I prefer Five Girls, but this will do I suppose. These are truly some of the most overrated burgers in the country, and sure, compared to Wendy's and even Shake Shack they're good, but compared to real hamburgers (and there are many of them in our country) they are really bad, and they're also more expensive than a lot of real hamburgers, which is a crime, because these aren't very big. One of the problems is that a lot of people making them don't really want to be here, often 19 year olds who in some cases may not appreciate the concept of work or good service, which is fine, but in this case it definitely was true, and service was lacking. If my 5G obsessed College friend and former roommate drug (not drugged, but dragged) me in here and tried to drug (not dragged, drugged) me with these burgers, I guess that's my excuse for coming here. But it's passable, and the burgers usually aren't bad at Five Guys, but I perfect particularly did enjoy this experience, where the burger was somehow both undercooked and lukewarm.

Five guys is great at delivering great tasting and juicy burgers. Their toppings usually always taste fresh and their patties are very flavorful and tender. I also like that all their locations I've ever been to have an open kitchen so you can rest assured your food isn't being played with. Peanuts are finally back (at this location), for a while they were not giving them due to the pandemic. A few things to keep in mind if going to five guys for the first time is that little = one patty whereas if it doesn't say little you'll get 2 patties. Another thing is that the small fries are enough to feed 2-3 people so don't make the mistake of each person getting their own fries....you'll have so many left over. Cajun fries are the best if you want a kick to them.

Used to love this place. They recently raised prices where a cheeseburger, little fry and small drink is $14. You priced me out.

Consistent burgers. Thick Oreo shake. Cool new Coke machines that let you custom pour. This is how fast food should be.

I was fully aware that Faneuil Hall food is overpriced and regarded as a tourist trap, but what the heck, I was a tourist, so why not? The person working there let me sample a bit of the available chowders, which was super nice. The service was really quick; ordering and paying all happened before I could fully process what I was doing. The atmosphere was very lively, and the hall was bustling with people. There was still plenty of seating, but I opted to walk out and eat my chowder along the water. FOOD: New England Clam Chowder (4/5) - I opted for their smaller size, and I'm glad I did because it was very rich and creamy. They were pretty generous with the chunks of seafood, potatoes, etc. It was definitely overpriced, so I wouldn't have gotten it if I were a local.

During a recent vacay to Boston, this place was suggested as a must try. Glad I did!…read more This fast casual place is found inside Faneuil Hall. Hot, tasty, and a true Bostonian experience. The chowder was rich, comforting, and exactly what you hope for when you're in Boston--served piping hot and full of flavor. I recommend sticking with what they're known for: the chowder and a lobster roll. Casual, classic, and no-frills in the best way. The hubs and I split a large chowder and a hot roll. Plenty to split!! If you want an authentic taste of Boston while wandering Faneuil Hall, this spot absolutely delivers. The only challenge (on an inclement day) was seating. Will I go back? Next time this SoCA gal visits Boston...you bet!
