This is without a doubt the worst shake shack location I've ever been to and probably the worst run fast food location I've ever been to. Service is extremely slow, and it took well over ONE HOUR for them to give us our food. They were giving no refunds to disgruntled customers. Many customers were just up and leaving after they got fed up waiting, even though it meant throwing money away. One employee here has been spending more time yelling at customers than actually being productive. The absolute bare minimum I'd expect would be for employees to tell customers what wait times are so customers don't waste over an hour waiting for food or throwing money away. read more

Where. To. Begin. I created a Yelp account just to write this review. I don't know if this was Doordash's fault, or this Shake Shack, (both will be spoken to) but this might have been the worst food experience I have had in a while, especially considering the price of the food from this establishment and the added-on Doordash fees. My family and I had just finished an exhausting day of travel and arrived to our nearby hotel at around 11:15 PM. After we had showered, we decided to place an order for a family favorite: Shake Shack! Previous experiences had been wonderful, but boy were we in for a treat. We placed our order for this restaurant around 11:50 PM. This location closes at 1 AM. Ample time. Our dasher was set to deliver our order by 12:10 AM. This was incredible! However our joy didn't last for long. My family sat and anxiously watched as our dasher, Jean, waited at the Shake Shack for an extended amount of time. Delivery time 12:20. 12:28. 12:32. 12:40. 12:51. We had ben periodically checking in with Jean, who told us that the location was extremely busy which is understandable. The issue arose when at 12:51 after almost an hour of waiting for two burgers and two shakes to be made, Jean told us that someone else had taken the order. Never-mind that Shake Shack closes in 10 minutes! When we asked if Jean could ask the staff about the status of the food, Jean cancelled her Doordash-ing order and another dasher took it up. The same issue re-appeared. This dasher sat at Shake Shack for 30 minutes "awaiting our order." When we asked for updates, no response. We called the Shake Shack. No one answered. Similar to our lacking stomachs, we were left tragically ignored. As we all headed to the hotel lobby to walk over to the formidable restaurant, our dasher miraculously appeared with a Shake Shack bag in hand. Hooray! Joy to the world! It was as if God had smiled down upon us and the heavens began to descend. That is-- until we had headed up to our room and excitedly tore open the bag. Only to find that it was NOT OUR ORDER. No milkshakes. No Shackburgers. It was a meager arrangement of chicken bites (?) and mac-and-cheese. We were stunned. Regardless of the precise order, we were incredibly grateful for the food. It wasn't bad at all, and we most definitely will revisit other locations in the future. Nevertheless, it was a hassle. And for the pricey fees and simple order that took place tonight, I would have expected much more from a nation-wide establishment that prides itself on "Standing For Something Good." The only good thing that Shake Shack has stood for tonight was how my family was brought together in solidarity over an extreme series of unfortunate events. We may never know who was truly at fault on this oddly chilly June night. Doordash or Shake Shack? But it's safe to say that feelings were changed. Lines were crossed. Images were hurt. It was pretty packed when we got in but it was easy to order using the kiosk. The food was good I tried the tiramisu shake and it was so good. It wasn't too sweet which I liked. The Korean nuggets weren't too spicy. Of all fast food veggie burgers they have one of the better ones it's actually made of veggies and has a nice texture. However, It took what I would consider a long time for a fast food place to get our food, but it wasn't awful. The employee passing out the food was friendly and helpful. I think it was just too much for one person to do efficiently so it made customer wait times longer. There is a good amount of seating though and it's cute outside. If you were looking for a juicy, hot, and fresh burger- go back out the door you came in. You will not find that here. I warn others, you are risking food-borne illness eating here. Myself and a friend ordered Shake Shack in via Uber Eats, as they had a BOGO deal running on the ShackBurgers. I should've known right then and there, there is a reason it is BOGO. It's the only way to draw in business. We both ordered a Shack Burger with no alterations or adjustments. We also did an order of the "cheese" fries. I awaited my order's arrival. The store delayed my order multiple times. I figure, no big deal. They must just be busy. Finally, my courier picks up the order and delivers it directly to me, less than 7-10 minutes away. Insulated bag and all. Driver did their job and all was well in that regard. I open up the food and first impressions aren't great. Everything is ice cold and congealed. The food is in the "danger zone" and truly not safe to eat. Visually, the burgers looked like they had been sitting for hours. The lettuce and such was all soggy and wilted, not fresh. The burger is ice cold and the cheese is all congealed. It's way overcooked and the temperature wasn't safe to eat the food. The fries were all over the bag. The cheese sauce was rancid and had the consistency of a block of fake cheese. It was repulsive. I made the decision to toss it all. It isn't worth getting deathly sick over in any way. I reached out to Uber and was told to essentially pound sand. I have reached out to Shake Shack. They have not addressed the issue with me, aside from scripted responses and pointing the finger at Uber. That said, I'd suggest folks steer clear of this place. I also filed a report with the Health Department. For the record, Uber and Shake Shack refuse to refund my $21 and change that I am owed for this inedible meal they delivered.
