Unlike other fast food restaurants, they take the time to create my personal selections: bacon, mayonnaise, tomatoes, and grilled cheese. Ordering is easy. The menu only consists of burgers and fries. They do have a veggie burger and grilled cheese as well. I visited at noon so the employees seem happy to be working. There were many diners waiting for their orders and enjoying their lunches so I proceeded to order up just a grilled cheese sandwich and a drink. I order at the counter and wait for my number to be called. The sandwiches and fries are worth the wait. I help myself to drinks from the soda fountain. After filling my soda cup I munched on some peanuts in the shell and waited for my sandwich. They are free so you can eat all you want. The food was very good. My grilled cheese sandwich was hot and tomatoes were fresh and juicy. There were two slices of cheese on top of my sandwich. It was tasty and delicious. My bill was just a few cents shy of $10. French fries are in the foam cup. The sandwich is wrapped in aluminum foil. My meal is given to me in a paper bag. It was a bit awkward. Though I was eating in the restaurant, the sandwich was bagged and wrapped like I was taking it to go. The store is clean and the peanuts are in cases all over the restaurant. Went to a Five Guys for the first time and I was impressed. The cheese burger I got was big and tasty. The best part, I could add as many toppings that they offer. The grilled onions and mushrooms really were good. French fries were good but the large was too big. Just need to order the regular. We also ordered a grilled hotdog with bacon! Split dog grilled on both sides and very crispy texture with the bacon was a really heart stopper.LOL. The place is very noisy. They also had free roasted peanuts to munch on while you waited for your order. So if you have allergy to peanuts stay clear. The place was fairly simple and the staff were very nice. Average burger at a fast food runs about $6.50 at most fast food places now and some are higher, they will throw in fries and a drink for a few extra bucks, but you are getting frozen overly processed foods. If you buy a can of spinach, yeah it's still spinach but is it spinach you want to eat? This food is made to serve and high quality. The customer service is exceptional and it's an enjoyable restaurant to sit in. If it's worth another couple of dollars eat at 5 guys, if you are okay with processed and frozen, keep you two dollars and save it for an extra frozen fry. read more

Wow, I always grab a small box of peanuts as I wait for my food. I must admit I am addicted to this place, the quality is home made and top notch. You may be paying more than the average burger place but you are receiving extreme quality and service. The fries are so well cooked and the beef so well done, you can taste the freshness and savor the flavor. I brought my friends here and they all loved it! My girlfriend and I decided to give the guys a shot yesterday evening. All I can say is that it doesn't even hold a torch to in and out's food and considering the price it's not worth it in my opinion. I thought the good wasn't that bad but my girlfriend ended up getting sick to her stomach after eating it. I definitely suggest the extra mile or two if you want a burger and just head to in and out.
