Just a tip -- if you order at the kiosk, you'll need to ask for your drink cups while you wait for your food. The bun was soft without being soggy, the burger itself was juicy and full of flavor, and everything tasted fresh. The burgers and fries are made to order, which really makes a difference. Hyperbole (super-bole?) aside, in-n-out is a fantastic place to come and enjoy burgers and fries with friends and family. The menu is simple, it's one of the cheaper options around, and consistently good. They do have a lot of "secret menu" items but the staff is very willing to help you get what you're looking for. I grew up on the west coast and I'm happy to have one of these in Franklin!
