I never knew that a beef patty grilled with onions with a little bit of seasoning can taste this good-- The Cajun fries are out of this world !!

the food is so overpriced and so dry, not tasty at all, can make these burgers AND FRIES at my house (i live in a different state so i obv can't do that rn) only thing tasty in this place is the peanuts they give you. mcdonald's or burger king is way cheaper than this and twice as good DONT COME HERE too overrated

I love five guys, but sometimes they're a hit or miss. When we walked into this location, there was no one in line, so we were able to place our orders right away. We were joking around with the lady making the burgers and she said she just cleaned her grill, so she was ready for us. We ordered a cheeseburger all the way and a bacon cheeseburger. We were about to order a large order of fries but the lady taking our order told us that it feeds up to 4, so we ended up going with a regular size. It was pretty slow, so the staff was walking around cleaning and moping the floors, which was nice to see that they were keeping the storefront clean. The wait was reasonable, considering that they were making everything fresh. My burger was so good, I'm pretty sure I ate it without putting it down once. The bread was soft and the burger was flavorful. The fries were cooked perfectly and were crispy on the outside while still being soft on the inside. Definitely one of the best burgers I've had in a long time!

Ahhh! Thank heavens it's open til 10!! We did a bunch of tastings at the moonshiners and wineries, so time got away from us. Just before closing we were still greeted with a smile and helped cheerfully. We've been to other 5G, and had greasy burgers and fries. Not here. Received all perfectly and I think we received a lot more fried than normal. Just the thing for a hungry buzzing person!!

Five Guys on Parkway in Gatlinburg is a really good Five Guys to go to if you are really hungry and want consistent burgers and fries. They are worth the wait to get something good for a relatively good value. The staff here is very friendly and they do a good job to prepare your order. This is a nice place to drop in for food.

Wow I was blown away about the taste of the burger. The only only reason I gave it four stars because the restroom was a little dirty and my burger and fries price total price 22 dollars.

Burger and fries were delicious! The little burger was the perfect size, and I loved the seasoning on the fries.

The wait may have been long due to the volume of customers, but the burgers were delicious! And the fries are always amazing!

I wish I could give this five extra stars…read more The food was hands-down amazing. Those biscuits or something to write home about, and the fried chicken was perfection! The staff are the friendliest I've ever seen. Everyone literally looks delighted to be at their job jobs.

Sometimes the most frustrating restaurant experiences aren't the terrible ones…read more They're the ones that are so close to being really good. That's how I felt about Mama's Chicken Kitchen. I came in with high expectations. The restaurant has strong reviews, it's part of the Johnson Family of restaurants, and I've enjoyed several of their other establishments over the years. So I walked in expecting a meal that would have me planning a return visit before I even paid the check. What I got instead was one of the strangest cases of missing seasoning I've encountered in quite some time. Let's start with the positives. The people here are genuinely nice. Friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and seemed to care about providing a good experience. The restaurant itself is clean, comfortable, and inviting. And the kitchen clearly knows how to cook food. The fried chicken was cooked beautifully. Crispy on the outside. Juicy on the inside. Exactly the texture you're hoping for when you order Southern fried chicken. The problem? The seasoning apparently called in sick. This chicken had all the flavor intensity of a weather report. No noticeable salt. No spice. No personality. It tasted like the chef had just completed community service at a nursing home and was legally prohibited from possessing a salt shaker. My piece of chicken was juicy and cooked properly. Unfortunately, my wife's chicken breast was noticeably dry, which didn't help matters. Then came the fried pickles. No seasoning. Chicken and dumplings. No seasoning. Coleslaw. Tasteless. At one point I started wondering if there had been some sort of building-wide seasoning shortage that nobody had told us about. The frustrating part is that none of the food was poorly cooked. Quite the opposite. The techniques were there. The textures were there. The execution was there. It just felt like someone got everything ready and forgot the final, critical step of making the food taste like something. This is a restaurant with good people, a pleasant atmosphere, and a kitchen that clearly knows how to cook. Now they just need to introduce their food to salt, pepper, and a few of their seasoning friends. Three stars. Because the potential is absolutely there. The flavor just never showed up for work.

This is terrific" I enjoyed a grilled chicken sandwich while my dad dined in the Greek Bowl with tater tots. The food was fresh, very tasty, but it was mostly the attentiveness of everyone who works here. They stopped by and made sure we had everything we needed and always with a smile. Food followed shortly after. It was tasty and priced right. Wanted to get a second drink and sit outside but the babysitter was about out of time. Great beer wall where you choose your own beverage. I am not a huge pizza fan, but the pizza was so good that we spent another of our valuable vacation evenings going back to Big Daddy's! We did a "design your own" pizza with red bell peppers, onions, pineapple and ham, and it was mouth-watering! Big Daddy's is very much a family place with lots of "help yourself" items (drinks, napkins, etc.), a bit noisy but it is such a delightful place that the noise is almost a part of its charm.

Perfectly fine by me, because it's quicker and they can accommodate more people this way. The pizza is very good. Everything was tasty from the crust to the sauce to the toppings. I can't say it's the best pizza I've ever had, but it's up there. I might say that they go a little light on the toppings though. E.g., my wife asked for goat cheese on hers, but it was honestly hard to tell if there was any there. The one odd thing i found is that if you order a Build-Your-Own, you're going to end up paying a lot more, even if the toppings you add are the exact same ones on one of their classics. E.g., A 10" Mamma Mia is $19.00. But if you "build your own" with the same toppings, you'll pay $11 + $2.50 + $2.50 + $2.50 + $2.50 + $1.50 + $1.50 + $1.50 + $1.50, for a total of $27.00.
