A good hamburger is hard to come by but Five Brothers delivers a tasty product! I was really pleased with my cheeseburger with everything on it. Lots of flavor and the patty was thick (more like a steakhouse burger, not one from a fast food joint). It's a big burger and I could only finish 3/4 after filling up on fries. The fries cooked in peanut oil are really good. I usually don't like fries because they're too greasy but Five Brothers fries are perfectly cooked. Three of us shared a large order. The complementary peanuts are a nice bonus too. I microwaved my burger leftovers the next day and it surprisingly tasted as good as when I ate it fresh - truly the sign of a great burger! First time in a Five Guys and I was just expecting a regular fast food experience. I walked in and it was entirely empty of customers so I figured it would be pretty fast. I was struck by how much the decor and menu resembled an In n out and masses of awards and PR splashed on the wall. There were 4 guys working..I suppose the fifth was out back having a smoke. When I say working, I mean staring and then looking at each other. So it took a full 2 minutes to find the right guy for the order taking. He briskly asks me what I want without making any eye contact. I ask for a mini burger and snaps back that they don't have mini burgers and points at the menu. I correct myself and order a little cheeseburger with onions, cooked, and a milkshake. No fries as the order is already bordering on 1000 calories. $11. Oh by the way, I ask for ketchup at the end and he said, did you order that? I said no, I forgot..well it's too late now he said. Srsly??? I go wait. 5 other single females enter and order with the surly order taker. 10 minutes later and another woman comes in to collect her order. She's parked illegally and she wants to pick it up and go..but Oh, they haven't cooked the fries. She's cross naturally and he just comes up with this bs about cooking them fresh and she cuts him off and said she called them and asked for the fries to be cooked as she was on her way. The duffesses had forgotten and didn't even say sorry. Anyway, my order was ready so I took the bag and went to leave but then realized my milkshake was not there. Where's my milkshake? Blank stare..oh yeah..hold on, I'll just get it. Another wait. Finally left and took the food with me. Few minutes later I open the burger...no ketchup and raw chopped onion. Terrible. Not worth it at all. The cherry milkshake was far too sweet and nothing to write home about. The staff are truly a disaster and I'll avoid another 5 guys in the future. I'm surpised the reviews here haven't been that great but it's the exact opposite for me based on my own experience going here. A little bit pricey but this one has to be up there compare to the taste and quality of most burger places. They serve pretty good amount of fries so make sure to order just the regular size ones. Plus you can grab free roasted peanuts while you wait for your order. The best thing of course are the burgers. I recommend getting the bacon cheeseburger and their cajun fries. I do like five guys to a certain extent. The burgers are good not great but good. The extensive toppings are nice to be able to add. The fries and or Cajun fries are once again good not great. I really do love crispy fries and like in and out they are not crunchy. Sitting waiting for my burger I filled up on peanuts that are available free. In order for me to go back it would have to be for some reason like friends are going or I started dating they fry gal. read more

This spot is good to eat at overall and 5 Guys is waaaaay better than In N Out which I also like. I sometimes get a kosher hot dog or cheese burger with everything in black & red except the relish, with small fries which is a huge portion if you ask me . I only placed an order of fries this time, but had to drop a deuce. So I tell the cashier I was going to use their restroom (which is in clean working order by the way and why my rating wasn't below 3 stars). A few minutes afterwards, I return to the dining area expecting my fries to be ready and eager like a beaver to eat, I ask one of the employees if they called my number? He said that they did but threw them away in the garbage, but they would make me another batch. I was thinking wow, couldn't they have just set them aside until the customer who paid for them came to pickup their order, or couldn't they have paid it forward to one of the customers after me, or given it to a hungry homeless person rather than toss good food in the trash? Burgers here are awesome, and the fries are even better. The burger is very customizable and they serve it a bit sloppy which I happen to like but I guess it comes down to personal preference. The fries are also very different then other fries as they are thicker and have a unique taste which I happen to like a lot as well. Was recommended 5 guys from a friend who's "Tried every burger" and is "miles better than In n Out". $12 for a burger and fries (sans drink) and I'm thinking ok this should be amaze balls. Wrong. It's rare when a business takes such a simple idea and revolutionizes it to the point of a "must-have," but Five Guys has done just that. The hamburger has been around for so many years, but no one has truly done anything like this before. Five Guys blends fast-food with a restaurant style eatery in such a perfect combination that it's amazing no one has thought it before. Fast-food restaurants like McDonalds and Burger King often leave you with a bad taste in your mouth or even worse, an unwarranted and extensive trip to the restroom. Unlike those greasy establishments, Five Guys cooks the order right in front of you, making sure you get a fresh and unique experience every time you're there. The main difference between a Five Guys and a McDonalds is the Five Guys is more of a natural meal. The burger is large, more filling and somewhat gourmet and leaves you feeling less gross than you would say after a 'Happy Meal.' Though the price is obviously more than you would pay at their competitors, you are getting more bang for your buck with a burger almost the size of a Toyota Corolla. They have plenty of options on the menu that will surely have you salivating at the mouth. There are some cons, however, as the burgers tend to lean toward the unhealthy side, but I doubt anyone actively seeking a Hamburger fix is watching their caloric intake. I can't speak any more highly of Five Guys and it's clear why they've received numerous Burger of the year awards. You won't find a better burger on the market and bacon fans, fear not, because they have it in spades! Personal Recommendation: The Bacon Cheeseburger is quite an experience. Love this place. Unique atmosphere and the complimentary peanuts make it a leisure destination when your want a serious burger. The service is pretty good too, no problems with the order and wait time was minimum. I went with my bf and we didn't feel guilty at all while eating the delicious Bacon Burger. Went here a few weeks ago and I wasn't impressed. Got a bacon cheeseburger with large soda and fries. Almost $20?!? I could buy the same thing elsewhere for less than half the price.
