids (the one not dying for fries) and she thoroughly enjoyed it as well as stated she would like to come back again to have it with pickled and bbq sauce. This location was the old Corner Bakery Café so the layout is the same if you've been to CBC before. They used some of CBC's furniture (large booths) along with their well known red&white decor scheme. I've love 5G and would really love it if they would add a veggie burger to their menu. Five Guys is my go to fast food burger. They are a little more expensive but totally worth it because the burgers are made to order, and the bacon is super crispy like I like it. Their buns look like McDonald's commercials but in real life. This location is dangerously close to my house and had a hankering for a burger, so we ordered on DoorDash. I always get the little bacon cheeseburger and Cajun fries. "Little" just means one patty, and the "regular" fries are HUGE and can easily be split between 2-3 people. The order was fast and hot, which I was worried about for a burger. This time I also got a milkshake. They have a ton of "mix in" flavors and I got strawberry and whipped cream mixed in. The strawberry flavor wasn't overwhelming but it was good. Delicious as always! read more

Love coming here for a burger that I know will be quality ever time. I usually stick to the little cheeseburger because it's only one patty (note that the regular cheeseburger is two patties). The regular serving of fries is made for two people and is always overflowing on the bag that you're food is given to you in. The fountain soda machine that you can make your own concoction is the best. Haven't had a milkshake here yet though every time I debate. I just know that I'm in a food coma after my regular meal that there is just no room for it. Finally - the bonus points they get is the free peanuts that you can get if you're famished and can't wait until the burger gets in your belly. Or whatever you order. Go check 'em out! read more

Five Guys, sweet Five Guys. When I lived in Rochester, I ate here practically every day. Unfortunately, I now have a gluten allergy, so I haven't been in years. The last one I went to was in the Galleria Mall and I remembered not being impressed by it anyways. However, there are now new locations in the Northtowns, so Kristie S. and I decided to stop here for lunch yesterday. I heard from a friend that if you order a burger and say you need it in a lettuce wrap, they'll do it. I discerned this to be true when I asked an employee, and everything suddenly seemed possible again. I ordered my burger with bacon, two patties, bbq sauce, and sauteed mushrooms. It took a while to be ready, but that didn't bother me one bit since I became mesmerized by the soda machine. Sorry, pop machine. I ended up getting a caffeine free diet cherry coke (say that 3 times fast) and I was so very happy. Kristie and I ate some complimentary peanuts while waiting for our order numbers to be called. Our booth was messy, but that was because a previous patron had the same idea concerning the complimentary peanuts. Finally, our food was ready. And boy, was it goooood. I loved every bite and savored each mouthful, as I don't get burgers very often. The food was seriously delicious. The sauce, the well cooked bacon, the seasoned patties....it all made for a great meal! I am so excited to come back and get some cajun fries! read more

If you like a super well done, dried out, wafer thin burger, this is the place for you. This location was the worst five guys i ever ate from. I never like places that make a wafer thin burger to pad their bottom line. The fries were so oversalted the family didnt even eat them all and that never happens. The location on Niagara Falls Blvd is cleaner than the Delawear Ave location. If your looking for a greasy yet tasty burger this is your place. The paper bag you get your food in always has oil spots on it. I wouldn't suggest 5 Guys if your trying to eat healthy. I like orginal fries. I have tried the cajun fries but they weren't good enough for me to order again. Even if you order the small they give you a ton of fries. The coca cola machine offers you a wide beverage selection with syrups that you can add for a spin on any classic beverages. read more

I love the atmosphere of this place. It's a super nice place and setup inside. They have free peanuts for you you enjoy and two Coca-Cola free style machines. I'm a BIG fan of any hand-cut fries, but I wish they offered dipping sauces to go with them. This past time that I was there (just earlier in the week) the burgers tasted pretty bland, not as juicy or flavorful as we are used to. I always enjoy Five Guys. But how do you not have ketchup? You are literally marketing French fries. When I asked a guy sweeping the floor if he could refill the ketchup he looked at me like I had three eyes. When I sat down a guy sitting across from me said he asked the kid 10 minutes before me. Advertising works, I never knew this opened up in this spot but driving down the boulevard, the lighted signage caught my eye. So much so that during my pedicure I was thinking burgers and decide I must try it out afterwards. All I can say is I'm glad I did! The restaurant was empty at about 8:30, no matter more time for me to chat up the employees who were very friendly and accommodating. When I told them this was my first time at Five Guys they seemed eager to win me over. I placed my order for a bacon cheeseburger in a bowl, lettuce, tomato, fried onions, pickle, may and A-1 on the side., I swear the cook nodded with approval lol! My friends who had been before ordered fries with their burgers for us to share so I was warned not to get my own. I was impressed that I was asked if my bunless order was for dietary or personal reasons. Very pleasant first impression, the cashier was so nice! It didn't take to long to get our orders. My friends milkshake was last, she's a milkshake conniesuer and she said it was just ok. But the food...wow! I was amazed at what a great burger it was. The presentation was great, totally spaced on the photo op but, I'll be back for another! The flavor was perfect too and it was cooked to perfection. Even the bacon was crisp and flavorful. I had just a few of the fries that were not only abundant but, crisp, hot and tender if that makes sense. I love this place, yup I said love. Fries are consistently great each time I have visited this location. At their locations in Canada the fries are hit and miss I don't know if its the potatoes they are using or the frying technique. Occasionally when I am in BUF I have to stop at 5 Guys. Their burgers are ok, a bit too greasy for me but I do like the choices they offer for toppings. I read an article a few years ago that stated 5 Guy fries were the unhealthiest fries in America. I can definitely understand why--the portion sizes are enormous especially for one person to consume. I portion my fries and freeze the leftovers to reheat another day. If reheated correctly they still taste fresh out the fryer. read more

The little cheeseburger is one patty and the normal burger is two patties. They have the soda machine that you can make whatever combination you'd like. Also their milkshakes are delicious and you can make a variety of mixed flavors. This specific location is consistently very clean and the staff is always friendly. Understanding that this is just a chain restaurant, I absolutely love Five Guys burgers. They have tons of options on their menu and tons of choices on toppings. The burgers a few always incredibly delicious. I will go against the grain here and say that I do not like the fries. No matter which kind you get, they are always mushy and incredibly greasy. I know a lot of people also love the "extra scoop in the bag" technique, but it just covers your entire meal in grease. I hate it. I will say that if I'm going to get some fries, I think the Cajun is the better choice. Quick note: Their regular burger is a double cheeseburger. Get the Jr. if you want a single burger. read more

While this location had a rocky start, they proved though a rapid response that they care about my needs and expectations. I love their burgers; even their veggie sandwich is yummy. I don't normally buy fries, but the ones I tried were yummy; nevertheless, people who have peanut allegies should know that they fry them in peanut oil. I'm taking two stars off...on my most recent visit the fries were soggy and barely warm. I searched here and there and located maybe a half dozen fries out of the entire bag that were worth eating. Too bad, I had high hopes for this place. I've only been to 5 Guys twice, both times at this location. The burger was cooked to perfection and the toppings, onions and jalapeño peppers, were a delicious addition. The fries, too, were yummy - crispy on the outside and soft and hot on the inside...and there were enough for two diners. You have to wait a bit for your order, but there are free salted peanuts to snack on in the meantime. Each time I visited 5 Guys the cashier was friendly and helpful. If you must have a fast food burger this is the place to go. I'm trying to find something to complain about...lol...oh yeah...the layout of the dining room results in the large high top tables near the counter inaccessible due to so many customers standing around waiting to pick up their takeout orders. read more
