If you white, be prepared to sit in the front of the bus. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries, nothing too extreme. After receiving my order number, 76, and waiting for 20 minutes I became concerned. A pattern was forming, numbers in the 80's were being called and the waiting customers in lobby seemed to be one color. I asked the CRT fry king if I mistakenly was doodling on my phone and didn't hear my number called. He must have had his headphones in or was a deaf employee. On the third time I asked him, he went back into the storage room. Foolishly, I waited patiently thinking he was busy. After the CRT fry king told another white patron that his order was lost, he had been waiting an hour, I ask someone of a different ethnic background. With much disgusted, the CRT fry king, handed me my bag of food that I can only estimate had been sitting there for 15 minutes. Upon the fry king handing me my bag, no thank you or sorry for the wait there was only silence. I was the last one waiting on the food and certain was there before around 6 other patrons. Long story short, if you are white don't visit this location or plan your visit around the probability of black patrons showing up for their hamburger fix. My husband and I ate at this location last night for dinner. Later on in the early hours of the morning, we both woke up violently sick. It's now 3 pm and at this point all that's left is stomach acid and it's still being violently expelled. Pretty sure the beef was bad. read more

The food is good here of course, the problem I have is with the management. I will never give a restaurant credit for good food when the employees are awful. I'm sure some of the employees at this location are wonderful people and very friendly and treat the customers well but one bad experience I'm sorry is going to spoil it for the lot. I went in one day and placed an order including a beverage, I opted for unsweetened iced tea and after tasting it I told someone (I presumed she was a manager because of the way she presented herself) that the tea tasted old, not fresh, and I didn't like it. She then came out and tasted it and told me there was nothing wrong with it... WHAT? Excuse me? And she said that I just probably was not used to that kind of tea. The kind of tea they serve according to the dispenser is gold peak tea which I drink at least twice a week... If I ever got a bottle of gold peak tea that tasted like what came out of that dispenser I would certainly return it and never buy the product again. The words that came out of her mouth, "there's nothing wrong with it" Was quite insulting to me. She was either calling me a liar or just really didn't care about my opinion at all. I filled out a negative survey and I included my email address and my phone number and I never heard a word regarding this incident which makes me believe that that the surveys are handled in house at the location in question and just swept under the proverbial rug if not favorable. This experience along with their exorbitant prices will cause me to never visit this location again and quite possibly no other location either. It is a real shame, because the food is really good... it takes more than good food to retain me as a customer... Any of you reading this review that really need a five guys burger I suggest that you go to a different location, you may be treated a little better by a team that understands that the customers opinion matters and should not be cast aside. read more

This place is solid. First time at 5 guys. They told me if I didn't like it they would refund my money. Being from California, it's hard to beat In N Out, but the options to choose so many of the parts of your meal here really make it custom. I would also recommend adding the cajun spices to your fries. Delicious. read more

I can't believe these burgers are as good as they are. This is a family favorite and this location has it all - good food and good staff. For the carb conscious they have burger bowls - just ask. My kids get a hot dog or grilled cheese with some veggies on the side. The down complaint I have is the bathroom is always freezing. Not sure what's up with that. The best burger joint if you want to be in and out. I always have so much fun with the burger I make as the options are endless. The fries are good and a small order can feed an army. I usually do a double cheese burger with whatever topping I am feeling that day and it may or may not have bacon depends if I'm feeling extra carnivorous. read more

Enjoyed a nice burger today for lunch! The service was outstanding and everything was exactly what I ordered. Everyone was super friendly and I felt valued. My family and I are multi-state restaurant connoisseurs so to speak! We enjoy seeing if the value and quality of a particular food chain remains consistent from one state to another. Having been introduced to Five Guys in California and severely enjoying it there, we thought while we're here in the St. Louis area that would definitely eat at Five Guys here. Not only where we pleasantly and happily satisfied, but the staff kept a smile on our faces the entire time we waited for our food. They greeted every customer that came in the door, they answered any questions that we had while we were standing at the counter, and they made sure to get our food ready quickly. Come to find out the issue with the food and delivery was from a 3rd company called postmates... They sucks but Five Guys burgers rock.

O....M....G.... There is only one way to describe this place other than EPIC! This is literally the best hamburger I ever had in my life, and I've had alot of hamburgers. I had a craving for a nice juicy burger. Aaaannnnnddd that's not what I got. I ordered online & of course the meal was ready fast. However, me not being abled to see them make my burger.. it was completely thrown together. It was probably the worst experience I ever had at a five guy establishment. Called to place a pick up order and the woman who answered the call was too rude for me to even finish the order before I had to hang up out of frustration. What an overrated burger this is! Yes, I guess if you put enough condiments on it you can't tell how tasteless the beef is. I was warned by a friend that it was mediocre at best, but today I tried it and what a disappointment. The location and service were fine. But c'mon, Steak n Shake can do better. I have probably ordered at least 50 times from this location so they often know who I am when I call or walk in. They have very good burgers. I work across the street and place my order by phone. By the time I get there a few minutes later my burger is almost ready. Also the fries are delicious and they give you a huge amount of fries. So don't order the fries if you are worried about consuming a lot of calories and fat. read more

The workers were SO nice. I ordered online and when I got there I knew they still needed to make the fries so they were fresh so I'd have to wait a few minutes... Unfortunately, they forgot about my order and I had to remind them/give them my receipt so they could make my order.
