Me and a friend made our way here to find the drive through was extremely long. Then, we decided to park at the Walmart parking lot and proceed to walk. There was no line in the restaurant but people scattered around waiting for their food. We literally waited 30 minutes for our food. Considering the cost of food, long wait is expected. Not sure if it's the busy season or the way they make their food, the fries were nasty. They were dry and hard, not just one piece but the whole tray. Salt packets were provided. Burger... ugh. I had better In-N-Out Burgers in Texas than this these in California. For God Sakes... In-N-Out Burger is originally from California. But the quality is in below my expectations.

The spice level of medium is probably as hot as I would enjoy (normal enjoyable max spice level is hot Cheetos). To me, it is soy garlic with a kick up underlying spice. Sweet Potato Fries -A nice toasted sweetness on the outside and a very soft sweet potato inside. Goes great with the sweet and sour dipping sauce. Onion Rings -The batter on these were surprisingly tasty with a nice crunch to them. They weren't soggy and they had a delicious like taste to them (maybe corn batter). If you like onion rings, then these are worth a taste. Rice -Their rice was as perfect as rice can be. I always enjoy eating some rice with my chicken. The rice also came in handy to cool things down when eating the spicier wings.

We definitely expected a long wait in the line to place our order but we certainly didn't expect to have to wait 25 minutes when they told me to pull over to the side and that they would bring my order out to me. Meanwhile several cars are going by getting their orders and leaving..I had to go knock on the glass door for somebody to come to me and ask where is my order and the person who answered the door said let me go get a manager for you, but before that happened the manager spoke on an intercom that I can hear outside in a very very rude tone and said "we're waiting on your extra crispy chicken" but it was the way she said it over the intercom instead of coming to the door to talk to me. Not only that, but when we got the food it wasn't even crispy it was like KFC original recipe texture and it was cold!!! I asked for my bread to be grilled on both sides It wasn't... so either they got mad that I was knocking on the door and gave me some crappy food or this is just how the service is here on a regular. The customer service there was absolutely horrible and it wasn't worth that long drive because our food was not that great. It is as cold AND My order was incorrect. I would highly recommend you think twice before you drive out here. And for the record this is Saturday it was at 1:00 and it was the manager on duty that got on the intercom to speak to me rudely.

Recently, I ate in person and the food came out piping hot. Service was great but also, I noticed the staff cleaning each table and the bathroom was also fairly clean. There was also a staff going around making sure everyone's orders were good. I thought that was great to see and enjoyed the spotless environment. Of course the main star is the food and it definitely lives up to the hype IMO. It's just classic chicken tenders and crinkle cut fries but when it's piping hot, it's super delicious and can't beat the good service too.
