Food, consistent. Customer service, non-existent. Placed an order online. Went to the register. No one greeted me, no one said give me one minute, no one even addressed me. Staff was just busy talking with one another. I didn't say anything as I saw no food was on the shelf for online order. When the lady came to the front to place the online order on the shelf by the register, directly in front of me, she still didn't acknowledge. She went back to chatting. I had to say "Excuse me, that order is for me. " She looked at the bag, said my name, and then gave it to me. The entire interaction was just my name. Visiting LA and decided to stop by a familiar restaurant. I came on a weekday during peak dinner hours. The music they played was 10/10. Bathrooms were way cleaner than I was expecting. Service has tremendously declined. The place is infested with homeless people freely using the restrooms because they just leave the code for anyone to use. Food isn't made on time (there's no drive thru so what really is the excuse?) Parking is miserable with people double parking and trapping others in their spots. A shame. This spot was a lifesaver for me, now that I can't cook or get food without a kitchen for a while. It's the only Taco Bell in this rich neighborhood I happen to live in (not part of that benefactor crowd - why I'm here). They have no drive thru but they do have wide open bathrooms, likely from being asked by the homeless who mill around all the time. I get tired of being hit up for spare change or food when I know there's resources available so that gets aggravating, but at least the bathroom is open. Customer service is prompt and friendly. The two dollar bean-rice-cheese burrito is always good, every location it's never been bad. Del Taco's is gross in comparison and more expensive, with less stuff inside. Taco Bell is cheap, good, and...cheap. It's also not that horrible for you internally compared to Panda Express for example. Located less than block from Beverly Center and within reasonable walking distance to Cedars Sinai if you're looking for some food options. I agree with other posters in that this location can get a little rough around the edges at times. I used to frequent this location as it was on the way to work and would stop in to grab a quick breakfast on the go. With the slimming down of their breakfast options post pandemic, I now go infrequently. The food is still as I remember it and the service is adequate, though I also know that expectations are not to be sky high for fast food. It fills the need for some good breakfast fare at a reasonable price when on the go. It does have it's own parking lot, though be aware of your surroundings as many times there are homeless people who will be around the store/area. Many times they will wander inside or ask for handouts in the parking lot. Though this seems to be more common outside many establishments in LA nowadays. So just be careful as most are non confrontational. Overall, you get what you'd expect here with the caveat that this location is a bit rough around the edges, though one of the few fast food options in the area if that's what you're looking for. read more

Okay, now that we've got the technicalities out of the way, let's get to the good stuff. Their security guards (yes, the do have them) are pretty friendly and will even open the door for guests from time to time. They post the bathroom code for customers and non-customers alike. The team members are FAST. My wife and I order from this Taco Bell at least once a week via the mobile app, and our order is always ready within a handful of minutes, and is right I'd say 75% of the time. You might scoff at that 75%, but with the amount of customizations we request, I'd say that's a win. Let's face it, Taco Bell is a 3.5 to 4-star experience, no matter where you go. This location has fast and relatively friendly team members, the food is good and consistent, and they're really the only game in the area when it comes to late-night fast food. Being a fast food restaurant, I don't put high expectations but focus on convenience. A perfect place for a late bite after a night on the town. I downloaded the new Taco Bell app & it cuts down the waiting period completely. The actual food doesn't look their advertised pictures but the taste is acceptable. I had already ordered my side of potatoes & asked the counter cashier to make it crispy/well done for me. She was really nice about making that change on my order. What I don't like is that they don't put salsa in your order bags or ask if you want any. They have dining in or drive through for your convenience.
