If I could give zero stars I would. My two kids were scheduled for an interview on the same day. They did everything they were supposed to. Dressed professionally, showed up a little early to the location at the date and time specified. They even both had a confirmation email reminding them of their interviews. They walk in, and are immediately turned away only to be told they weren't hiring because they didn't have any hours. Why put these two responsible young college students through that? They didn't even get a courtesy interview, despite the job being listed on their corporate website, and having been scheduled through that site. False advertizing is illegal if they misrepresent the nature, characteristics, qualities, or geographic origin of goods or services. The federal Lanham Act allows civil lawsuits for false advertising, and the FTC also enforces false advertising laws. Not cool. I will be emailing corporate. read more

I was disappointed that the hamburger bun is a simple bun, not toasted, and so the bottom bun of my burger was super soggy. My kids also got an Oreo shake, thick, creamy, yummy! They're also very generous with their French fries.. they came hot, but not necessarily crispy. At the time that we were here, there was a lot of employees working.. I was impressed to notice that during downtime when there were no customers to help, they were all quietly working.. wiping down the counters, restocking, etc. the place was already pretty spotless. I mention this bc it's a real pet peeve of mine when businesses employ staff who mess around and talk loudly as if no one is listening. Looks just like an in and out when you walk in with the red and white tiles. They serve peanuts which was odd to me but ok since there thing is they use peanut oil. They don't just have burgers they have dogs too!! The burgers you build your own. It is pricey if your just into a plain burger but if you like fancy mushroom and other stuff on your burgers this is the place. You can have one or all the toppings no extra charge. The Cajun fries are delicious and never ending just get the small honesty and one for two people is good!!!! Customer service at this place was hit or miss. So my review for the customer service 5/5, bacon cheeseburger 5/5 the burger was moist well seasoned and the bun was fresh, the condiments grilled onions and grilled mushrooms 2/5, and the fries 1/5 slightly burnt, soggy and a thumbs down for me.
