Best Five Guys I've had! It's no secret, Five Guys is expensive, and when you pay that price, you expect a good meal. I can describe this location in 2 words...Delicious and CONSISTENT! Every time I go here, the fries are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The burgers are delicious as well! Talking briefly to the manager Chris, he was nice, attentive, and made eye contact when speaking with you, an amazing example of customer service! The store itself is also clean and well looked after. Make sure to stop by if you are hungry and in the area!

Always the bomb but yesterday my burgers were looking too great. I did come 30 minutes before close though!

Burgers were too great but maybe I pissed them off coming 30 mins before close. Either way I will always enjoy a 5 guys burger, even if it's Burnt AF.

My first visit to Five Guys! I'm a big fan of that "other" burger place but my better half is a Five Guys fan so we stopped here today. This particular location is directly across from a high school so if you go at the wrong time, the area is going to be mobbed by high school students. We went at lunch time on a Wednesday and got there just before the rush. We each ordered a cheeseburger and to my amazement it came with two patties! It was a lot of burger for sure. Burger was cooked perfectly and it was super tasty and all the condiments were great. We ordered a strawberry shake and it was a little watery but still good. Fries and free peanuts were great! The facility was nice and clean and there was a worker actively cleaning the entire time we were there. However - and maybe the veteran Five Guys clients already know this - it was SO EXPENSIVE! We had two cheeseburgers, and order of fries, one drink and a shake and it was $40.00! Was it good? Absolutely! Was it worth it? Probably not.

Several other people that came in commented the same thing. It seems like the staff were not allowed to adjust the thermostat, which was strange. We had to leave quicker than intended because we were literally dripping sweat and were too uncomfortable to stay. Not only was it hot, but there are no fans to move the air, so the air was hot and still. If you plan to go here during the summer, I recommend taking your food to go. Would not recommend dining in during the summer. But would highly recommend the food.

Both of the items were pretty good. My on issue is that I had hoped the hot dogs would be bigger. I'd rather have a bigger dog with less toppings vs more toppings and less dog. I understand Thad's how they're made here though and I respect that. The spicy fries are similar to Cajun fries from other places but these have more of a kick. I liked them a lot and how they were not too crispy. I can see myself coming back to try other items from the menu next time.

Most certainly! Ordering was pretty easy, kiosk or counter, take your pick. The rodeo burger caught my attention immediately. It was first introduced to me by a friend who said, if you've never tried, you most certainly have to! The onion rings and barbecue sauce changes the whole game for a burger. Thinking about it has me salivating. Honestly. You can get it regular or as a double and no going back as soon as you've had it! I paired my burger wth chili cheese fries. I'm regretting not adding the jalapeños to it. They had this lemon cake milkshake that is absolutely delicious. There's actual cake in that that shake! I noticed that they offer catering too. Order pickup shelving were also nearby. There is a huge dining area with tables snd chairs as well as booths. Even outdoor seating. Where asking a question feels like you're interrupting someone's day. So today, when I took my son to Ted's Hot Dogs. This is a place I've been going to since the 1900s (as my kids love to remind me ). I didn't expect much. Things had changed since my childhood days, but the food had always remained good! I just missed the days when the same guy worked the grill and knew my name and my order by heart. But then, today... There was Karen. Yes, Karen!! Standing over a grill in 117° Arizona heat, she greeted us with patience, kindness, and an actual smile. She let my son take his time ordering without making him feel rushed. And when the ketchup was empty, she didn't shrug it off or point us in another direction. She didn't hand me a thousand little packets since the pump was empty. She simply took care of it. Was it just ketchup? Sure. But it also wasn't. It was someone choosing to care. When other patrons had notified other staff multiple times it was out - Karen found a simple solution without excuses! These days... that feels rare. We've spent years turning the name "Karen" into a punchline. But today, I met the kind of Karen the world could use a whole lot more of. If you're her manager and you're reading this... take good care of her. Promote her. Clone her if science ever figures that out. Because people like Karen don't just serve food - they create loyal customers who keep coming back!! In a world that tells us what a "Karen" is... be this Karen.

We waited in line to to order and after waiting about 25 minutes, we were helped. The cashier was stressing but was friendly. We ordered three traditional hot dogs with everything on top and a side of bacon cheese fries. Since it was national glizzy day, our hot dogs were supposed to be BOGO. We sat down and waited another 25 minutes until finally our buzzer beeped. We picked up our tray and noticed we were only given 5 hot dogs, not 6. We didn't mention anything just because we saw how busy it still was. The hot dogs were actually pretty good. They were a decent size and flavorful. We really liked the bacon fries and it was enough to share between us three. There was an employee keeping the tables clean and picking up trash - he was friendly. Will de be back to try out some more food!
