Burger was okay but I was very disappointed in the fries. I'm used to Five Guy's fries being the large homemade ones. The fries here even though we got plenty tasted and looked like the regular pre-bagged frozen ones. This is in a prime location in the town center and convenient to basically all the attractions. We just wanted to stop in for a quick snack in between stops, and just got some fries. The staff appeared to be friendly and good at what they do. All the condiments were well stocked and all the tables were clean and spaced out well. This is one of the bigger locations I've been to and they handle the high flow of people really well. They were just steady knocking out orders, and had good team work. These burger chains all over the South & the east Coast & a few in the Midwest but every single restaurant never fails to give you great food at a great price. They offer burgers, fries, and hot dogs. The hot dogs are kosher & the burgers are 100% American beef ground fresh daily, none of that frozen junk. Five guys isn't fast food, it's good food fast. A regular burger comes with two patties, cooked well done (which as a kosher follower I like), and your choice of condiments. A regular fry is more than enough for two people. The cooks and wait staff are always friendly and although this place does the business, (especially since it's on the main Parkway near the skylift & Ripley's museum) they keep the place up very clean. I entered the building trying to order when my 7 yr old son let me know he had to use the bathroom and it was an emergency. The lady told me I needed a receipt for him to use the bathroom. I promised her I was going to order, but if she could give me the code so my son could use the bathroom it would be great. Well she refused, then she walked away the only person there was a cook who couldn't take my order. My son stood there saying he had to go. I asked for the manager who came right up as my husband walked in. I started my order while they let him in. I spent over $50 that night, why should it be so hard to use the bathroom? I was informed it was a company policy. I hope the owner sees this and has more compassion for their customer and employees. They were moments away from cleaning my sons pee off the floor. I cannot say one bad thing about this place, my last visit the employees went above and beyond to please my picky eater of a son he rarely will eat anything different but the gentleman that prepared our food could hear my son's comment to me and his mother and this gentleman was so kind and made a point to make this place enjoyable for my son. I have been to this Five Guys several times, and it has the best burgers in Gatlinburg. The service is quick, but I would recommend ordering on the mobile app; because the crowds in Gatlinburg can get unbelievably large. Disappointing!! I've ate at multiple five guys locations all over the states. This was my first bad experience over the last 5 years. On vacation none the less. Asked for a burger wrapped in lettuce as I'm watching my bread consumption as many other Americans do. Got my burger and to my surprise, instead of one continuous piece there was a bunch of sloppy full of water lettuce petals. It was so slippery I couldn't even pick it up. Had to eat it with a fork. Asked for condiments and couldn't even taste it. There was so much water in the lettuce and on the burger it tasted like watered down hamburger!! Gross. By the time I finished my 3 bites of a burger there was a puddle of water on my table! Not to mention how dirty and how much trash was on all tables!! Go on an absolutely empty stomach. Amazing food, pretty cheap. My boyfriend got a double cheeseburger, I got a single cheeseburger, we shared a large order of fries and a large drink for $22. But when I say large order of fries, I mean absolutely GINORMOUS. The cashier warned us it fed four people, but my boyfriend and I like to eat so we thought nothing of it. By the time we were done eating, we were waddling out of the restaurant. Ps.. Get the Cajun fries, yummy. The only bad thing was the lobby wasn't spotless, which is understandable, we visited right in the middle of lunch when their lobby was jam-packed. So that didnt bother us at all. Im only giving 1 star because that's the only way to review. If there were negative stars that's what I would give. Customer service was awful. I've worked in the restaurant business for many years. Served cooked tended bar and managed. I understand getting "in the weeds" and having to "86" items, but when u tell me you are almost out of bacon so u aren't going to charge for the BLT I ordered then when I get back to the hotel and there is no sandwich. I'm going to be pissed. Then when I go back u tell my son you don't give out free food. I go back to hotel because it's $10 to park my car.to have to walk back to get the sandwich for my 10 yr old. This takes an hour and a half. Mean while I've talked to them 3 times been hung up on twice and the woman I spoke with last said "lady I'm 50 something and I don't have to be yelled at". read more

Five Guys is a great burger joint (although massive artery clogging). The condiments are always fresh. The burgers are made to order. You are overloaded with fries. Everyone loves the Cajun style fries, it's not my preference but I can see the draw. read more

Great burger, very fast for a fresh made burger. Air conditioned which is a life saver when walking the streets of gatlinburg in June. Okay I'll give them three stars for friendly service. But as far as cleanliness , one star, fast service one star and over all appearance the three stars I already posted. The burgers was okay. I have tasted much better. Workers need to see that there is a mess on the kitchen floor and take the time to clean. Cashier totally ignored the mess and kept walking around. Tables needed cleaning the counter top needed cleaning and the floors around the soda pop machines were sticky. The employees need to wear hair nets not just hats. read more

We ordered online, and were extremely delayed by traffic (took almost 2 hours to drive 9 miles). The staff here remade our order fresh for us, as well as gave us two free drinks. Food was fantastic and service was excellent. Highly recommend, even on a Saturday night things went very smoothly. read more

Just one word describes this place, awesome. Burgers are great and the fries were crispy and you got a huge helping.

All three trash cans where jammed full. Even the men's bathroom trash can was full. I don't think there was a single table in the dining room that was clean. Staff was courteous but three people can't handle the food prep and dining room services alone on this Monday night (steady but not slammed) so I mostly blame the manager.
