But if you ad a $3.99 soda, it's more expensive with the tip, but not by much, and you get a double cheeseburger, and free refills on the drink. But this is better than the fast food chains in overall quality. Ambience? I don't know what I expected. Interior was kind of spartan, yet kinda loud and hectic. The staff seemed unprofessional and disengaged; I found myself waiting for nearly 10 to 15 minutes without a single staff member checking in to assist me. To my dismay, I noticed that the prices were significantly higher than I remembered from my visits a couple of years ago. The floor by the condiment machine was slick and sticky, creating an unpleasant environment that turned my stomach. Having been a regular at this establishment in my early 20s, I was truly disheartened by the decline in both cleanliness and food quality. The buns were lackluster, feeling old and stale, while the meat was overcooked to the point of being dry and tasteless.
