Horrible experience all around. Food safety was clearly not being followed my entire bowl (meat, beans, veggies) was completely cold within minutes of leaving. Hot food is supposed to be held at safe temperatures to prevent bacteria, and this definitely wasn't. Chicken was over-salted, portions were off, and multiple items were unavailable at 9 PM (no corn salsa, limited toppings), which makes no sense hours before closing. I was also overcharged (charged for steak instead of chicken), and the employee had an attitude when I asked about missing items. To top it off, my hard shell was broken. I knew there was a reason I don't go to Chipotle anymore and haven't been in 10+ years. I wanted a simple snack to munch on while killing time. There wasn't much around so I thought, "how bad can chips and guac be, right?" Well . . . it was bad. The service here is undeniably piss poor. Food was nice and hot when I got my plate & man did they load up my plate when it came to getting protein ! So I stand at the counter, and there's this short girl with glasses cleaning the counter... which I can appreciate... but never looks up a me, say hi, or anything else. She is completely ignoring me. There's a guy dealing with app orders, he glances at me twice, but never says anything either. After another minute I say "is anyone going to take my order?" I'm a regular Chipotle customer and usually have a great experience at my usual location. Tonight, I happened to be nearby this one and really regret stopping in. The line wasn't long, somehow I waited for a long time but when it was finally my turn the experience went downhill quickly. The staff was not friendly at all and I felt rushed from the start. I politely asked if there was any corn left and the response I got was, "I don't know, I'll have to go check it and I don't have time." That is not an acceptable way to respond to a customer. I felt so uncomfortable after that I didn't even want to ask them to check. Unfortunately, the experience at checkout was no better -- I was met with the same energy of "hurry up and get out." I honestly thought maybe I was just having an off moment, but after reading other reviews I see this kind of experience is consistent here. It seems like this location is lacking good management and proper staff training. I may mention I was very specific to what I ordered due to unforgiving food allergies. My driver arrived quickly. I open my bowl and go to take a bite and noticed that there's a giant slice of bell pepper in my bowl that's not supposed to be there. I'm deathly allergic. And it's not an allergy where I can just take it out or eat around it. I get very sick. If I had not inspected my food and eaten it tonight would have ended very badly for me. Just had one of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had at this chipotle. I am in customer service myself and am very understanding/hardly ever write reviews but this was ridiculous. The gentlemen who served my bowl was unbelievably rude, didnt say a word to me, had an angry and annoyed look on his face, covered my bowl before I even had the chance to order all of the toppings I wanted, and aggressively handed me my food at the end. So my coworker and I then pay for the food as they are bagging up our food she literally throws the receipt inside the bag, I look at my coworker and give him a look like did she really just throw the receipt in the bag first of all did your parents teach you manners like god dammnit CHIPOTLE really needs to retrain this girl. Other than that the quality of service needs to be better these servers need to be happy and joyful, life is short you guys get paid very well and without the customers how will you guys get paid come on now.
