For fast food, this might be my favorite. The burgers are messy but they taste good and the fries and shakes are great.

Honestly, Five Guys is underrated in my opinion! I don't hear much about it when there's quality to their food! Sure, they're pricey but I think it's worth it! First off, their burgers are huge! It's juicy, flavorful, and totally customizable. You can go "all the way" which is their set toppings or choose your own. They also serve hot dogs on the menu, which is a major W for me because sometimes, I just want a hot dog with bacon or cheese and not a burger. However, it is pretty pricey for its size. Let's talk fries!!! Crispy, perfectly seasoned, and served in generous portions. I honestly go here just for the fries, and Yelp Elite Dario O. and I have done that a few times already; just buy fries! It actually reminds me of Bud's Burgers in Vallejo. IYKYK. And while you wait? Grab a handful of complimentary peanuts from the boxes; which is probably the first thing you'll notice when you walk in. It's a little thing, but it adds to the charm. We got the Little cheeseburgers and you can choose different toppings or All the way meaning all condiment they have it came with perfectly cooked fries and I didn't have to ask them to make it crispy. Clean and welcoming always. It was not busy when we walked in but by the time we walked out it was picking up a crowd quickly. Time:9:22pm 10/10/22 Server:Julian S I ordered in person a bacon wrapped cheese dog with a few toppings and fries at 9:22pm. They close at 10pm. After 7 mins of waiting I was told they were closing early (9:30) and didn't have half the toppings I ordered and asked if I was okay with leaving said toppings out. I said no and asked I could get what I ordered because it was only 9:30 at this point. Julian S (server) told me it was okay and proceeded to make the hotdog. After it was done, Julian told me he was sorry for the inconvenience and that he upgraded my fries to accommodate me BS!! When I got home and opened my hotdog I realized THERE WAS NO HOT DOG AND HALF MY TOPPINGS WERE MISSING! This is beyond lazy and disrespectful! We are often hungry after a night of league bowling and there isn't much open that's good and quick. I can order ahead on the App and it is ready by the time we get there. Received all food but not the shakes and mind you we only ordered 2 Oreo shakes and took like 20 mins to make and they didn't make them Oreo plain vanilla and the cup wasn't even full. Had a terrible experience ordering online and with the manager on duty!!! I always order with no issues so it's crazy I had this bad of an issue recently...I order online Saturday night, pick up at 9pm, get home and realize they didn't put on over half of our toppings BUT luckily we live close so we wrap up the burgers, get in the car and head back to get our food fixed. It's now 9:40pm and as me and my mom are walking to the door we notice the workers inside cleaning, that's fine it's 20 minutes to closing but low and behold the doors are locked! We knock, they turn and look at us, ignore us, and keep cleaning. That's what really starts to boil my blood because I wouldn't be here AGAIN at the store if they didn't mess up my order to begin with. I start knocking some more until finally a woman comes to the door claiming she's the manager. Doesn't even open the door she's talking to me through the glass and says they're closed!!! Yes, that's right, closed at 9:45pm when on her face the bold writing of Closed at 10pm is staring back at me. At this point she claims she is new to management and doesn't really have any information and absolutely nothing she can do but call me tomorrow for a refund. To make matters worse, another customer comes up to pick up an online order while they are "closed" obviously wasn't getting it with the doors locked and they left without food!! Anyway, It's now Tuesday, she never called me Sunday. So I call into the store and now speak to a different manager who seemed actually very sweet and knowledgeable and quite shocked that the store would even have their doors locked at 9:45pm. She explains she can get a refund started for me and I should not worry it'll get processed right away. I sent her all the information through email directly to the store. It's now over a month later and NO REFUND! This occurred July 15th. I even reached out a week ago just to see if maybe something happened or they'd let me know it's still processing, absolutely ignored. One of the most AWKWARD experiences in my life. The manager (African-American guy) was training/giving a walk through to a young gentleman just recently hired. I am sitting down eating and hear all of Five Guy's store policies, what to do and not to do while outside/inside of work, on breaks, be careful what you post on social media, shift covering policies, attendance, being high at work etc. It was SO awkward and felt so unwelcoming I had to leave. This was a conversation to have in the backroom/breakroom/managers office OR outside at the tables provided NOT in your dining area where guest are trying to enjoy their meal. It was like he wanted everyone to hear him talk It wasn't just myself who felt this way, a lady that was also at Five Guys went to Petsmart nearby and she mentioned it to me first, we both agreed it was not a(n) enjoyable moment to eat our food hearing the store policies and procedures. I hope the manager takes this into consideration the next time he hires someone and does a walk through/training of store policies for new hires. First time trying five guys yesterday and from the moment I walked through the doors I had a good feeling about it. Rory was the cashier and she was patient and helpful when asking which friend she recommended. Ordered the bacon cheeseburger and added jalapeños, Veggie sandwich with cheese, medium fries, and the peanut butter shake. Every employee was absolutely cordial and helpful. They hired a great team. Went back to the room and dug right in. I had the veggie sandwich and it was soooo good. The cheese was melted and gooey that I couldn't put it down. The fries, I'm glad I ordered a medium because as what I like to call it "a hook up" the fries overflowed inside the bag and is probably the best fries I've had at a burger place. His burger had fresh jalapeño not jarred and when I asked him (based on us watching the series 60 days in marathon) what his first meal would be out of jail he said "this" lol. It's not you, it's me! I used to think five guys burger was a total rip off, but in reality I just didn't know how to order. If you ever go in there you can easily get away with ordering one burger and a small order of fries and that'll be enough for two people, and it should keep prices down. We ordered 4 different burgers on 8/28/2020 and not one was what we ordered. We did order through DoorDash but DoorDash doesn't make and pack the food.
