I then asked whether it made more sense to order a combo or purchase the burgers and sides separately, and her response was, "We already told you the price, so it's up to you at the end of the day." While that may be true, it felt dismissive and didn't really answer the question I was asking. After placing my order, I asked for ranch and house sauce. I was told, "50 cents," and then informed that one sauce was complimentary while the other would cost extra. I had no issue paying for it, but the interaction felt cold and transactional rather than welcoming. The food itself was okay. The fries were good, although the saucy fries could have used more sauce. The ranch dressing spilled throughout the bag, which made a mess of everything inside. I was also disappointed with the onion rings--there were only six in the order, which didn't feel like a good value for the price. Overall, the food was satisfactory, but customer service is a big part of the dining experience for me. I never felt particularly welcomed, and because of that, I don't see myself returning.
