My expensive hotdog was very good and delicious. My order came quickly and was hot. I didn't like the music that was being played.

I always order strawberry milkshake whenever I'm craving one. Even though it's not as sweet as some other place but still a little too sweet for me. There's some strawberry texture when you drink. It's so refreshing. This location is pretty clean. Peanuts for you when you wait for your food.

Stopped at Five Guys for lunch today and it was good! We ordered through the app and did carry out. The staff was finishing our order when I walked in. We sat in our car and had the best burger I have had during this social distancing. I ordered the little burger (single) with lettuce pickles grilled mushrooms mayo and A1. I love that the topping are all free and you can add as many as you want. The burger was juicy and fresh. My husband ordered the hamburger (double) and had no complaints. We also ordered the little cajun fries. I will not do that again. I have cajun seasoning all over my car. Plus it was pretty hot cause there was a ton of seasoning. But I ordered then and they were cajun alright. Thanks Five Guys for a great social distancing m

I love the lit up five guys sign inside. It is so aesthetically eye pleasing. Right now during covid, dine in is unavailable, but inside ordering/waiting persists. This location does well at keeping the inside in a cleanly fashion. I've not yet had a bad experience at this location. During peak eating hours, this place can get busy but my experiences have been pretty quick. You order in one area and then they give you a number (when busy) and you wait. I would say my average wait time is about 15 mins. This is a burger and fries type of joint, but they do have other options. Decent menu, prices aren't outrageous but definitely more than Burger King due to the quality. I normally order a little burger which is one burger patty (sometimes with bacon) and fixings on lettuce wrap, but I forgot to say little so I ended up with the regular hamburger consisting of 2 patties. I love the option of having a burger on lettuce. Also, I can't leave out the Cajun fries, I love love extra seasoning. I've never been disappointed with the food. The drink machine is a newer one that's touch screen with many choices, sure to please all. Customer service has always been fair in my experience. One day I came close to closing time. It was Sunday at 9:30pm and they close at 10pm, I was craving a milkshake so thought I would try it out from here. I wanted the Oreo milkshake, but I was told they were out of Oreo pieces and offered me a different flavor. I chose chocolate, and since the inconvenience of not having the flavor I wanted, I received it with no charge! I appreciate the customer service, and the milkshake was delicious.

Five Guys keeps it simple; they serve burgers and fries, and do a very good job with both! Basically, you order a hamburger, cheeseburger or bacon cheeseburger in either the regular or little size. Now...in my opinion the "little" is a normal sized burger and was plenty big for me! You then pick your toppings from a fairly long list of options. I had a little bacon cheeseburger with sautéed onions and mushrooms, lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. The meat was nicely cooked and flavorful and the toppings were fresh and tasty. The bacon was crisp and the cheese was melted just enough. Two of us shared a regular order of fries which really was enough for two. The little order of fries would probably be the way to go for just one person. The fries were really good! Crisp on the outside and tender inside. The soda dispenser is one of those fun ones that lets you pick from endless combinations of sodas and flavor go. The shakes looked good, but we were too full to try those on this visit. I rarely eat fast food, but this is a definite step up from other fast food burger places!

Excellent service. Friendly. Clean. One of the better locations. Parking lot. Covid precautions. Value for the money. Hand cut fries. No extra charge for condiments. Always a good meal. Very good today.

You order on the right and pick your food up on the left.

This was my first time coming here and the food was so good ! I see why this place is always packed. I'm so glad I asked people what I should order . The little cheeseburger is just one patty and you tell them what condiments you want on it . A regular burger is two patties and it is really huge . I also ordered a small fry. The fries are so soft and you can tell the oil is obviously fresh. I wish I would've known you can place online orders. I noticed a lot of the people who came in had placed online orders so they didn't wait in line long at all. Next time I come I will definitely get one of the milkshakes. They are huge and the ingredients are fresh. I can't wait ! Ps. The staff seems okay . The day I went they were under staff so the manager mentioned that things were going to be a little slow. I appreciate that she made a point of telling people that as they ordered their food.

We started with the Angry Mac & Cheese, which we had never tried before, and wow -- it was phenomenal. The homemade cheese sauce was rich, creamy, and perfectly smooth without separating. The andouille sausage and shrimp were cooked beautifully, and the cream sauce had incredible flavor with just the right subtle hint of spice. Absolutely perfect comfort food with an elevated twist. We sat outside on the patio enjoying the beautiful weather during Indy 500 race week, and the atmosphere could not have been better. Every table around us was full of people laughing, enjoying lunch, and soaking in the energy of the city. It was one of those perfect Indianapolis afternoons. For our mains, we both ordered the Cobb salad -- one with grilled chicken and one with fried chicken -- and both were outstanding. I still can't believe how large the "small" salads are! Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and the homemade ranch dressing was absolutely delicious. The service, as always, was top-notch. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. From start to finish, it was such a fantastic lunch and overall experience. We loved every minute of it and cannot wait to come back!

The hamburger patty was thick and juicy and cooked the way I'd prepare it myself. Portions were more than ample. After finishing my "feast" it was time for dessert, a Root Beer float, served in a tall larger glass with an ample portion of ice cream. I would suggest ordering it for two...it's that big. All enjoyed their burgers and we're looking forward to returning next year. * I purposely didn't review the other meals served, as they will be doing their own Yelp reviews.

Convenient location. Zero proof drinks. There were some reviews about long wait times, non-toasted buns and the cost but the write up of the place itself gave me nostalgia vibes for a place called Cobra Burger in Richmond, VA so I had to try my luck. I really wanted to love this place, as I've not found anything like Cobra Burger here in Indy. When we arrived, around 6:45p on a Thursday, the patio had a good amount of people, but inside was pretty empty apart from the bar. We sat at a two top in the bar area. The music was at a pretty low volume, especially considering the amount of reviews that said otherwise. Our server was also bartender, so it initially took her a couple of minutes to come over, which is understandable. She took our order for drinks and then after bringing them back for the food. She was nice and provided good service although juggling tables and the bar, plus she was also pregnant. It took a very long time for us to get our food (close to an hour), despite three guys working the line in the kitchen, banging out burger after burger. The food arrived, hot and correct. Both my husband and I were disappointed that the reviews were right and the burger buns were not toasted. Non-toasted burger buns actually make the burgers harder to eat and less enjoyable. My burger was decent for a non-handmade vegan option; for the price my expectation is amor sophisticated/handmade creative one, but I am thankful that they had a vegan option at all. My husband thought his burger was just okay and that he's had better ones around Indy, so we probably won't be dining here again. For the size of the burger, they should bring you ample napkins without having to ask because it is very messy trying to eat them. For two burgers with fries, one small mac & cheese, and three beers (one regular and two nonalcoholic) before tip the bill was over $80. Now, if the food was top-tier fantastic, I would say fine but being that it was more middle of the road it's a bit pricey.

It's a Friday night and their advertised hours are Sunday through Thursday 11 am until 9 pm with Friday and Saturday closing at 10 pm. We decided to go at 9 fully expecting the dining room to be open since the hours are clearly posted and we arrived an hour before closing. To my surprise, we walked in and someone who I'm assuming is the manager looks our way and says to the hostess that they're only doing takeout. He clearly made that decision as we walked in. The dining room was empty except one couple who hadn't received their food yet. I could understand if it were 30 mins before, but an hour means you should just close at 9 pm everyday. A couple walked in minutes after us and were also given this information, but decided to leave instead of order. I did, however, order for my son since I opted out and he was looking forward to eating here. This was not how I expected to celebrate my son's birthday but was forced to even though they had roughly eight people "working" and were unable to accommodate three. This really left a feeling of disdain that I can't shake. I have no desire to patronize this establishment in the future as I was not welcomed during business hours this time. Hopefully this is a learning experience and they'll choose to service customers within reason.
