If I could give this store zero stars, I would. Firstly the General manager Emmanuel is a horrible person. He has sexually harassed multiple of the women who work with him. This includes adding hours to women's check (aka more money) in exchange for sex. He has had sexual relations with multiple women that works under him which is highly inappropriate and unprofessional. He also has bought underage girls alcohol. He has asked women to come in early so they can have sexual relations in the walk-in (where the food you eat is stored) when this was brought up to Eric ( vp of operations) Simon (the area manager) and Patrick (the owner) absolutely nothing happened. We were told that he got a write up for what he did but when we looked in his file not a single paper was found. Instead of getting rid of the problem they fire the people who speak up about it because finding a General Manager is harder than finding regular workers or managers. They fire people for not knowing what to do on their second day on the job. They don't pay their workers the wages they were promised. If Emmanuel (General Manager) or assistant manager do not like you they will write you up for every mistake that you make no matter how little so they have "reason" to fire you. 0/10 worst place ever. read more

As promised, I'm updating the review. It's been about two weeks since I last went to the five guys, and the fries are drastically improved. They might be slightly overcooked, even, but it's a much better result than them being soggy and undercooked, almost raw as they were before. If the fries were a bad experience on your last visit, give them another shot. I would no longer recommend ordering them well done. The main thing I could recommend to this store at this point is to do something with the positioning and layout of the tables, though I don't recall if they were planted into the floor or not. The fact that they have a wall-to-wall windowed storefront with no tables at the front windows makes the space seem very cramped when dining in. I think some window seating would genuinely help, even something as simple as bar seating. I would now consider this a good lunch option, and I wouldn't mind visiting again. read more
