Dined late on a Friday evening. Ordered 1 hot dog, 1 cheeseburger and a fry to share for dine in. Chomped on some peanuts while we waited and the cashier was extremely kind to give us large cups that we did not order. Waited and waited to have seemed to be for a while until I had to check the status of our order which was sitting in a bag. We were very hungry so did not make a fuss but our fries were a bit cold and soggy. Had to deduct a star because they did not call our name or order # once our food was ready and it was sitting getting cold.

A pretty decent burger joint in the plantation area. This Five Guys is basically the same as every other one with the layout when it comes to seeing the peanuts in the bags as well as the open kitchen where the workers are cooking up a storm the burgers and fries that are perfectly cooked everytime. I usually end up getting the little cheeseburger because it is the perfect amount of food and even for a little cheeseburger it is a little pricey, no pun intended. I do love how you can get as many toppings as you want and I usually load it up. With this last little cheeseburger I got, I got grilled mushrooms grilled onions pickles and lettuce on it and everything was cooked to perfection. The cheese was melted wonderfully and had an amazing pull when I bit into it. The onions and mushrooms were also grilled to the perfect consistency and the flavors were amazing! The fries are always amazing and I ordered a small fry and even with a small fry the entire bag basically was overflowing with it. My only concern when it comes to the fries are they are a little too greasy. But they put the perfect amount of salt on it and it is so hard not to inhale them because of how the flavor of the fries are and how fresh they always seem to be! The staff is always super friendly when I'm here and the food is always fresh and cooked fast. Even when the place is jam-packed I have never waited more than 10 minutes to get my food and me out the door! My main concerns that make this not a five star review or the overly greasy fries and the prices of the food here are a little bit on the higher end but aside from that everything is always exceptional when I am here because the place is always spotless and ridiculously clean!

Ordered Uber eats, this is the portion of the "little fries" My order came pretty quickly and was properly packed and wasn't messy by the time it got here. If you order takeout from here, I suggest warming it in your oven at 200 for 10 minutes

I came in for a pick up and stood in front of a staff of about 7 or more who were having side talks and ignored me standing there. This doesn't include the cashier making it 8. The cashier was helping someone in line but as soon as she was done she also proceeded in conversations with them as if I wasn't standing there waiting for service. No one assisted me for a good 10 mins or so. I moved over to the order line. After the sup/lead came out another cashier came and hesitantly offered to help asking me to go back to the pick up area after I told her I was there for a pick up. Afterwards, I had to wait for the order that was supposed to already be prepared to be started. Then, I had to show multiple staff members my order before they provided me with an item they missed with my order. Customer service was terrible and the staff was not friendly or helpful. They lacked professionalism and were heavily engaged in personal chit chat until the sup/lead came out. Don't order pickup from this location. If you do, expect to wait longer and to be prioritized after walk in customers. For the sheer lack of attention and professionalism from the staff I wouldn't even recommend walk in to be honest. It was unreal how they would look right at me, not greet me or acknowledge me, and then continue in their personal conversations.

I don't see why people are in love with Five Guys. The burger is definitely high-quality but grease literally dripped out my burger as I bit into it. The fries were also a grease bomb for me. The inside was clean, spacious, with the walls being decorated with Five Guys headlines and photos. Would I get it again? Yes, but it wouldn't be my first choice. Culver's or Burgerfi is better in my opinion. I feel it's a bit too pricy for what you get, but I'll have to try their shakes.

I am a die hard burger lover. Five Guys will always be in one of my favorite top 5 fast food burger chains. It's actually tied number one with Burger Fi (ugh so hard to choose) but, let me get back focused here. This post is intended strictly for Five Guys. The customer service at this location is superb. It actually has been since I moved here four years ago. I typically like to pick up my food or dine in because I like my meals very fresh/hot. At this location the employees do not mind when I ask for my burger extra well done. Some places will say "Our burgers already come well done!". Well hello, did you not hear me mention "EXTRA" ?!? I'm a girl who knows exactly what I want. So happy I never get the crazy side eye here or have to hear that dreaded statement like I'm a mad women . I mean how hard is it to let the burger sit for an extra few minutes? I love everyone here for paying attention to that special detail. I hope that never changes. Another thing to love about Five Guys is the unlimited fresh toppings you get. Everything here is made to order. The fries are seasoned well. I actually like their fries better than Burger Fi, less bland. Your order takes less than 10 mins to whip up unless there is a crowd of course. Lately, there hasn't been. Overall, this place is just an extremely satisfying choice if you love a traditional delicious juicy burger!

First time trying Lime Fresh Mexican Grill today and I really enjoyed it!…read more I ordered three tacos: the OG Beef, OG Pork, and OG Grilled Mahi. All three were really good and flavorful, and I liked being able to try a few different proteins. I also got the 3 oz guacamole and queso, and both were very good. I added a side of the birria consommé for dipping, which had good flavor but was a little too salty for me. The restaurant has a casual, laid-back atmosphere with plenty of seating and an open kitchen where you can see the food being prepared. Everything looked clean, the staff was friendly, and our food came out pretty quickly. Overall, I enjoyed my first visit. The food was fresh, the tacos were good, and there are enough options on the menu that I'd come back to try something different. The salty consommé was really my only complaint.

Since it was close by our hotel, we took a walk there for dinner: two chicken restaurants for consecutive meals was probably too much. Pollo Campero is primarily a Central American fried chicken chain, with 350 locations worldwide. It was originally founded in 1971 in Guatamala. They are currently in a rapid expansion in the U.S., with this location being one of a dozen in Florida. The state with the most is California, and I'll have to look out for them when back home. You order and pay up front, just like a fast food restaurant. But the food was delivered on real plates and metal utensils to our table once ready and it came very fast. 4 piece Fried chicken with campero beans and campero rice ($15) - I thought the fried chicken was OK. It did come with a dippable campero sauce, a mayo based sauce with spices. The rice was decent, but wish the beans were a bit different than the standard tasteless pinto beans. Campero sandwich ($7.60) - version of a chicken sandwich. Good brioche bun, and a decently juicy fried chicken breast. Campero Bowl ($12.40) - wasn't very good and ended up being very dry. The grape tomatoes were mushy and not edible, and the greens were limp. The fried chicken on top didn't really add much flavor, and the rice was dry with the pinto beans being the same. I did like the avocado chunk along with the corn salad. Individual empanada ($3.10) - small, very thin crust. The filling was tasty but there wasn't much of it. It has a self serve soda machine with Pepsi products. Since the plates were reusable, assumed that they would bus.

New location on University in Davie. They have some amazing food so far…read more I use the pick up option from there site. Great rewards program that os realistic and reasonable. Also reasonable price points for a combo sub to quick pick up for you or the kids. I also had the Mexican Street corn chicken sub ( not pictured) which was surprisingly good. The pictures do not show well, but one try and you will agree. Only con is the pick up location is public for anyone to grab. There is no monitoring which is what happened to me. Guy grabbed my bag (only bag there) and I had to stop him. Could have been an accident but not a coincidence it was by itself. Staff always greets so far (there 2 times)

Despite that, we decided to order food and planned to sit outside to avoid the odor. We paid for our meal and then waited... and waited. The employee behind the counter was calling out order numbers, but ours was never called -- even though many customers who ordered after us received their food before we did. After standing there for quite a while, he finally asked if we needed help. I explained that we were still waiting for our order. He checked with the kitchen staff, and they responded dismissively in Spanish. We continued waiting while more orders were being called, but no one seemed to care about us or follow up. Eventually, I went back to the cashier and asked to cancel the order. He responded with irritation and said our order was canceled in a rude tone. We ended up leaving and going to another restaurant, where we received great service and excellent food. Overall, this was a frustrating and unpleasant experience. Poor service, lack of communication, and an unwelcoming atmosphere -- I would not recommend this place.
