    Gluten allergy listed

So disappointed! I have celiac disease and have always had an amazing attention to allergy details at many other Five guys except this one. Epic fail!! This place is not allergy precaution attentive at all. When I ordered my French fries I alerted them right away that I had celiac disease and needed gluten allergy with severe reaction precautions. Not only did the person taking my order at the register not announce it to the cook or fry person but the fry person never changed his gloves not one time while I was there. He touched lots of things that would be loaded with cross contamination from the burger prep area due to the buns and then handled my napkins, bag and actually touched my fried. No areas or surfaces were cleaned for precautions or anything. At least a separate new pair of gloves would have been nice. He put his hands inside 4 separate bags with burgers in them to place fry orders a head of me. My receipt does say gluten on it so it was on his order. NOT A SAFE location for celiac people...nor any allergy of any kind that would want to eat at this location. I walked out and threw my fries in the trash. Not worth a trip to the hospital for me. $7.60 out the window. Don't do it. They cleaned no surfaces at all the entire time I was there either.

I love five guys....now some crews are better than others. This one was top-notch. The food came out hot and of course, the small fry was too big, Not much to say other than it was consistent with every other Five Guys...like every other Five Guys....

Five Guys, Hammock Landing Town Center, 225 Palm Bay Road, NE, Suite 182, Melbourne, FL 32904- 3-Stars (Fast Food Rating) As a native Brevardian, I continue to be baffled by the ongoing population explosion in the southernmost part of our county. When I was but a wee galactophage pouring copious amounts of milk onto my Fruity Pebbles, Palm Bay was just a sleepy little burg of no more than 3,000 people. In the past 50 years, however, it has grown into a diverse megalopolis reminiscent of an Atlanta suburb filled with your tired, poor, huddled masses yearning to scratch out a living. As I see it, the food scene in this area can be broken down into three distinct groups: (1) Fast food/chain restaurants; (2) Small mom-and-pop shops serving up dishes from every Caribbean Island and Latin American Country on virtually every street corner; and (3) (and this is the smallest category), Everything Else. Today we venture into the mixty-maxty badlands of Palm Bay for Five Guys, a relatively small national fast-food chain started in 1986 as a family burger joint in Arlington, Virginia. Since its inception, Five Guys has grown to over 1700 franchises around the world, with another 1500 locations in development. Over 100 of these stores are found in the State of Florida. Three of these serve the Space Coast, the other locations in Viera and Merritt Island. Five Guys distinguishes itself from other fast food burger purveyors by using fresh ground beef, cooking its fries in peanut oil, and only having coolers on their premises--no freezers--in a demonstration that their food is fresh and never frozen. I ordered myself the Bacon Cheeseburger all the way and noted that the hand-formed meat was better than the average frozen patty found elsewhere. The veggies were indeed fresh, and the tomatoes were perfectly ripe. To complement my burger, I made an order of Little Fries Five Guys Style, which were properly cooked and seasoned. Although this meal was nothing to jump up and down about, I found it to be a great alternative to the Big Three burger chains. The Big Boy says, "Switch up your fast-food burger and give Five Guys a try."

Five Guys never disappoints. Perfect spot close to Tesla super charger right off I-95 in Melbourne. Fast service delicious burgers. The small cheeseburger loaded with toppings hit the spot.

Good place for a hamburger and Fries in Palm Bay This location is one of the over 1300 locations in the United States. It is located in the shopping center on the northwest corner of Palm bay Road. It is located on the corner of an out parcel to a large open shopping center with a challenging traffic pattern and limited parking in front of the south side of the store. There is searching both outside and inside. The outside tables are round metal tables. The inside dining area has about 20 4-person tables of various heights with metal chairs. You enter through the front door in the corner of the store. You order at the counter, pay, receive a number and wait for your food to be cooked to order. The staff was very pleasant and efficient. You can see your order being prepared behind the register. The cost of 2 hamburgers, 2 drinks and 1 order of french fries was over $30 so it is not as cheap as it once was. Drinks are from a serve-yourself station with 2 large electronic coke machines, ice, and condiments. All the tables and surfaces were kept very clean by one individual that did not stop wiping down the entire restaurant the entire time I was there. Overall a very pleasant, delicious experience that was a little higher priced than our previous visits.

    Keto burger in a bowl.

Excellent burgers and fries, but I believe it's a little too pricey. The restaurant is always clean, and the staff is very friendly.

Our server Cassie was a perfect balance of attention and space. We ordered entrees only. Country fried steak was well done and the white gravy complimented the breading well. Portion of the sides weren't huge but perfect size. Fried Shrimp plate was a good portion and the shrimp were crispy. Added a side salad for 99 cents. Good ranch dressing. The grilled white fish was also very good and was prepared blackened. Flaky moist portion and the fries were delicious too. Chicken tender salad was bright and fresh. A large portion too with half being taken home for lunch the next day. Saved the worst for last and it was flavorful but could have been a tad crispier. The Monte Cristo sandwich. The berry spread was really good. As I said not sure why the low average. It is quality comfort food with large portions and the staff has always been on point. Give them a shot and form your own opinion....willing to bet it will be good.

I've never been to this restaurant before at this specific location, but I can see why everyone picked it As is to be expected different people arrived at different times, but we were all able to sit comfortably in a group and the weight staff accommodated our amount of guests by exhibiting adaptability and patience I personally enjoyed a classic cheeseburger with a double patty and a side of steamed vegetables. Not only is this place military friendly but the quality and quantity of food I got at that price point doesn't feel like it can be beat. I will say that I glanced over at the Pizookie which looks fantastic and saw a drink with a duck in it that is going to ensure the next time I come by I try it as well Sharon was our waitress and she did a fantastic job making sure everyone's order was on point and circling back often not only to check on our food but to refresh our drinks accordingly. Another thing I liked was that people's orders were brought out virtually close to one another despite being ordered a different times. We had a fantastic time. The place was super clean. There was plenty of parking and easy to find all in all the experience merits every last one of its five star ratings.

We tried the same location a second time and same horrific service. When we moved to Florida my grandfather and I ate at one in Jacksonville and it was ok. Recently my wife and I visited the location in Melbourne, Fl. The parking lot was full and so was the building. We were seated in 10 minutes. Our server Keith took our order and was knowledgeable on the menu. However our experience went downhill from there. My wife ordered soup and salad and got it in 5 minutes. I ordered hamburger and had to watch my wife eat her food. It took another 20 minutes for my burger. My wife's soup was lukewarm at best and we had to ask for a fork for her salad. There was not silverware on the table when we arrived and Keith never once offered us any. I had to use my wife's napkin. When we asked for our tab. Keith asked us to fill out a survey. Truthfully he would not want me to review his service. I will say the food for the most part was good but BJ's and Keith struck out big time when it came to basic customer service. After multiple negative experiences at more than one BJ's we have decided this is it. We are done and will never visit BJ's again anywhere

El Chico Mexican Restaurant 1751 Evans Rd., Melbourne, FL 32904…read more 3 Stars (chain restaurant review) With origins dating back to a Texas county fair in 1926, El Chico Mexican Restaurant has been around for quite a while. In 1926, Alelaida "Mama" Cuellar's tamales were a massive hit at the county fair. Two years later, they opened their first restaurant in Kaufman, TX. The 11th opened in Six Flags Over Texas and is credited with introducing Mexican food to the American masses. In 1940, Mama Cuellar's children opened the first El Chico Cafe in Dallas, TX. Susan was my outstanding service professional for the meal. I asked Susan for an order of their Chorizo Tacos, a Grande Pollo Burrito and a side of chips and salsa. Susan brought my order out in no time and after snapping a few pics, I got to work. I always wonder if cooks smell the ingredients before they start using them OR do they smell them, realize they are not so fresh anymore, and think the dining public won't notice? Either way, this cook deserves strong jobation for this dish. The Chorizo meat was not good; it wasn't rancid, but if you opened the walk-in, I wouldn't be surprised if it was seen beating up the tomatoes as it was undoubtedly turning bad. Moving on to the Grande Pollo Burrito - the hero of this meal. Even though the chicken was a tad on the rubbery side (my guess is heated up in the microwave, but I could be wrong), the rice, beans and other fillings were excellent. While a bit chewy, the chicken was fajita-flavored and served with a beautiful chipotle wine sauce. The rice was cooked to perfection and the frijoles rancheros were succulently seasoned. If the chicken hadn't been nuked, it would have been fantastic. This brings me to what passed as chips and salsa in this cuchara grasosa. Please look at that pic and tell me that's not a cup of ketchup with a smattering of spice sprinkled in. It sure as Texas didn't taste like salsa. The chips were OK, but the salsa was not. Big Boy says, " 20 years ago, this was fantastic Tex-Mex. Today? Too much top-notch competition makes this yesterday's chimichangas."
