The manager has amazing energy! Loved watching her work! Good food and Good energy!

Sad to say I won't be returning to his place. Ordered the a single burger and cheese wasn't even melted, it was gross.

So I visited this location within the past week, Thursday I believe. I called my order in and was greeted by a young lady who asked me "what is your name?!" it was very hostile but I laughed it off and asked for her name in return and she replied "none of your business" I was shocked I had never been spoken to this way. But when I went in I spoke with a Tara, if she's not the manager she should be. She was very kind and apologetic for the previous young lady's behavior. She gave me a drink as a show of goodwill as small as that gesture was it won be over that and her excellent customer service, although I was initially pissed & thought I'm going give them 1 lovely star on google and yelp. 5 stars for Tara!! read more

Today for lunch Five Guys was Five Gals. They had an all female staff out front and they rocked it. Great customer service, quick service and you could feel energy in the place. Way to go to the team here on 11/8/17 at 1245pm. read more

They left a WHOLE beef patty off my husbands burger last time and today they put an extra patty and extra cheese on my BUNLESS "aka diet" burger. I HATE this location but love 5 Guys. The struggle is real... management needs to step in here read more

What else is here to say...... it's Five a Guys. Good fresh burgers and fries at a reasonable price. Nothing like a small fry to feed four people! Food good as usual, the only reason it is only four stars is because service was pretty slow this trip but I'm willing to go back and try it again. read more

9 yr old daughter loves this place. We share a burger and fry! She likes eating those addictive, overly salted peanuts! I limit those but they are tasty. Reasonable. Great for families. can get crowded. A college type vibe, not as elegant of a feel like BugerFi, but worth the $$. Solid, beefy burgers. Would return again! Its not as "gourmet" as the other new burger places, but clean, affordable better than McDonalds, a FRESH VERSION OF FAST FOOD! read more

This place is alright. The staff was friendly, the place was clean. I just wasn't blown away- not necessarily by this location, but just by the food in general. However, I will not count that as a reason to deduct a star from their rating. This location was great in itself and if you like Five Guys, this was a great spot to visit! read more

My first time at a 5 Guys. Yes, I know I'm late to the party but the problem is, I don't eat red meat. My boss wanted me to pick this up for him while I was at Total Wine so rather than stop at 3 places, I decided to give it a shot. I ordered a grilled cheese and a little fry. My boss got a little burger and fry. By the time I got our brown bags back to the office, they were soaked in grease. I have to say, the fries were pretty awesome and I liked that they had a sign indicating where the potatoes were from. The grilled cheese was average- perhaps I wasn't thrilled that it was on a regular hamburger bun. The other veggie option was grilled veggies on a bun ala a cheese steak sandwich without the steak. I just wish they would have a veggie burger or turkey burger option in 2015! read more

I visited the FIve Guys on 801 S UNiversity Drive Plantation on 10/23/2019. Let me say it was the most horrible experience I ever had. It was my first time ever going to a Five Guys. I had my 12 year old daughter with me, we approached the counter and the cashier did not greet me with a hello. It's as if I was wasting her time by placing my order. She gave me my total I placed my debit card in, my card was approved and I removed it. I was waiting on her to give me my receipt she then told me to place my card back in because it was not approved. I told her what the machine stated and that I did not want to be charged twice. Since my daughter wanted to try the burgers here, I placed my card back in the machine and it stated approved yet again. She did not say thank you or please wait for your order. I then looked up on my Wells Fargo account while waiting on my order and saw a duplicate transaction for my order. I tried to explain to the cashier she then started yelling it's my banks fault. I asked for her manager, big mistake. Not only was she not listening to me she refused to refund the duplicate transactions. I asked for her Supervisor and the number of the General Manager she refused and walked to a back room with the cashier. I did called the FIve GUys number and explained what happened to the representative and told Anne how disappointed and disgusted I was in how I was treated at that location. I'm still awaiting a phone call from the corporate office. read more

A shiny new location of this fast-growing burger restaurant finally opened in the Fountains. I'd been staring longingly into the completed but not yet open restaurant for weeks now. Five Guys has great burgers and excellent fries. The portions are quite large. A "little" hamburger/cheeseburger (which means single patty) is probably plenty for most folks, and the regular fries is definitely big enough to share. Being new, the place was clean and bright, and the staff was upbeat and efficient (which is pretty typical for Five Guys). If I had to pick a best chain burger place, this would be it. Very enjoyable, burgers are full of flavor and juicy and you get to choose from a large assortment of toppings (all included). Their fries are some of the best I've had and are always hot and fresh. They do have a limited menu of burgers, hot dogs, a veggie sandwich, and fries, but boy do they do those things well. This location also has the new touch-screen coke machines, which I find I don't care for as much as i thought I would. read more

I like this location. Been coming here for years because we all work nearby. Today was unbearable, however! It's summer in south florida at noon and temps are around 90 degrees. I walk in and order and shortly thereafter realize there's no air! No a/c , no fans, nothing. We complained to the cashier who said there's nothing they could do. Very uncomfortable and unpleasant. If I wanted to feel like I'm in a sweatshop, I would have stayed at work for lunch! read more

I absolutely love Five Guys Burgers and Fries. I have been to many locations from Florida all the way up to New York and I still have not had a bad experience, bad burger or found any complaints. I like that you get to select your own toppings and most importantly is that their burgers are juicy and moist. Their seasoned fries are pretty good too and large enough to share which is what I usually do. Also, they have the Coca-Cola "Freestyle" soda fountain with all the 127 flavors and peanut bins with in-shell peanuts (those are so much better). read more

Five Guys are my favourite fast food chain. They do burgers and fries very well, and don't try to fancy it up too much or add a bunch of unnecessary distractions to their menu. This location is extra nice as they have some outdoor seating and two of those soda factory machines from Coke, where you can make 300 different soda combinations. My current fave is cherry Pibb Zero. I know, gross right? Love it! read more

It's not fancy, but when you want a burger this place hits the spot like no other. Every time I visit Five Guys my taste buds cheer! One night I even ordered online and ran over to pick it up on my half hour lunch break (to satisfy not only my own bacon cheeseburger craving but also the cravings of a pregnant co-worker). There is nothing fancy about this place and they like it that way. Even when it is busy the staff here is always friendly. There are even peanuts to snack on while you anxiously await your magical meat mountain and crispy spicy perfect Cajun fries. The vast assortment of toppings will boggle your mind and let you get a different combo every visit. Not fancy, not pretentious, not expensive, and delicious. Leaves me with a need for a digestive enzyme but a big ole' smile on my face every time. :-) read more

Burgers are good. You can pick from many toppings, included in the price. They offer a veggie sandwich or grilled cheese for those who can't figure out why they have gone to a burger place for lunch. You can also add toppings like sauteed mushrooms, onions, tomato, etc. to the grilled cheese for free. The servings of fries are generous and they have serve yourself malt vinegar, ketchup, etc. Peanuts are free to nibble on while you're waiting for your food. If you like to be creative, they also have the soda machines where you can add flavors to your drink at the touch of a button. I have been hearing for a while the best burger comes from Five Guys and me and my father were curious to see how true that is. I'll admit it didn't seem bad when we walked in. It was a little packed and I watched people eating pretty good sized burgers. We ordered some fully loaded burgers and had to wait a good while which was okay by us because we were not expecting fast food quality burgers. As we sat down and ate, me and my father both agreed it just didn't live up to the hype. I don't wanna say it was bad because it wasn't. I just want to point out that it's not the best burger out there. Prices are fair and the fries are tasty so they are worth visiting again. My advice is just not to get your hopes up like I did. I mean what else is there to say? Every once in a while, when you get that craving for a delicious burger, Five Guys is usually the destination. Their burger construction is superb and the bevy of condiments and extra goodies they offer (bacon? yes please) takes their great burgers into another level. Their fries are simply delicious and are the bane of anyone trying to monitor their carb intake. The Cajun seasoning is great but the intensity of the flavor can wear on the tongue. Also they have a Coke freestyle machine. Sad that they don't sell shakes at this location. read more

Good service each time I've been there. Yummy burgers. Sometimes finding a parking spot is a challenge.

Get a new cook. This guy is over cooking the f*** out of these burgers and the other guy is not frying the fries for long enough. Soggy and limp fries suck. Five guys is known for their amazing burgers and fries and at their location in boca, this holds true. But I have been to THIS location here several times already and the food quality is noticeably worse. Customer service was good, there was a girl in the front, think she's new, told her about my fries, no questions asked she went and told the guy to remake. Very on top of everything, went around asking if anyone needed anything. Promote her. But Unfortunately the cook did the same thing with the 2nd order of fries limp and undercooked AGAIN and did not add the extra salt I asked for. A mistake is only a mistake the first time you make it. Think he just doesn't care. 1 star for food, I'll give the extra star for customer service. read more

The hamburgers are very good but what makes this location great is the staff. They are extremely nice and know customer service. You can tell the manager takes great pride in what she does and everyone working here has a smile on their face. I love dining at a place with happy workers that care about their restaurant.
