WOW. I understand that it's 4th of July, but if your ticket times are over 90 minutes, STOP TAKING NEW ORDERS. People were gathered near the counter (where we are supposed to wait!), and I've listened to an employee do almost nothing but yell at customers for over 30 minutes. No refunds no nothing... just stuck waiting here forever, or throwing $35 down the toilet and going home still hungry. Again... This is without a doubt the worst shake shack location I've ever been to and probably the worst run fast food location I've ever been to. Service is extremely slow, and it took well over ONE HOUR for them to give us our food. They were giving no refunds to disgruntled customers. Many customers were just up and leaving after they got fed up waiting, even though it meant throwing money away. One employee here has been spending more time yelling at customers than actually being productive. The absolute bare minimum I'd expect would be for employees to tell customers what wait times are so customers don't waste over an hour waiting for food or throwing money away. read more

She had the black truffle burger, she devoured it. I had the shroom burger and it was delicious. Both hot and not over done. We had the cookies and cream shake -- amazing and the way a shake should be made. Cold think and creamy. Secret there are tables downstairs with loads of room and your own exit. It was pretty packed when we got in but it was easy to order using the kiosk. The food was good I tried the tiramisu shake and it was so good. It wasn't too sweet which I liked. The Korean nuggets weren't too spicy. Of all fast food veggie burgers they have one of the better ones it's actually made of veggies and has a nice texture. However, It took what I would consider a long time for a fast food place to get our food, but it wasn't awful. The employee passing out the food was friendly and helpful. I think it was just too much for one person to do efficiently so it made customer wait times longer. There is a good amount of seating though and it's cute outside. If you were looking for a juicy, hot, and fresh burger- go back out the door you came in. You will not find that here. I warn others, you are risking food-borne illness eating here. Myself and a friend ordered Shake Shack in via Uber Eats, as they had a BOGO deal running on the ShackBurgers. I should've known right then and there, there is a reason it is BOGO. It's the only way to draw in business. We both ordered a Shack Burger with no alterations or adjustments. We also did an order of the "cheese" fries. I awaited my order's arrival. The store delayed my order multiple times. I figure, no big deal. They must just be busy. Finally, my courier picks up the order and delivers it directly to me, less than 7-10 minutes away. Insulated bag and all. Driver did their job and all was well in that regard. I open up the food and first impressions aren't great. Everything is ice cold and congealed. The food is in the "danger zone" and truly not safe to eat. Visually, the burgers looked like they had been sitting for hours. The lettuce and such was all soggy and wilted, not fresh. The burger is ice cold and the cheese is all congealed. It's way overcooked and the temperature wasn't safe to eat the food. The fries were all over the bag. The cheese sauce was rancid and had the consistency of a block of fake cheese. It was repulsive. I made the decision to toss it all. It isn't worth getting deathly sick over in any way. I reached out to Uber and was told to essentially pound sand. I have reached out to Shake Shack. They have not addressed the issue with me, aside from scripted responses and pointing the finger at Uber. That said, I'd suggest folks steer clear of this place. I also filed a report with the Health Department. For the record, Uber and Shake Shack refuse to refund my $21 and change that I am owed for this inedible meal they delivered.
