Crazy that a single burger (1st item on burger side) has gone up $1 every year. Not even a cheese burger... a regular burger for $11ish. What? Yes, it's fresh, but is it even worth it at this point? I understand that it is during times of inflation but I would rather just go to a franchise like Wendy's to get a full meal with soda and fries for that price (even without their $6 big bags). Honestly, not worth going even if you have never had it. This "fast food" is expensive, and it makes me want to eat something healthier that is similarly in pricing. Well done five guys. I am gonna eat my veggies now.

Always 10/10 here. Food always tasty and made correct, cashier and crew are notably very kind and helpful. Lots of seating and is kept constantly clean. Very much worth the price and worth the occasional small wait on line (during the lunch rush hours).

I usually have the best burger here but today the register person must have been new or something because the order was wrong. I repeated myself a few times and he repeated it correctly but it came out wrong and I should have checked the receipt but my glasses were fogged up from my mask and I didn't notice it till I got home and I wouldn't have told them anyways while there because I was social distancing and it's hard to talk through the mask. I hate onions and he had onions plus it was raw when I asked for it well done. Oh well it's a Pandemic I'm just glad to have food and I'll be back. I walk 30 minutes from my home a couple times a month to go here and this is the first time they messed up. I always prefer a single patty and they always remember to add ketchup. They are pretty fast and good even when it's cold by the time you get home and the place is clean and they are nice. Oh and everyone lines up well and social distances and it wasn't too busy.

I am not going to go through all the background on Five Guys - you should know the routine by now: fresh burgers, of the 4-5 ounce variety and freshly cut fires from potatoes that arrived that day from some random farm in Idaho. I got a little cheeseburger (one patty) and a little order of fries. The counter staff was cheerful and efficient, blasting through the throng of lunch orders quite quickly. My food was ready in no time, much faster than other locations, however the end product was still very good. The seating area is limited at this location, so don't come here with 10 of your work buddies expecting to all sit together and complain about your boss. That said, I was able to get a seat as I think most people take their greasy slice of heaven back to their desks and eat.

Five Guys is Five Guys no matter where you have it. I was wandering around with the intention of going to Burger Joint at Le Parker Meridien, but apparently it was a Valentine's Day hotspot because the line in the lobby was insane. I saw there was a five guys nearby so settled on that as I hadn't had it in ages. No line, service was quick and the burger hit the spot. I'm glad they have the little size fry now, it's pretty much sufficient for any normal human being, anything bigger will feed a small to large army. I'm still more partial to shake shack for my calorie bombs, but sometimes those fries call your name. Overall, a clean and efficient outpost.

My first meal on NYC!!! Love it, the cheeseburguer tastes so good... specially with the fries.

Great tasting burgers at fast service and good prices. The sizes a little too big for my taste. Also, there is free nuts.

Great burgers for a pretty good price, I'm not a burger lover, but I could eat here any day of the week. Good fries too!

They got my order wrong. Maybe it's because the music is so loud. The food was good. Service was a bit slow and disorganized.

One of the best burgers I've had in NYC. The toppings are always super fresh. Nice staff too.

We were thrilled to find two seats at the end of the bar when we arrived. As luck would have it, the two gentlemen next to us eventually left, allowing us to slide over and enjoy an even better view of the TV for the rest of the game. I started with a Tito's and club soda, but unfortunately, something seemed off--perhaps the club soda was flat. The drink just wasn't good. To their credit, the bartender took it back without hesitation and was very accommodating. I then ordered a Negroni after the woman sitting next to us highly recommended it. I don't usually drink gin, but this cocktail was absolutely delicious and changed my mind. Since we were there for several hours, we shared an order of zucchini and eggplant chips and happily snacked on them throughout the game. The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming, with a nice mix of ages and people enjoying the evening. We made sure to leave our bartender a generous tip since we occupied our seats for the entire game. Even though the Knicks didn't pull out a win that night, we certainly didn't leave defeated. I'd happily return for another game, cocktail, and fun evening out. And maybe even get dinner there. Little did I know there was another big room in the ack once you past the restrooms. They were having a thriving business there!

He was constantly busy zippin around but maintained a nice demeanor and made everyone feel welcome! Must orders of mine: the burger! Although small, it comes out piping hot and the fresh white onion between the bottom bun and burger is awesome because it doesn't make the bottom bun soggy and catches all the juices from the actual meat. Love subbing the fries for a Caesar salad! Standout appetizer is the fried zucchini and eggplant with tzatziki-- crispy, hot, juicy and I get it every time!

It featured a crispy, sugar-glazed exterior and a soft, chewy interior, topped with truffle cheese and served with a truffle butter dip; the pairing was superb, and it tasted great both on its own and with the dip. For the main course, I ordered the miso-glazed black cod. The flavor was flawless, and while the portion was small (which was acceptable), the pool of broth accompanying it was completely unnecessary; it was inedibly salty, so what was the point of serving it? After finishing the fish, I was left with a plate full of broth, rendering the plate unusable. Plus, it was overpriced; for this dish, you're better off going to Strip House Strip House remains the undisputed king of this dish in New York. A friend ordered the chicken parmesan. It was just average. Another friend ordered the short rib stroganoff. The flavor was decent, but it was far too rich and heavy. As someone whose palate is split 50/50 between Western and Chinese cuisine, I could manage only five bites at most. If you have a palate that prefers 100% Chinese food, proceed with caution on this dish. Friends ordered sides of mac & cheese and mashed potatoes. These are dishes originally meant for low-income Americans to fill up on cheaply; there's no limit to how good they can be, but also no floor to how bad they can get. Both were on par with the average quality found in upscale restaurants. Honestly, these are two dishes I would never order myself. To sum up: the atmosphere was great. It's also hard to get a reservation; the place was packed when we had lunch at 2 PM. Aside from that monkey bread, I didn't feel like anything else justified the price or offered something you couldn't find elsewhere. I don't quite get the hype. Perhaps I just didn't order the right dishes; maybe next time I'll try the burger and the steak.

The Thick Cut Bacon (8.5/10) was sweet, crunchy, and cooked perfectly. The Wagyu Cheeseburger (7.5/10) tasted good, but the bun was too dry, dense, and oversized for the burger. The King Crab Rangoon (8/10) was packed with crab, almost too much for my taste, but the sweet chili and hot mustard sauces balanced it out nicely. The Espresso Martini (6/10) was a pretty standard espresso martini. The Long Island Cold Brew (3/10) tasted like cold brew mixed with vodka, which just wasn't for me. Service was fine overall (7/10). The highlight was the complimentary sorbet they brought out for my friend's birthday. The vibes were classic Hogsalt with dim lighting, old-school jazz, and a cozy atmosphere (7/10).
