This is a solid Fatburger location. They took our order fast and we had our food within 5 minutes of ordering. There's plenty of seating inside should you want to dine in, and the place was clean when we were there. The burger was tasty and the fries were perfect and fresh. I might be going nuts, but I did feel like the burger was a little smaller than the mar vista location I've been to before. That aside, I dug the experience and would come back if I'm back at the Beverly center area sometime soon.

They have a ton of indoor seating at this location, and it never felt cramped or difficult to find good seating. A couple things to note - first, they don't have parking here, so you'd be parking at a nearby meter or at one of the two area garages (Bev Connection or Bev Center). That can get expensive quickly, particularly given that it seems like they don't validate, from previous reviews I'm seeing. That means you'd have to go to another business, spend extra, and then you'd have the parking validated, which can be a bit of a headache (I found street parking instead). The other thing to note is that the food came out slower at this location than at my two regular locations, and with the parking considerations I mentioned, that could cause you issues. For my wife and I, it probably took about 25 minutes for the food to come out. I'd probably recommend building that into your planning. Otherwise, this is honestly among my favorite locations, and pairs well with a day out shopping and people-watching at the mall, so I'd come back next time I'm over here!

Taquitis however have been my go-to, so I'm glad there's something here I still enjoy. The cheese that used to be served with it is no longer an option (although I'm sure you could pay for it) but I make do with the sour cream/guacamole on the side. This location has their own parking lot with indoor and outdoor dining. There are times when this Shake Shack is very busy.

Hot food is supposed to be held at safe temperatures to prevent bacteria, and this definitely wasn't. Chicken was over-salted, portions were off, and multiple items were unavailable at 9 PM (no corn salsa, limited toppings), which makes no sense hours before closing. I was also overcharged (charged for steak instead of chicken), and the employee had an attitude when I asked about missing items. To top it off, my hard shell was broken. Honestly didn't feel safe eating the food and couldn't finish it. Would not recommend.
