Don't eat at this place unless you like hair cooked into your hamburger patty. This wasn't just a hair on my food it was embedded into my hamburger patty. The most disgusting thing I've ever had to encounter at a restaurant in my entire life l. The team here is awesome. They very slightly messed up our order by missing a patty on each burger. We went up and told them expecting just to get 2 patties to add to our existing burgers. Ordered two cheeseburgers all the way. When I got the cheeseburgers they had nothing on them. I phone the store to complain thinking they would do the right thing and let me return then and get the toppings I order . I was told there was nothing they could do about it. Love the other Five Guys restaurant in the area, but this one sucks. Visit Hagestown, Winchester, or Ranson instead. We placed our ordered, including 4 burgers and 2 fries. I went to pay with my card. I insert my chip into the reader and it says enter Pin. I personally don't like to use my pin as it charges me, I try to run it as credit, well apparently this store doesn't allow it be run as credit. All of the other Five Guys' I have been to allowed me to run this exact card as credit by pushing the green button. I had to use every last dollar of cash I had to pay for our food. I should have used this as a sign the rest of the order was going to go badly. We go sit down and wait. Our number is called and it called with no fries. I know I ordered two large Cajun fries. Our order was correct when it was read back to me by the cashier. I brought the bag back to our table and went through it. We missing our fries, one burger was completely wrong, and one burger was missing completely. The cashier even read the order back to me and it was how I expected it to be. However when we got our food, things were missing and wrong. Your staff made our fries and burger, which I was happy about, but it should have done correctly the first time. When we did finally get our fries they were not to volume as other Five Guy locations. So while waiting for our order to corrected we had an opportunity to observe the condition of the restaurant, which was poor at best. The restaurant was not busy, the guest count was no more than two. I recommend you don't eat here. If you want a Five Guys Burger go to Hagerstown, Ranson or Winchester. Came in the other night for a burger and fries. The employees were polite and quick. My burger was excellent with its fresh bun and the fries were straight out of the basket, piping hot. It wasn't a busy time so I'm not sure how it is during a rush but will be going back, for sure. read more

Came here a few months ago and came here today. Food was made wrong both times but at least a few months ago they were willing to fix it or give me a refund and apologized. Today though they acted like assholes because when I asked for cheeseburger with only tomatoes and mustard on it, they put everything except the tomatoes. Got a refund after arguing with the cashier. Just arrived home with our Five Guys take out. Our order was so incredibly wrong! There were two of us. We ordered a bacon cheeseburger, which was prepared as ordered. The 2nd burger, a little bacon cheeseburger, was rung up as two burgers, with the first of these missing the bacon! The 3rd burger, which we did NOT order (but now understand how our total was almost $30) didn't even closely resemble either of the two burgers we ordered. (On the tag, it said bacon burger plus lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, green peppers. In actuality, it was just lettuce, mayo, cheese, peppers. No burger. What?!) I wish we'd taken the time to look at the receipt while we were waiting for our burgers. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and the strawberry shake was really tasty and thick. Placed a large order this evening, which included a regular fry and a Cajun fry. Received two Cajun fries. Called to ask about the mistake and request a regular fry. We were told we could come down and pick them up. Sent a family member, who was then told he could not pick them up without the receipt. The woman working then lied to the manager and said we asked for two large fries and that she told us to bring the receipt. Even after sending the family member a picture of the receipt, we did not receive the single regular fry we should have gotten in the first place. Will not be ordering from here again. read more

I've been to this Five Guys a few times, and I've had a good experience when I went however as of today not really. Going up to the counter and asking for a burger only to realize I was never asked if I wanted a fries and a drink as I had been asked every other time I went. As the person at the counter explained that they do not have set meals which is fine but it's the lack of common hospitality that bothers me. Wow. I grew up going to the original FG before they were franchised, and eating at this particular restaurant was painful. This is NOT representative of FG quality. Fries were overdone and unseasoned, milkshake was watery (how do you even do that?!) and for the first time in almost 40 years I didn't even bother to finish a Five Guys burger. I understand everyone has off days, but when I'm charged nearly $20 for lunch, the quality needs to be consistent, and it needs to be great. Dear Management, please get involved. But I would say the incompetence starts with the management that I dealt with when I called to say that the number 4 burger was left out of our order and would like my credit card to be adjusted as we realized the error after getting to our nephews 20 minutes away. I have been to serveral five guys in other states and they were good. I went to the five guys in Martinsburg wv this evening for the first time. It will probably will be the last time. I got a soda with my meal and the diet coke and coke zero was set to put more carbonated water than syrup. I told an employee about it and he checked one machine must have been right by thier standards. The soda was so bad I left it there never drank it. They did not offer to refund my money for the soda. When our number was called my husband went up to get order and they had put condiments from someone else's order. My husband brought it to thier attention again they did not care. When we got home the fries were burnt and cold. For all this 3 burgers, 1fry and 2 sodas $30.00 and was on cold stale buns. I have also noticed the Five Guys in Ranson is not near the quality it was when it first opened. Its been like getting McDonald's quality at a high dollar burger place. read more

This is probably my favorite place to get a bacon cheeseburger! To start it all of, their fries have such a crunchy goodness to them! Their bacon is not too thick, but not too thin either. Their beef has a lot of flavor! This is better than Red Robin! They are a little pricey, but over all, their food is really good!
